Remodeled inside and very cute and cozy looking. Comfy sofa and chairs. Quick service as usual. Only thing I was disappointed was that the bathroom was a bit dirty... but love this place still! read more

I did a mobile order and pick up via drive-thru. Service was fast and efficient. What made the best part of the experience was the barista, Julie. She was very friendly and made sure my order was accurate - very accommodating. The drinks were super good! Tried the new iced berry matcha, and it was awesome! Cake pops are always a good standby too. Definitely recommend rolling through here for your caffeine fix. read more

Went inside to order -- it was a little busy, but there wasn't a line, which was nice. I got the tomato mozzarella panini and an iced passion tango tea with lemonade. Both were very good! The sandwich was warmed all the way through and tasted fresh, and the tea was perfectly made and refreshing. Service was quick and friendly as well. Would definitely order this combo again. read more

I stayed at a nearby Marriott hotel and decided to grab a Starbucks before leaving town. A fun bonus: linking my Starbucks Rewards with my Marriott Bonvoy account means I'm on my way to earning more points, Stars, and exciting experiences! I placed my order on the app before I arrived, which made things super smooth. This location features a drive-thru and a small shared parking lot, along with both patio and indoor seating options. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly, and my drinks were already waiting on the counter. The store was impeccably clean, and I especially loved the giraffe Valentine's sticker on my cup--a little detail that made my day. Plus, my cold brew coffee was the perfect shade... if you know, you know. Thank you Saturday morning staff for a great start to the day! read more

Not the best location for groups larger than 4, as all the tables were for 2 ppl and one larger table inside. A few tables for 4 outdoors. There were 6 of us hanging out and the weather was perfect for sitting outside and it was a wonderful stay. The drinks were made perfectly. The baristas were quite busy and somewhat curt. Possibly too busy with online/drive through guests. They didn't really greet me and wouldn't respond to a question I had while picking up my drinks. I had to repeat myself, and she answered, yah I heard you. Well, if you did, you should've said something. Anyway, for a question I had, the manager came out to give me the answer and he was so friendly and nice that I'm bumping them up to 5 stars. Otherwise, the baristas would've made it 3. read more

After flying the redeye from Portland to Chicago I needed coffee. Of course I went for my regular Starbucks. I found the one by my favorite mall in Schaumburg. This place is busy and I mean the cars are lined up like there's free gas with coffee. I decided to walk in since I love the atmosphere of the store. People tend to be relaxed inside compared to the rush of the drive through crowd. Upon walking in I saw a team of workers with headsets working like synchronized swimmers. Unfortunately no one noticed me. About 2.5 minutes later, Hallie (manager) came and took my order. I typed that very casually. However, Hallie was working on her laptop at a high top table. She was so tuned to the store that she was multitasking the laptop, customers and workers. High fives to Hallie!! This is how business succeeds!! Thanks for the special care, or at least your care! read more

We went to this Starbucks two days in a row and the service and coffee was fabulous. Brandon was working both days. He greeted us with a smile on day one and the second day he remembered our names. He brought coffee to our table, provided ceramic mugs and was delightful to chat with. The environment is clean and not very busy. Highly recommend!!!! read more

Starbucks tend to be ubiquitous - they are everywhere and consistent in the coffees they serve. Some differ by ambiance or even cleanliness, others by the level of service provided. All to often, I don't take the time to review Starbucks. When looking at this, I see that I've checked in several times, so they deserve a review. My needs are simple - black coffee. I can't have any of their food items due to dietary restrictions (other than a banana...). I'm not much for flavored drinks or those watered down with milk (oat milk for me), although I've been known to get one occasionally and Iced Tea. One thing about this is they do good business. I get there early, the drive-through is full, and there is a short wait at the counter. The baristas move quickly, so getting your drink takes very little time. Also, getting black coffee means you don't have to wait for the coffee bar. Most of the time, I get the coffee and head to my office. But this location is comfortable and usually quiet. Occasionally, I sit at a table and work from there. Considering other Starbucks, this location is clean, the baristas are friend;y, they tend to work quickly, and they get the orders right. Since this is less than a mile from my office, I will stop by periodically when I feel like getting coffee rather than making coffee. read more

