This Starbucks consistently makes errors in orders or doesn't listen fully to the order. Today, I ordered a simple drink at the drive through and the person mumbled that I could pull around. When I got to the window he was busy talking and laughing with someone as he held my drink while I waited. I asked to use my stars as I have over 2500 of them. No acknowledgement. It takes a few minutes for the app to update, but when I looked later he had not used stars but cash deduction instead. So typical. I regret using this one every time, but it was on my route. Not my favorite Starbucks location. On the outside, the cross traffic and drive through are a bit tight and confusing. On the inside it's quite noisy and the tables and chairs don't seem to be cleaned often enough (there's drips of coffee on several tables and chairs that I tried to sit down at). The ordering feels quite rushed with the same person trying to keep up with both inside and drive through orders and at the pickup it felt like they were also trying to rush through everything. While the drinks may taste like what you expect from a Starbucks, this didn't really feel like like a premium experience. read more

This Starbucks is gross and disgusting. There was garbage all around. The garbage can overflowing. The only table that we could get was sticky and I had to get a wet paper towel to clean it. The men's bathroom had large puddles in front of both the urinal and toilet. This location was much noisier than I like. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte. This was not made to the usual high quality that this drink is known for. After I ordered and got my drink, I was forced to leave and find a more acceptable location to get my work done. read more

Started ordering to find out that they were out of lemonade. It's tough for me because every drink I like from Starbucks that's not super high in calories has lemonade in it. I ended up getting a water, with a ham and swiss on a baguette. The store wasn't particularly busy, so it was surprising that they were out. However, the workers were very apologetic. Well, I hesitate to give negative reviews but I've given this location countless opportunities to shine. They are regularly out of many items. Specific teas, specific beverages and food items. Service is average at best! This is the Holiday Season and there should be good cheer, BUT NOT HERE! I have decided to drive a few miles further AND have found better service, no food or beverage shortages and cheerful employees! So Starbucks on Euclid on Arlington Heights is worth the drive!!! I've stopped in for coffee many times at this Starbucks and find the baristas to be fast and friendly. The coffee drinks were consistently good. I love the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. This Starbucks has a drive through. The interior is medium sized with bench or chair seating options. Many people come here to surf the net or work on their computers. They have all of the popular bagged coffees to take home and a small selection of coffee mugs for sale. Remember to tip! I believe if you can afford a $5.00 coffee you can afford to leave the staff a tip. Tip monies are a large part of their pay. read more

This SB is horrible! They can't make anything right! The employees are rude, obnoxious and condescending. The drive though is horribly designed - in fact the whole parking lot design is dumb! Preordered a sandwich and tall dark roast coffee today, arrived and sandwich was ready but not the coffee. When I inquired the woman server said issue with the coffee maker and I commented doesn't have to be dark roast any coffee will do. She then said they can't make any coffee, repairman there now, and she could make me an Americano instead. Commented really dont like Americano, how long do you think repair will take? Another guy worker beside her yelled out " Could be a couple hours and possibly all day!" and he started laughing out loud! I commented not really something to laugh about and asked the woman server to just credit my account. Little frustrated I left with my sandwich trying to figure out where to get a coffee. As I left, I saw the Wendy's across the street with a sign "Serving breakfast", got in the drive through lane and ordered a small coffee. As I got up to the window the woman commented can a I wait a second they are making a new pot. About thirty seconds later she handed me a tall coffee, I handed her a five dollar bill and she gave it back and stated "no charge, we made you wait!". I was shocked, and insisted that she keep the five dollars as a tip. As I drove away I tried the coffee without high expectations, but surprisingly it was really strong and I would say maybe better than the Starbucks dark roast! Anyhow I have never tried the Wendy's breakfast sandwich, but maybe tomorrow I will! Competition is so great! :) read more

The Starbucks employees are phenomenal! Very welcoming everytime I go in. They recently got some new people and 1 out 4x they do mess up my order. Which no biggie 100% im going to drink it anyways . Usually the ones that have been for a while or always working already know who I am and new ones look at me like they have a problem with me being there . This Starbucks is pretty hit or miss. My drink or food is wrong probably about 1 out of every 4 times I come here. If I catch the mistake before I leave they fix it but often I'm going through the drive thru and I don't catch the mistake until I already drove away. The parking lot is really tight, so you really need to be aware when pulling in and out. The staff are very friendly and the drive thru usually moves quickly. It's clean. read more

My morning commute isn't the same without a visit to this Starbucks. Laura works the drive thru and is an Angel on this earth. She is so warm and friendly and just beams happy. The food is great and the staff is wonderful. There is a drive thru and some good seating areas inside.. BUT they are really inconsistent with making drinks (or consistently bad). We've been several times to get the pumpkin cream cold brew and this location never makes it right. It's just gross and such a waste of money. Everytime I order from this Starbucks they get my order wrong even if it is a mobile order with what I want directly in it. It is as simple as they switch out the lemonade, which I paid extra for, for water which makes the drink a lot worse. My boyfriend picked it up for me and did not say anything because how is he suppose to know? This location is awful- they aren't friendly or clean. I always use my app and order ahead of time just to wait to be greeted when I walk in and I always have to ask for a straw because nothing is ever stocked or cleaned in this store! Besides that-I love their oatmeal but when I got mine they didn't modify anything for my toppings or what i changed in my drink. I'm SUPER allergic to diary and they always mess up my drink order. When I ask them about if its correct they said it should be. I could get really sick from this. They don't care about their customers. read more
