OMG!!!! I had the best buzzes ice cream. I got the bourbon pecan. They have soooo many options, flavors, customizations you are sure to find something you like. The owner and staff are so kind and helpful I wish I could visit regularly. Remember, you cannot take it to go because it has alcohol and the small is enough to share. Yum!!!! read more

One of the coolest ice cream experiences we've had. It was neat watching our ice cream be made... and let me just say, the ice cream may be the best ice cream I've ever had! The salted caramel was sooo good. I got espresso ice cream and it wasn't sweet at all. Very creamy, tastes amazing, and fun to experience. The employees were friendly, and the seating was spacious. We went the non-buzzed route, so I can't say how good the buzzed ice cream is... but 10/10... highly recommend the non-buzzed lol read more

All the flavors ordered of ice cream were good ,ingredients were fresh and tasty, the process is good However, the "owner" seemed to stop before filling mine all the way up, which i'm not tripping on.But everybody should look the same.If you're gonna serve a product it should be uniform. To everyone you serve. Ice cream 5/5 stars Lady with the glasses DONT LISTEN..we had 8 orders either she served it wrong ,or forgot to put it in as she seemed to be rushing to get you outta her line. When she did take the order she didnt put in we went back to last on the cue. And even though she missed our order, she forgot, we were served after ten other people came in, doent make sense except to her apparently It's not that she messed up,its that she didn't make it right. when people listen to what your instructions are im sure its not hard to get it right . 1/5 stars However Shantel the other server paired with her also helped with the orders everything she crafted for us turned out exactly as requested. Someone needs to get a clue, and its not Shantel. My suggestion have the girl with glasses repeat the order to you.. you'll see.. it will be wrong unless she changes something. Overall 3/5 great product, mediocrity in customer service from Miss Glasses.. read more

This place is fun. You can order an adult ice cream with infused alcohol in it. Service was a little slow because of a little league baseball team and parents were in there before us. As you wait for your ice cream you can watch them infuse the alcohol in it. Very cool place inside. read more

I stumbled upon this little shop while driving to another destination and knew I wanted to stop. The place has a nice aesthetic - minimalist and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a little overwhelming because the combinations you can choose from are endless, but I ended up making a Reese cup of ice cream and it was delicious! It takes a little time to make the ice cream, but that's expected with the Nitro process. The serving size was large for a small! The cost is a little higher than regular ice cream, but given the time put in and alcohol in it, it was well spent. I would definitely recommend visiting this place while in Pigeon Forge! read more

Such a neat ice creamery! And it is family friendly! The staff was entertaining and fun and helped us decide which items to try. Everything was delicious. The strawberry shortcake was wonderful and had graham crackers in it that added a great crunch. The chocolate with brownies was delicious! And the Tiger Stripes was a peanut butter lovers dream! Try this place, you won't regret it. read more

We were excited to try Buzzed Bull Creamery, especially because they offer dairy-free ice cream options. The banana split ice cream was absolutely fabulous! The dairy-free mint ice cream was very smooth and creamy, but a little overly sweet. One of the banana split ice creams came out without whipped cream on top, and we weren't really sure why. We also tried the cookie dough with the cone, but unfortunately something seemed off with the cookie dough and it just didn't taste right. To their credit, they did offer to remake it, but we were ready to leave by that point. The inside was very clean, well lit, and aesthetically really nice. We did come in during the last hour before closing, so that may have played a role in the service not feeling as friendly as others had described, they may have just been ready to finish up for the night. Overall, I had a bit higher expectations, but there were definitely some positives to the experience. read more

Not only delicious ice cream, but a really cool experience watching them make each of our orders! The owner told my son "if you see it on the board I can make it" so his request was a watermelon ice cream with sprinkles and he was in heaven! I got the tiger stripes buzzed with caramel whiskey and it was so good!! The staff was so friendly and helpful with guiding us on what to order. We will definitely be back again to try other flavors and mixtures! read more

Buzzed Bull Creamery - Desserts Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

I saw this place on facebook. I asked the lady at the register if they just open because I saw them on Facebook. Just like others have mentioned... Not too friendly. She said they open about five years ago, as if it was an inconvenience to answer the question with an attitude. So I ordered a small death by chocolate, no alcohol and 2 medium buzzed. I was completely shocked at the price of $48.47 for three shakes. I don't know how they could justify that. I understand alcohol cost money but wow just wow. Plus I don't know why they charge me two dollars extra on the small when there was no alcohol or anything in it. The brownie in them was kind of waxy and gets stuck in your teeth. Wasn't terrible, but wasn't amazing. read more

I had the most amazing, homemade nitro homemade ice cream at Buzzed Bull. I created a Rocky road version. It was creamy and extra delicious. Customer service was great. They have a nice seating area to enjoy your ice cream in a cool ambiance. Choices galore. read more

This was delicious ice cream!!! Walking in I didn't realize this place made hard ice cream, but it's such a unique concept. I wasn't expecting much alcohol in my apple pie ice cream but I felt a little buzz after a couple bite, and had I finished the entire ice cream, I would've been tipsy for sure. So that gets a 10/10 in my book! The people working here were nice and the ice creams came out relatively fast! read more

