I thought this place was great! I thought it was going to be your typical run of the mill pizza place but it was much fancier than I thought. The service was great! Everything was delicious and high quality. The cocktails were top tier and the kids pizza is actually enormous I was shocked. One thing I really appreciated was that you can do half and half pizzas so you don't have to decide. We also really appreciated that the kids pizza came out first and was very fast whether this was intentional or not it was appreciated. When you have a hungry toddler, the faster the better. Everything was good. It's hard to find good Italian in East Tennessee so we were very excited to that the food was as good as it was. We did the Caprese for an appetizer, seafood linguine, Speciale (braised beef pasta), cheese pizza, salted caramel gelato, and tiramisu. Walking into Do Scratch, I felt like I was going into a high end Italian restaurant. It's threw me off a little bit because I was going into a pizza joint but this is no corner pizzeria. The service was top tier with the ambiance of high end Italian restaurant with a solid wine selection. The pasta was really good, I got the seafood linguini which comes with shrimp, squid, octopus & clams over a lobster bisque base. It was really refreshing, with a good portion of octopus tentacles and shrimp. I wish there were more clams but that's a minor complaint. The biggest issue for me was the lobster bisque base itself, it was light and refreshing but, I like my bisque more creamy, the bisque barely coated my spoon. Pasta tasted fresh and cooked al dente. The Neapolitan style pizza was topped with high quality ingredients. The caramelized pineapple gives it an extra depth and punch of sweetness to contrast the cheeses & salami. I wish the pizza itself had a little bit more char to it. Don't get me wrong, the food is really good, I'm judging this place based on the ambiance they are projecting and the price charged. We were in town for a dance competition and needed to find a quick bite. Saw great reviews for this place and decided to pop in without a reservation. First, I reco a reservation. The restaurant is small, cute, cozy. The host / manager was great and suggested we could eat at the bar. My daughter and I shared a pizza, salad, and tiramisu. We came in and did not expect the high end Italian style for pizza. But it ended up being one of the best pizzas we've had in awhile. It was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism and the Jeep Invasion. This definitely felt more like a local spot. I think when we came in there was maybe 3 other tables with people. So it wasn't bad at all. We started with the focaccia bread and it was dreamy. The service was great, but the food was not at the level that it should be. The focaccia bread was not focaccia, it was more like store bought Italian bread that was sliced with olive oil on it. We were in the area for some shopping and my wife wanted Italian food. The place we went before is now Mexican food, so we decided to try this new place....this is now our favorite place in East TN. The ambiance is upscale casual (come as you are OR dress to the nines). The wait staff was super...friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu....we highly recommend Carie....she is phenomenal! Now, the food....OMG....the food (my wife had the Alfredo linguini with a chicken breast and I had the "Prime" Filet tips with Pappardelle pasta). Both dishes were phenomenal, with generous portions. As locals this was our first visit. We ordered a 4 cheese pizza and an appetizer of meatballs and toast. The 1st order of meatballs were cold. After sending the Back our 2nd order also came back cold. Ming you there were only about 4 people being served at the time. After the 2nd order came back cold we joy the waitress to cancel that Oder as our pizza had arrived. It should be noted after our 2nd send back the waitress became not so friendly and brought us the bill hurriedly even though we were still eating. No presence of a manager to come and check on us. Nice little restaurant and was quite busy on a Saturday night, which is a good sign. The service and food were both wonderful. Our server was very friendly and knowledgable. We got the vegetable pizza and Alfredo pasta. They import their flour from Italy which makes the pizza nice and light but also flavorful. The pasta was delicious as well. I didn't feel like I gained 50 pounds after eating a decent amount of food. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are thinking of giving it a try! read more