Easy in; easy out of this Starbuck's drive-through location on Meacham road. My drink of choice is typically a skinny vanilla latte with oat milk, but lately, I have been trying other flavors, like pistachio. It can be tricky getting into the drive-through line on a busy weekend morning with other businesses nearby, but the line moves pretty fast. This location is always fast, and the baristas here are super welcoming and friendly at the drive-through window. I also appreciate them taking time to share how much I might have remaining on a gift card. I love that you can usually get a hot breakfast sandwich here in the morning when I've been to other nearby locations that seem to run out pretty quickly. read more

ORDER TYPE: Drive-thru MEAL: Elevenses MY ORDER EXPERIENCE: It's the time of the year where you get to try the classic Starbucks holiday beverages. Arrival of the holidays means it's also the arrival for the Starbucks Peppermint Mocha and it's one the most beloved holiday beverages so without any delay I had to try this drink. As it was in the evening time, I had to wait over 15 mins in the drive-thru for me to order my coffee. The coffee was rich in full-bodied espresso mixed with flavors of peppermint, chocolate and whipped cream. The smell and taste of the coffee was really good. I learnt that this beverage was inspired from holiday candies. One of the nicest things during the holiday season at Starbucks are the red coffee cups which give the mood of the holiday season. Even though I'm not a coffee person, I still liked the coffee and wanted to enjoy the limited edition of beverages which Starbucks provides. read more

I've been here a few times now and they've earned a 5 star from me because of their friendly and speedy service, and because my coffee is consistently spot on, no matter who makes it! It's a fancy new Starbucks in Schaumburg! This may be the 5th SBux is STown but this location has it's benefits. It's in a brand new little shopping area off of Meachem right amidst all the corporate offices. +This location has a drive thru! +Because it's new and no one knows of this location yet, there is NO ONE there! Yes, that's right. I went through the drive thru at 7am with no line, no wait, and saw no one inside either. This won't last long but for now it's a lovely benefit. +They have a fancy schmancy order board that is all digitalized in the drive thru. +Everything is brand spankin' new inside so it's all nice and clean. +They have all the usual drink options plus the hot menu items and a selection of other things, as well. +They open at 4:30am each day! That's a bit earlier than other locations. Daily hours are 4:30am-10pm except on Friday & Saturday when they are open until 11pm. This location is extremely convenient to my company so a few of us have already hit it up in the morning. Sure, sure, there are Starbucks on every block but I'm pretty pleased with this location. read more

Pretty nice and clean Starbucks, with a friendly staff. My grande skinny vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso was delicious and on-point. With complimentary Google-Starbucks WiFi, and I was able to get a lot work done on the laptop without any issues. I was here for over 3-hrs and no staff bothered or harassed me to leave. BATHROOM REVIEW: The Men's bathroom has a standing urinal and a toilet. Although this bathroom accommodates to people peeing at the same time, there is a lock in the door. I always wondered what to do in these situations; if I just need to do a "#1", should I still lock the door? read more

My friend and I came here to study early morning before our exam and we asked for 2 cups of water and one of the many blonde workers gave us a dirty look and said "next time bring your own cups that way we don't waste cups on water, ok?" And then we went to the other end and 2 other girls go "they are just getting water" in a way so we would hear too? and be embarrassed?? And the girl filling up our water didn't bother to fill it up all the way and placed them down the counter with attitude, after we go and sit and they all kept starring. read more

"Starbucks Cafe and Coffee shop" that's what is says on the google map. But in reality afternoon there are only two types of coffee is being served Pike and Espresso. And If you try to order any other type of coffee like a dark roast, then a "Barista" strongly recommends Pike, or just give you a pike as a dark roast coffee. And to make a pourover coffee for the "Barista" at Starbucks is a mission impossible. Also calling someone a Barrista who doesn't know the difference between light roast, medium roast and dark roast is way too much. I would call them drinks servers. read more

I drive through this Starbucks sometimes when I'm on my way to work. Never had a problem. The baristas are kind and funny (in a good way!) and I absolutely love this location. Cute location but it was the first time I'd had to wait a full minute to be acknowledged. One barista was sorting straws at the window and the other 2 were in the back. I sat at the bar to wait for my drink and noticed the place looked like a bomb went off. Four kinds of milk sitting out (which makes sense during a rush but not now), ice bin uncovered, etc. Not great. read more

