I ordered their signature soufflé pancakes, topped with homemade whipped cream and fresh fruit. I also paid a little extra for a scoop of ice cream, and I'm glad I did because it paired perfectly with the pancakes. The only downside is that the soufflé pancakes take a little while to prepare, but that's expected since they're made fresh. In my opinion, they're absolutely worth the wait. I'm also impressed by the variety on their menu. Besides their signature pancakes, they offer a great selection of breakfast dishes and sandwiches. My party was not happy with the long wait but we gave them the benefit of the doubt since we did order a lot of food and it was a busy day. We had two different pancakes and an eggs Benedict with tater tots and a salad. The pancakes were cold and not as jiggly as I'm used to when it comes to a standard Japanese soufflé pancake. It tasted good but I wish they were fluffier! The eggs Benedict were delicious but the eggs were overcooked and we didn't get a runny egg. There doesn't appear to be any sound baffling so the voices echo. It can he hard to talk since they noise can be loud. Other than that, the visit was very nice. I don't usually comment on rest rooms, but had the opportunity to use it while there. The men's room was bright and clean. The big issue here is parking. There are not that many spots in front of the restaurant and they fill quickly - not just for Bruch Cafe customers, but for other stores in the plaza. It's very difficult to find a close spot, especially when your companion uses a walker. Before going, know the experience will be good, but it may be frustration trying to park.

When the dishes came, it was also weird was that the bacon was as thin as paper so that was really a letdown hence part of the four stars. Our waitress though was absolutely fantastic very attentive. She did forget a couple things but that's OK. It was a hectic morning. I don't mind that and it doesn't bother me. The pancakes are delicious.