Took my whole fam of 9, including kids aged six to 23. We had several different kinds of pizza and it was all delicious. I especially liked the speciale. Tiramisu was close to the best I've had, and everybody was raving about the gelato. Service was very good, too. And it wasn't too hard to find parking on Thursday night. I made a reservation for 6:30pm for my boyfriends birthday. We walked in a little early, they greeted us at the door and we were immediately seated. I ordered a lychee martini, which are hard to come by in Tennessee. We ordered the meatballs to start and they were delicious. The sauce was so delicious. I ordered the Mushroom white pizza and added prosciutto while my boyfriend ordered the margarita pizza. They were both amazing, and perfectly cooked. The margarita honesty really was one of the better ones I have had, and secretly wanted more of my boyfriends. After dinner we got a salted caramel gelato and it had such flavor and silky texture. It was the perfect finish. Bruce was excellent and gave us great suggestions and showing he had great knowledge of the menu/cocktails. 10/10 will be back again, I've already discussed what my next menu items I will try once I return. I really was hoping this would be a great Italian restaurant but I have to say I was highly disappointed. I ordered a cheese pizza to go and ask for pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions to be added. I ask how much individual items were and they told me over the phone $2 for any items that were not meat and $5 for meat. When I picked up the small 12-in pizza they charged me $4 for mushrooms and $3 for onions. I explained that over the phone the woman told me any non-meat items would be $2 and he took care of it but was not happy. When I ordered my pizza I told them that many times in a Pizza oven. The pizza does not get done in the center. It is still kind of raw. So I asked them to bake it a little longer so it was crispy on the bottom. I'm going to post a picture of the pizza because $7 for veggies is outrageous, especially since they barely put anything on there. There may have been six rings of onion. Also, it was fairly cooked and very doughy in the middle so I asked him to put it back in the oven. They said I would make you a new pizza and I said no. Please just bake that one some more. I ordered a Caesar salad and I'm going to post what they charged me $12 for it barely filled the container about a half an inch deep, there was so much Caesar dressing of spring mix. Some croutons that were tasteless and some very fine shaved cheese which mixed in with the large amount of dressing and made it even mushier. I'm going to post a picture. I can't believe they did not use romaine lettuce for a Caesar salad who uses spring mix? People who don't want to pay for romaine, I don't know but it was awful. I threw it away. I ordered pistachio gelato and I'm not sure what it was because it was green and looked like ice cream not gelato had no pistachios in it and really had no pistachio flavoring. I get pistachio gelato at Dopo restaurant in Knoxville and it is phenomenal. I just have to say I was very disappointed to spend $60 for a $12 salad I had to throw away and a $30 Pizza that had sauce with no flavor and I was very disappointed in the dough. It had no flavor. I hope they find a chef that knows how to teach their cooks how to make a real Caesar salad, some pizza sauce and dough with some flavor, and what gelato is supposed to taste like? Pizzeria Nora in Knoxville on Central avenue makes a phenomenal Caesar salad, excellent pizza dough, pizza sauce, and a variety of pizzas. Plus he makes panna cotta that is out of this world. He is a small business owner. Only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday but I drive an hour to get there because his food is all made from scratch and is authentic Italian food. Sometimes he will make meatballs but his menu is very small. But his food is wonderful and worth the drive. read more

Try My Little Italy. It's very small but places can change as they grow. Look My Little Italy has way better Italian food. They don't have pizza so if you want pizza and want to pay more then here is ok. When a single person pays $60 plus a tip for a glass wine and pasta you need to walk away. I've been to Italy and I will go back. For the food the wine and the pasta. It's a cute place but the prices are all wrong. The food is not as good. The tiramisu at My Little Italy is to die for. Here not at all. The cannoli at My little Italy is to die for not here and they don't have it. The service at My little Italy is great. They are great and they care about their business. It's not fancy but you get great food and you get great service!! The whole in the wall always beats the fancy place with an attitude!!! I learned this in Italy. That's why I'm heading back there. We visited on Saturday, 3/1/2025 around noon. It's furnished nicely with upgraded stemmed glassware for water glasses, decent silverware, cloth napkins and a well-chilled bottle of water left at our table. Only two others in the restaurant, so service was quick and efficient. The tables have these weird "valleys" in them, so you have to watch where you set your glass or it'll tip into the "valley" and could fall over. I'm not sure why anyone would make or buy a table that was not completely flat, but they have them there. There are only a few choices in pizza and all are the same size, but the size was adequate for the two of us. We ordered the DIAVOLA pizza, which is $26.00 and has the following listed as ingredients: Red / Rossa/ Pomodoro | Genoa Salami | Calabrian Chilies | Mozzarella | Provolone | Grana Padano. We decided the chilies were too spicy, so we chose parsley instead. The pizza came and was good, but the middle was not quite done. The outer edge was perfect, but we don't generally eat the outer edge and we don't like raw dough, but we ate it. Pomodoro, which is tomato sauce was either lacking or nonexistent. At least I didn't see any. The salami covered the entire pizza, but it was sliced very thinly. The cheeses on the pizza are plentiful, but are very stringy and you have to chew for a while in order to get it to go down. We were not really a fan of that, but that's a personal preference. Some may like it that way. Pros: It's a very nice place in a good location and they do offer a 10% military discount. (No local discount though and not sure about senior) Being downtown Sevierville, parking is lacking, but that's not their fault - just for your information. Cons: There is only one meat (very thinly sliced salami) offered on the Diavola pizza. and only two meats on the $30 Pizza Speciale. (Salami and beef shoulder) We prefer to have onions, green peppers, mushrooms, olives, sausage, pepperoni, and other things, but none of those are offered on any pizza. So in reality it was a round flat of not quite cooked dough with lots of cheese and very thinly sliced salami. We may go back and try something else, but for pizza, we'll go elsewhere. read more

Food was good but expensive. Not the traditional pizza that kids like. Chargrilled pizza made to order with charred crust. Adults can enjoy this type of pizza but not necessarily kids who are used to a delivery pizza. Pepperoni costs $5 extra. Teenage kids came home and ate again to get full! Soup was delicious. Paparadelle pasta was delicious. Glad all 5 of us drank water because with tip it was still right at $90. We think it is great for a date night but not necessarily a family-priced or family-friendly menu. My review might have been better had they had bread on the menu. Who has ever heard of an Italian restaurant without bread. I still can't believe it!!! It's hard to eat pasta without good garlic bread or a crusty bread with a dip! read more
