Delicious homemade ice cream! Located in the Old Mill area close to Pigeon Forge, it's perfect for stopping after a long day of activities, but getting away from the crowds. They have a nice variety of flavors, some classics and also some more unique like cheesecake. I ordered a scoop of Whiskey River and Cookie Monster. Both were very good! Whiskey River has caramel, walnuts, and chocolate pieces in vanilla ice cream. Cookie Monster is vanilla with oreo and cookie dough pieces. They both had a wonderfully creamy flavor and filled with many ingredients so you tasted them with each bite. Reasonable priced for a touristy area too.

So I didn't realize that old Mill had a bunch of different shops along with two food places. We saw this and figured we'd check it out. My daughter and I both got pumpkin cheesecake and it was extremely soft it was very cold outside but it melted super quickly And as she hands it to us it's dripping down our hands. The taste was all right it wasn't amazing

Our friends raved about this place, and that's why we wound up here at 8:45 - 15 minutes before closing. All the flavors looked good, on the wall and in the freezer. There was a line, and I was hesitant to ask for a sample. But the three young ladies were sweet and patient. I decided on a scoop of Cookies & Cream and Vanilla Bean in a waffle cup. The cones looked too messy on a warm night. Husband had the banana pudding. He said it tasted like the pudding, but better! Mine was good, too. So good that I know we'll be back. We sat outside on a bench in front of the store. We watched them put up the closed sign. And we watched large families come and look disappointed. The young ladies opened up the store for them, but at 9:05, with a long line inside, they put up the sign again. They wanted to clean up and go home on a Saturday night. But the few that got in were so appreciative. As I said before, and it bears repeating, this was our first time here. It won't be our last.

Came here on Saturday, during the afternoon. We were exploring the town, and it was so hot. We couldn't resist having a nice cup of ice cream. They offer lots of flavors. I dont think i have ever seen banana flavor of ice cream, so i wanted to have a taste of strawberry-banana. It was quite good, actually. However, we got a cup with 2 scoops. Coffee and strawberry flavors. Coffee didn't have a strong taste of coffee/caffeine. It was already getting to melt while she was doing the scoop. On the other hand, strawberry was good. Had a good texture. The store seems like very busy; always had a line. Outside had lots of seating area. So, if you wanna have a quick rest with some ice cream to cool down, you should try this place :)

We stopped in at Old Mill Creamery during our first visit to PF. The shop is located in a cute area surrounded by other shops, sitting area outside and lawn games. There is a large selection of flavors and the ice cream is so delicious. They were so helpful and allowed us to sample so that we could decide between flavors...there were so many good choices!!! I sampled the coconut and the peanut butter. Such a hard decision but peanut butter won and it did not disappoint!! My husband got two scoops - coffee and butter pecan. Can't wait to visit next time we are in the area. I'm definitely having the coconut!!!

Where can you get good ice cream in Pigeon Forge? Try looking here. The Old Mill creamery is across the street from the Old Mill and restaurant. Inside you can sample the flavor offerings. I wasn't overly hungry but decided to try the bear paw ice cream made with chocolate and caramel. I got the kids' size bowl since I wasn't overly hungry from my lunch. Got tons of napkins because it started melting right away before I even left the place. Outside there are porch chairs to sit in and take in the scenery. Needless to say this ice cream was so good but yet not overfilling. The chocolate and caramel were not overwhelming and I must say I enjoyed this little treat. Definitely worth a visit if you are visiting the Old Mill shoppes.

My experience was good.I got the 3 scoop in a cup. I got Cookie Monster,Oat mill cream pie and brown butter black walnut. I loved the cookie monster and the brown butter black walnut but the oat mill cream pie didn't taste like anything and was bitter in the end. the brown butter black walnut was really good but I felt the the walnuts were stale.

Ice cream is great! Service wasn't. The 3 teenage girls working at time of visit tonight, clearly didn't want to be.

The first night we ate at the tavern next door, and wanted a sweet treat for the walk back to the hotel, so we popped in for a couple waffle cones. First, the shop is very cute and clean, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. I tried several samples before making my decision (there's SO many amazing flavors to choose from!) and decided on the toasted coconut chunk for me, and brownie batter for my boyfriend, both in a waffle cone. The waffle cones are made fresh after you order, and then filled with their amazing (all homemade!) ice cream. We both agreed it was the best ice cream we've probably ever had (cone included!) Serving size was perfect and prices super reasonable. We proceeded to stop by every single day of our trip - that's how good! During our visits, we also had the Twix, Reese's, cookie dough, and samples of Tennessee turtle, caramel bear tracks, and coffee brownie. All were amazing and so hard to decide! On our last visit, the owner came out to chat with us & meet our pup (we had taken it to go each time and sat outside to eat since we had our dog with us). She was so sweet and clearly passionate about creating not only an amazing product, but a great experience overall. We are already excited for our next visit to the area so we can visit for ice cream every day again!! Don't miss this amazing family owned local spot!

There's not much sitting room when the line is long but other than that, it depends on the time of day you arrive. We came on a Thursday at 3:30PM and it was packed. I can get them on the Jelly Belly website for less than half that! The one thing good I have to say is that their pralines are the kind I like most (really buttery tasting and dry/crumbly rather than sticky/chewy). But it was nearly $30 for 6 pralines and one small candy package for my kids. Communication was also difficult as the people there struggled with English and they didn't seem very friendly. We didn't buy any Jelly Bellies and left disappointed. I'm so sad because this used to be our favorite candy place in Pigeon Forge. Also, the prepackaged Jelly Bellies were $6.99 and we found them at the candy shop inside Dollywood for $3.99. Never imagined a shop inside a theme park would be so much cheaper than a standalone shop. It's like they don't want to sell anything.
