This is my favorite Starbucks out of all the ones I've been to. It is spacious with lots of chairs and tables. It's a great place to relax, to do your work, to study, to write lyrics, or to people watch if you do that kinda stuff. You might get dirty looks from the cars that pass if you sit by the windows though. They provide quick service, and it's probably because most people are lazy and they go through the drive-thru. I remain the same as my first review. I went through the drive thru. They had a white chocolate nitro cold brew which I was looking forward to. The screen was broken and I could barely understand whom I was speaking to. Once again I spent $6.03 on a grande cold brew. I got to the window and they took my payment by scanning my app on my phone and I literally waited about 4 min while they were socializing as if I wasnt waiting for my drink. One employee was eating and the other three were just chatting it up with their backs towards me. Now I know.... 4 min to a regular person might not be a long time. But when you have 2 screaming kids in the back seat and go through the drive through to get your coffee fast, it feels like eternity. Not to mention the coffee tasted burnt. I don't know why I torture myself spending $6 or more on a little coffee and not enjoy it. I make better coffee on my Kuerig. So 2 stars it is. Was visiting in the area one day and needed my my usual fix......A CAPPUCCINO ! Liked the fact that they have a drive thru. Very convenient ! Although, I still went inside cause I wanted to see the seating area as well as the cleanliness . The place has lots of seating and counter was neatly stocked . My Capp was made just right! Extra hot , just as I ordered it! The baristas were nice and the place was clean! My daughter needed to use their restroom . It was clean. I made the mistake of using UberEats to order from my once favorite cafe Starbucks. Coffee doesn't arrive, mind you ITS STARBUCKS THE WHOLE POINT OF GOING THERE IS THE DRINK! Driver tells me call store so I did, I over hear the manager telling this kid trying to to help me "I DIDNT HAND OUT ANYTHING! OH WELL THE DRIVER TOOK IT TOO SOON THATS NOT MY FAULT TELL HER OH WELL THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO TRYING CALLING UBEREATS AND SEE IF THEY CAN HELP HER" ... excuse me?! What's sad is that I get better service from the Nathan's using DoorDash who will drive it themselves if they screw up! I've been going to this Starbucks location for quite sometime; from days that I stop by to enjoy a coffee on a Sunday morning, to picking up coffee to study for an upcoming final, the staff has always been pleasant. They're very considerate, and take the time to ask how you're doing. The location is fairly big compared to other Starbucks I've been to. They accept Starbucks rewards, unlike the Starbucks vendors at Stony Brook University, which is owned by Sedexo (evil). Coffee is prepared nicely, and they are swift. I suggest preordering your drink on the app! It is definitely handy at time you are on the run. Because the location is found alongside a busy road, expect for this location to be busy. I will only rate this location 4 out of 5. This is due simply due to their internet speeds. I've been to ACTUAL Google Starbucks Wifi locations, and internet speeds are far more quick. Specifically, the Starbucks location at Fresh Meadows, Queens located near the LIE. This is usually my go to Starbucks when I'm within a 15 mile radius. They claim it is "Google" Wifi, but it is nowhere near it; it is most likely Optimum. Although internet speeds are sub par, I recommend stopping by if you're looking to pick up a coffee. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Just wasted 30 minutes of my life here. I'm on the way to the city and needed a coffee for myself and my husband a bagel and a cake pop for my son. They had one person making orders and nO idea what anyone ordered food wise. Both of my drinks were made wrong, my bagel was wrong and without a knife for my cream cheese. The only coffee shop nearby to get some work done. It's spacious and has friendly staff. Without this Starbucks I wouldn't have done as much work as I have over the years. There were a couple of minor incidents such as a loud homeless person, but nothing that has disturbed for long. The music is sometimes too loud. read more

The location is a little inconvenient since you can't make left turns out of it. It is close to the Suffolk community college selden campus which is nice. I like coming to this particular one to study because it's a little bigger than other Starbucks and tends to have a lot of other people studying or on laptops doing work. I absolutely love this Starbucks! Unlike some of its counterparts in the area, it's extremely spacious, it's bright & sunny, and it has a lot of individual tables. It makes for a great day of studying/getting work done. I find the other Starbucks locations in the area to be dark and cramped, and I wouldn't choose to go there to do work. So if you're looking to sip on coffee all day and get work done in a relaxed environment, head on over. And honestly, once you associate productivity with a place, you will keep going back, whether you like it or not -- work never goes away. :( read more

I usually frequent the drive-thru at this location. However, when I do go inside the place is very clean. The last time I encountered an older woman who took my order & was the nicest starbucks employee I have ever met! Kudos to her! The employees are pretty efficient both at the counter and at the drive thru. Occasionally there is a slip up in my order but no establishment is perfect so mistakes are inevitable. The drive thru is usually pretty quick in spite of the long lines. What I do love is their acceptance of accomodations. It's very hard to find a Starbucks that you never ever had a problem with. This is my absolute favorite Starbucks. They have never gave me a problem, and they always make my coffee just right. The employees are very kind and the drive thru can be super quick and super convenient (except at rush hour). Sometimes I will just come to this specific Starbucks just to have coffee and hangout with my friends or family. It's a great place for students to study as well. Started coming here since I became a student at the nearby college, I have never seen such a spacious Starbucks, it's great for study groups or just working by yourself. The employees are always so friendly, even when I come here very early in the morning. Drive Thru is almost always packed, so it might be faster to just go inside and make your order. This is the only Starbucks in Suffolk county that can seat over 50 people I believe. Lately some people hog an entire table but if you ask the staff they will fix that problem. Recently saw a wedding at Starbucks...crazy scene! An employee hit my car ..and drove off!I had to call the police report a hit and run. Fortunately the employee's dad gave the insurance info (after multiple requests) and I was able to get my car repaired. I find the morning staff is nice (before 930 am). read more

This Starbucks used to be a lot nicer. Couches, nice places to lounge, quiet. Now it is pretty hopping and the furniture lacks that usual Starbucks sophistication. Old rustic looking used tables and a lot of them taking up floor space that used to be cozy seating, BOO! Now it seems like more of a meeting place than a chill place to relax. Service is very good though. Plus for a pricey a cup o coffee or tea and you can just stay as long as you like, that is pretty excellent. Definitely one of the better Starbucks I have been to mainly for the large size. My regular Starbucks in Miller Place is on the smaller side and during certain busy hours there are never tables available. However, they have a vast amount of seating here ranging from large "community" type tables to 2 person tables. It's also very clean and the servers are pleasant and friendly.