I was excited to return to Buzzed Bull after going there a couple of years ago. Upon arrival, we noticed an exceptionally long line of patrons waiting to order. The cashier took our order without any friendless or warmth. She was cold like the ice cream. Although, the gentleman that made our ice cream was very friendly and personable. The Death by Chocolate ice cream was very cold, delicious and filling with chocolate ice cream, chunks of brownie, chocolate syrup and chocolate vodka. Surprisingly, the restaurant was clean even though it was the end of the day. Overall, a good experience. read more

Absolutely 5 stars! The atmosphere was so fun and unique, the ice cream was unique, and everything was made perfectly. What really made the experience stand out was that the owner was there interacting with guests and making everyone feel welcome. Charged $8.00 for an ice coffee. I was actually charged for the coffee then the ice and then the half and half. When I asked them, it was re-rung up for $4. Asking the simple, hire people in your coffee shop that know what an ice coffee is or train them properly. Very nice people. Owner needs to train. Season is upon us. read more

First time here and won't be my last time I loved it. I got Hard Apple Pie Ice cream.

This place is great! And we didn't even get the "buzzed" versions! Very trendy vibe, and it was a good place to chill for a minute at 3 in the afternoon. The staff is super friendly and helpful as we worked through their allergy menu to figure out what we could have. They offer gluten free, vegan, and dairy free options. I had a non-buzzed small peanut butter with Reese's cups, and my wife had a vegan non-buzzed strawberry with pecans. They were both excellent! Highly recommended for people with allergies/sensitivities/preferences because they individually mix each batch! We will definitely be back! read more

I really wanted to love this place, but I left a little disappointed. We paid a little over $25 for our shake, tip not included, when the board said $15 and some change for a specialty milkshake, which was 2 shots. The shake was good, it had to be dairy free and they had that, awesome. But $25 for one shake is just absolutely appalling. Shoutout to them for the inclusivity, but it was not worth it in my opinion. It is a cool place to visit and I love the idea of it. read more

10/10! I got the strawberry shortcake Buzzed ice cream and it was out of this world! They make it right in front of you and announce your name when it is ready. You can also get it NOT buzzed. So, this is a very family friendly establishment. It was very clean and the worker's seemed very friendly yet very busy! I do suggest giving them time as they are busy during the summer! Sadly, I have no pictures but this place when I went. Me and my Fiancé wanted a quick treat! read more

Today we decided to get some ice cream! None of us ordered our ice cream buzzed (with alcohol) we all ordered it without. I got the Tiger stripes - it was ok, I think it would have been better with booze. Not a super chocolatey flavor or a super peanut butter flavor - but it was good. My hubby got the banana split, and it truly tasted just like one. Our kids decided to make their own. 2 got a pint of vanilla with cookie dough and brownie bites. If we go back, I will 100% get the vanilla again. It tasted just like a snow cream! Our other two got strawberry with butterfinger and gummy worms (weird combo, I know). This is where the exceptional customer service kicked in. Because this base is normally a boozed one (I assume), they just use fresh strawberries, and it wasn't sweet - like, at all. They remade it and added sweetness to it. Definitely above and beyond! We'll definitely be back - I'll be hard pressed to get anything but the vanilla next time, but the espresso looks tempting, too! Comfy chairs, modern feel, great location . read more

Workers not friendly. Tried to order but got immediate attitude. My wife and I left immediately.

We loved Buzzed Bull! The liquid nitrogen concept was super fun & my kids loved it! Also, lots of delicious flavor!

Cashier had a horrible attitude and is very unwelcoming and 90% of the other employees here look they don't even want to be here , no smiles and no attention to the customer . The place is nice and well maintained and clean but the service can use a major upgrade. The customer service was so bad that I left this review before even getting my order . Really cool concept. Really nice product. During our visit though (August), this just seemed to be mismanaged and running poorly. Staff was not friendly in the least. They were out of multiple ingredients to make certain menu items I was interested in. When calling names it seemed like they didn't want people to hear them, and it wasn't particularly crowded. Little things just seemed like they were being overlooked. Again, my food was good. I liked it here. Maybe it was an off day, but things just didn't run as smoothly as it should. I would try again if I was back in town. read more

Update: went back again because they are great! Not within-pigeon-forge-great but pretty damn great. I did make a horrible selection and mixed coconut and espresso completely forgetting they mix flavors and make ice cream fresh as opposed to premade stuff scooped out. I came in due to being pressured by some relatives. The relative ambiance of the establishment was nice: well lit, fun looking conversation starter pieces, but the music was the trance version of elevator music. This is one of those places where one can get alcohol added into their dessert. This sounds like a fun treat, but I didn't bother, as I needed to drive. The ice cream is hand made in front of you, and delicious, but some form of witchcraft takes place behind the service area, as evidenced by the constant plumes of what I can only surmise are magic smoke stacks. Tl;dr would recommend this to anyone. Great dessert. read more