I went to this Starbucks this morning because I am currently without a coffee maker at home. Was in a hurry because I needed to get to work so I went to the drive through. The line moved refreshingly quickly, my order was easily understood, payment was quick and easy, my order was correct and the person working the drive through was pleasant and professional. Easy peasy. It's how it should always be but, many Starbucks seem to have challenges getting it right. Very happy with my experience especially after dealing with the ridiculous, unprofessional people at the Starbucks on Higgins and Meacham. I WILL be back to visit this Starbucks on Meacham and American Lane!! read more

After Starbucks got rid of their former rewards structure, I was relieved; I could finally try the dozens of independent coffee shops in California guilt-free. I've fallen in love with many of them and never looked back. Fast-forward to now and this Starbucks. It's relatively new, and it made me fall back in love with Starbucks -- as in love as I was 15 years ago when I first started going there and baristas knew your name and preferred drinks, and it felt more like a cafe and less like McDonald's. This Starbucks deserves all the kudos. The baristas take it back home. I was actually taken aback when, on only my second visit, a barista asked if we were getting "the regular." (I think I stared at him for a few seconds before replying.) Inside, there is plenty of seating and a wide variety, too. You have a community table, bar seating (with a view of the world or the baristas), high tables, and regular tables. The decor is modern, bright, and inviting. I was so impressed and will actually miss it when I go West. Way to go, Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks location is very nice and very clean. Parking outside is quite luxurious compared to what I am used to. They have plenty of seating inside (tables and bar type of seating), a quick drive-thru, and a large, clean restroom. I have been here a couple of times to get a beverage or 2 and some pastry. Of course, the pastry is quite similar to other locations. The staff have always been pleasant. They do get busy at times but they usually have enough people running the orders that it doesn't take too long to get out of there with your beverage. Overall, a fantastic place. One of my fav Starbucks locations in the NW Burbs. They always seem friendly, and for some reason I've had a few free drinks courtesy of the "pay it forward" charity of many Starbucks customers ahead of me in the drive thru line. This brand new Starbucks is a wonderful addition to the Schaumburg area (especially because it's across the street from work)! It is decent in size, with a very classy style. They have lots of tables/chairs (in varying heights and lengths), making it easy to sit and hang out, work, study, or catch up with a friend. Unlike other Starbucks in the area though, no couches or comfy chairs at this particular location. But overall, the ambiance is what I like about this place. I typically roll in around 6:30/7am, and because it's still fairly new, my order is always quick and accurate. Thanks Valerie! The rest of the staff is great here too. All in all, an excellent place to have coffee, relax, or get work done. **They have Drive-Thru and outdoor seating!** read more

Slowest. Location. Ever. I was in line for almost a half hour (there were only 4 cars in front of me) and I had to repeat my order 6 TIMES!! Pulled up to the order window and they made me repeat my order AGAIN!! Was hardly greeted by 2 teeny-boppers that were giggling at my frustration instead of being apologetic for their carelessness. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

they really don't even deserve a star. But we waited in the drive thru for like 5 mins for someone to respond on the intercom, like no employee even said " hello, we'll be right with you" so we did a mobile order for drive thru.. because AGAIN no employee responded on the intercom. and one of the employees with blonde highlights and nose ring proceeded to get smart and tell us we were essentially holding up the line by doing that but AGAIN had one of them answered the intercom, we wouldn't have felt the need to do a mobile order (drive thru) pick up but even so it took no more than a minute to make our things so I don't feel like she needed to speak to us that way, and really she deserved to get snatched. read more

This is my go to location because it's the closest to my job and my house. Maybe I'm a Grinch, but this Starbucks is just ok. Good news: -They get my order right every time -They have a drive thru -The drive thru employees are generally friendly and chipper -The interior is sparkling clean The meh news: -Seating inside is super tight and it was very, very busy at 9am on a random Tuesday -If you're like me and you have to resort to sitting at the espresso bar, it's not only uncomfortably close to others but it's loud as hell. -Outside seating is a nice option when it's warmer but there are only two or three tables.
