As we were driving on the Parkway we noticed the sign for cinnamon bread which intrigued us since nearby Dollywood is famous for this tasty treat. Therefore, the bar was set high but the Cinnamon Bread Factory indeed met our expectations. The cinnamon bread was warm, sweet and full of flavor. The restaurant was quaint with plenty of local decor. The owner of the store was the person who served us. She was very nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back and try something different from the menu.

Loaf of cinnamon bread that just came out of the oven.

First time trying cinnamon bread and it was 10/10 delicious. Like, wow. By far the best dessert we've had on our vacation.

I saw this place on tiktok for someone who is a vlogger for the area. They said this was comparable to Dollywood Cinnamon bread and even thought this place was better. Dollywood is more gooey cinnamon. This place we had to pulled the bottom of the bread off because it was soaked in butter and the cinnamon sugar was crusted on the bottom of the pan. The bread was $12 each and about $18 for specialty ones which is pricey for what you get. It was 4 pieces that you pull apart and overall it was ok, but not "all its cracked up to be". Have to eat same day or will be hard by the end of the day.

    Cinnamon rolls and cookies.

I discovered this place on TikTok and it was the best experience I had on my trip to Pigeon Forge. I'm originally from Steubenville, OH and it was so awesome to go into a place that had that old school bakery feel. I told the lady at the counter of how I heard about them and she brought the owner out to talk to us. They were both extremely pleasant and a great time to converse with. We got two loaves of cinnamon bread with two cups of icing. Their loaves are bigger and cheaper than the loaves that you buy at Dollywood and they are very similar, if not better. While talking to the two at the counter, they told us about all the pastries and cookies they make fresh every morning, how they offering breakfast plates, and how they offer catering for large parties. In the front case, they had cinnamon rolls and cookies the size of my head! They also had brownies that looked like slices of chocolate cake!

We are visiting from New York and I found this place online! All I can say is WOW! The minute we walked in we could smell the breads being baked. From the smell we knew we were in for a treat. The woman who owns the place was so nice and made us feel very welcomed. When she handed us our bread it was still warm, fresh out of the oven. We decided to get the original cinnamon bread with vanilla icing on the side. We took it back to our air b&b for our family. It went in seconds. The bread was so fresh, light, airy and flavorful. One of the best cinnamon breads I have ever had. Definitely recommend trying this place next time you are visiting this area!!!

Cinnamon rolls!! The best I've ever had

This place is AMAZING!!! The food is delicious and the owner was so sweet. I can't wait to go back! We loved sitting on the picnic tables outside and enjoying all of our goodies. Our dog Reggie sat outside with us while we ate our delicious baked goods. Get the cinnamon rolls!!

I didn't like the Cinnamon Bread. I thought it was just average. I was quite disappointed after reading all the reviews.

Some attractions sell an experience…read more Some sell a product. The Apple Barn Cider Mill somehow manages to do both. What started as a simple stop turned into one of the more enjoyable experiences of our trip. The star of the visit was our guide, who took us on a cider journey through the various flavors and offerings. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. She answered questions, explained the differences between the ciders, and made the tasting experience fun instead of feeling like a sales pitch. And since there's a chance she might somehow see this review: Happy 40th Birthday! Sorry I forgot your name, but your hospitality certainly wasn't forgettable. Now let's talk about the cider. Excellent. There was a large variety of flavors available to sample, making it easy to compare styles and find a favorite. Whether you're new to cider or consider yourself a seasoned enthusiast, there's enough variety here to keep things interesting. After sampling our way through the lineup, we wound up purchasing a glass of the original apple cider and enjoyed it outside. And honestly, that's where the experience really came together. Sitting outside with a fresh cider in hand, playing cornhole and Jenga, enjoying the atmosphere, and slowing down for a little while made for a genuinely relaxing afternoon. No rushing. No crowds pushing you along. Just good cider and good company. We also picked up a growler to bring back to the hotel because one thing became very clear during the tasting process: leaving empty-handed would have been a mistake. The Apple Barn Cider Mill does a great job creating an experience that's welcoming, fun, and memorable without feeling overly commercialized. Great cider. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Five stars. And judging by the growler currently waiting back at the hotel, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The Heavenly Roast is a MUST when visiting the Smokies!!!…read more The shop is easy to find in Wears Valley, and what beautiful scenery surrounds the shop! Karen, one of the owners, has put so much thought into creating a fantastic and memorable space. The outdoors just got an upgrade with the addition of a little garden adjacent to the porch. There is a beautiful mural, a lovely fountain, and fun furniture that give the space such a fun vibe! Once you climb the stairs, you'll see various spots to lounge on the porch from rustic looking benches and chairs to swings hanging from rope. Upon entering the shop, it is a combination of rustic mountain decor with fun and whimsical pieces--- from the coffee tree to the taxidermy squirrel riding the bucking fox rodeo style. The place is so inviting, comfortable, and it's charm is unmatched. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your coffee in the Smokies. Spouse and I always get the Campfire Latte, and it's incredible with mocha, white mocha, and toasted marshmallow syrup. We have also had the Heavenly Harvest from their Fall drink menu, and we loved that too! Our coffee is always delicious and we just keep coming back for more! Karen and her baristas do such an awesome job making our coffee and it says something when they don't ask you anymore what you'll be having. Building rapport is an understatement as they make you feel much more than just another customer, but a part of their coffee house tribe.

We have eaten here about 6 times at all different times but after today, we won't be going back…read more Food: we ordered 1 Traditional Benedict w/Grits & 1 Blackened Shrimp Po Boy with 2 teas to drink. It was 12:00 & dining room was mostly empty. The Benedict sauce tasted like melted margarine & was pretty thick too. One of my eggs was totally boiled, meaning no runny yellow. The other egg was just barely runny. The Canadian Bacon was NOT real. It was some sort of sliced & spiced luncheon meat that tasted horrible. I asked the waitress for some butter for my grits, and she said "more butter?", as if it was fine the way it came, and what is wrong with me:-( The shrimp on the Po Boy was NOT Blackened. No spices what-so-ever. The french fries that came with it, were the best part of that meal:-( Our waitress, Becca M, avoided eye contact with us the entire time we ate, and remember, the place was over half empty. Once we were finished eating, she came over, after waiving her down, and asked how our meal was. We reported to her the unsatisfactory meal but we ate it because we were on a quick break from work & needed to hurry. We did not have time for a 2nd breakfast to be cooked. She picked up the bill & asked us to wait a minute. She returned after a while & told us she removed the charges for the two iced teas! So, we paid $35. for two people to have a crummy meal while on a quick break from work. FINALLY - we are so sick of those horrible metal chairs in the dining room. They hurt most people's outer legs/hips & do not encourage a customer to relax & be comfortable. In the past, the food was so good, we would just over look the chairs, but after today's horrible food & the lack of anyone caring about our visit, we won't be using our hard earned money to eat crummy food & be uncomfortable. FYI: after removal of our iced tea, our meal was $29.90, we did include a $5.00 tip.
