**April 2025: Thursday Morning Visit** My friend and I were driving towards Dolly Parton's statue when we saw the big sign that said "Cinnamon Bread Factory" - we were enticed so we decided to make a u-turn and headed toward the parking lot. We entered the shop and after pondering over which loaf to try my friend and I decided to get the Holly Dolly (which includes pecans, butterscotch, grahams, chocolate icing, and coconut) in honor of visiting Dolly Parton's Park. This was so good and dare I say even better than what they serve at Dollywood. *gasp* I know what I said! Fight me! lol The bread was fluffy, sweet, warm and all the toppings really added nice texture. I was contemplating on getting a couple of loaves to bring back to California and was playing around with the website to see if they ship, but we still had a couple of days before flying back so it wouldn't be as fresh as can be. Personally, I think this is something you want to eat when you pick up to optimize the experience, so I guess my family and friends will have to join me here next time to experience the glory! The shop itself is small, but there's a cool big map where you can add where you're visiting from. Service is kind and there are also one or two picnic tables outside if you don't make it to your car to indulge in gluttony. Bon appetit! read more

As we were driving on the Parkway we noticed the sign for cinnamon bread which intrigued us since nearby Dollywood is famous for this tasty treat. Therefore, the bar was set high but the Cinnamon Bread Factory indeed met our expectations. The cinnamon bread was warm, sweet and full of flavor. The restaurant was quaint with plenty of local decor. The owner of the store was the person who served us. She was very nice and helpful. I saw this place on tiktok for someone who is a vlogger for the area. They said this was comparable to Dollywood Cinnamon bread and even thought this place was better. Dollywood is more gooey cinnamon. This place we had to pulled the bottom of the bread off because it was soaked in butter and the cinnamon sugar was crusted on the bottom of the pan. The bread was $12 each and about $18 for specialty ones which is pricey for what you get. It was 4 pieces that you pull apart and overall it was ok, but not "all its cracked up to be". Have to eat same day or will be hard by the end of the day. read more

I discovered this place on TikTok and it was the best experience I had on my trip to Pigeon Forge. I'm originally from Steubenville, OH and it was so awesome to go into a place that had that old school bakery feel. I told the lady at the counter of how I heard about them and she brought the owner out to talk to us. They were both extremely pleasant and a great time to converse with. We got two loaves of cinnamon bread with two cups of icing. Their loaves are bigger and cheaper than the loaves that you buy at Dollywood and they are very similar, if not better. While talking to the two at the counter, they told us about all the pastries and cookies they make fresh every morning, how they offering breakfast plates, and how they offer catering for large parties. YUMMM !! We came later in the day and just about everything was sold out. We grabbed 2 fritters, 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 cheese danishes. The fritters were AAAMAZING !! Those were the best fritters I've ever had ! I'm drooling just thinking about them again. lol We ended up ordering 3 cinnamon bread, 2 of the peanut butter and banana cinnamon breads and a s'more one. They were all really good. We are visiting from New York and I found this place online! All I can say is WOW! The minute we walked in we could smell the breads being baked. From the smell we knew we were in for a treat. The woman who owns the place was so nice and made us feel very welcomed. When she handed us our bread it was still warm, fresh out of the oven. We decided to get the original cinnamon bread with vanilla icing on the side. We took it back to our air b&b for our family. It went in seconds. The bread was so fresh, light, airy and flavorful. I love supporting small businesses when going away and this small business is what I would place a photo in the dictionary to define small business. The owner/baker/cashier was a true one woman show the day we went. Cute small storefront with well painted windows and the smell was delicious in the parking lot! Well we were not disappointed one bit. The cinnamon bread was AMAZING! I loved that it reheated and didn't get hard as a rock!
