Sooo I go to this Starbucks quite often since it's the only starbs let alone in the area. Before moving in the area I lived in the city where the food quality is so much better, that however, is no excuse to have such bad quality coffee. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at many Starbucks but this one is the particular one that is just terrible. At first, I wasn't too upset about the watered down drinks I thought maybe they were short staffed or maybe a new barista was making drinks but it just became the norm every time I would come get something. The fraps are always always always watered down... as if they aren't made correctly? They also fill your drink up to the RIM without wiping the sides off or anything so it'll def end up spilling everywhere in your car, never ask you if you need a straw or napkins. Honestly I could say that I'm kind of a starbs enthusiast and this is possibly the worst Starbucks in the world. All honesty, save your money. read more

By far, this is one of my favorite Starbucks in the Hill Country region. Drinks are well crafted, you can tell that the baristas take pride in their job. It feels bad giving this a low 2 stars. What contributed to this low score in completely ambiance. This is the closest Starbucks to my parents and it has never been my primary choice to work at. The space inside is weird. It may be one of the starbucks that purposely construct the layout in a manner that encourages you to get in and get out. This is my spot. Twice a day. 7 days a week. I order one of two drinks. The only difference is wether it's coffee or mocha flavored. So why do I have to argue with the manager about inconsistent pricing? Why is it a crap shoot on how my drink tastes? The manager, a day ago, mentioned that I shouldn't complain because I get free drinks all the time. Yes. I know. I get points off of the app and it adds up to approximately two free drinks a week. Here's my suggestions Train your staff on how to listen to customers. Prepare drinks the way they are ordered. If someone takes the time of ordering specifically, it's because we know what we want and how it should take. I'm seriously getting frustrated. The ones that are nice and get the drinks right are in short supply. The rest of the what I'm assuming is management, needs to stop being so cranky and realize that customers pay their salaries. If you want to wait 20 minutes for a cup of Joe this is the place for you. This spot gives your order to their friends so that they don't have to wait, your best bet is to become buddies with the "baristas" to be in and out. Today not only my order but other customers orders were given away to friends of baristas while the rest of us were left waiting. The main culprit was the tall redheaded guy, I should've said something as soon as I noticed this but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, yes, it was busy but that doesn't mean their friends get preferential treatment, my money is just as green. I usually don't drink Starbucks coffee, but I have tried this place twice because of its proximity to my business meetings. Each time I went through the drive through and it was painfully slow. At four cars deep the wait was around 20 minutes. The second time, my order was incorrect. While the wait is slow, the drinks are still up to expectations and the staff are very nice. This drive thru is just awkward to me. I feel like when I am leaving the drive thru I am going to get into an accident. Why? I am a fan of starbucks, but not this location. I've been here many times in the past year and the wait time continues to be too long, drive-thru or inside. As many times as i've mentioned it, there remains no improvement. I've seen other locations with more customers that do just fine. A couple months ago there were 6 people in front of me. We ordered a coffee and hot chocolate and were out in about 25 minutes. This was after a complaint by me and a sigh from the busy barista. Went today and still waited, just never changes. read more

We went in and the barista took someone's order behind us. Then they didn't announce our coffee was done and it got cold, but continued to announce everyone else's. I've been a Starbucks customer for about 10 years. I drive past 2 Starbucks in the morning on my way to Austin just to stop here and it's even on the opposite side of the highway! I admit, the lines are long but you can tell those people are working hard and they're pretty upbeat as well. If you get in a long line, expect to wait a little while longer. Common sense. Like most Starbucks, the parking lot is not big enough for the number of customers, but this location has a particularly awkward parking lot. Also, does not offer mobile ordering...why? Yesterday I got a cold brew coffee at this Starbucks and it was... challenging... to say the least. Primary, it was the complete lack of smoothness that has made cold brew coffee a personal favorite. If I were a conspiracy theorist, which I'm not (maybe I am), I would be tempted to draw the conclusion that it was not cold brew coffee at all, but in fact, it was regular star bucks coffee (which isn't great to begin with) thrown in the fridge. read more

Also, when you order the specialty drinks, they do not always put the toppings on the whipped cream. This specific location is always busy! It's small and it's usually crowded especially in the drive thru.. And the parking lot. It's near a bunch of distribution and manufacturing companies so its no wonder it's always packed. They always try to get our orders out quickly but I've noticed that in the drive thru it takes some time. The orders are always accurate though so can't complain there. The service is pretty good as well. The staff is friendly and courteous. Staff goes out of their way whenever needed. read more
