This Starbucks is a huge hit or miss. The inside is your typical Starbucks, but there's often messes or trash scattered around. I'm not sure what it is, but the food from this location tastes slightly off. I'm not sure if they're not storing food correctly or what, but it's tastes just this side of funky. Drinks are usually fine from here, but I think you're better off going to the location by Best Buy. read more

Love this location because I can grab my coffee and wander around the little mall. Now it's extremely exciting because I can grab my drink and wander around the local Spirit Halloween. The mall can get busy with Ralph's and Trader Joe's near by byt there is plenty of parking. There is also a good amount of seating inside and some outside in shades areas. Yea this store is operating on something different. The water can be given out but thats not the reason for the one star. The vibe here is so off for a starbucks. Wow! I've really understood the whole coffee craze and mostly drink black at the house but with the popularity and brand recognition of Starbucks, I would take the kids for a treat. This place is same quality for coffee but man the parking is bad, and the drivers here are usually on their phones making it more dangerous. No drive through at this location, so you need to go inside and hope you don't get mowed down by idiot drivers. read more

I come to this STBX at least once a week. Usually more. Always greeted as I walk in. Service is quick and friendly. I've been here 5 times and every time it was terrible The first time they served me warm coffee instead of hot, as if it had already been made before The second time they told me it would take 15 minutes, although inside was empty The third time it seemed to be ok, but people here absolutely don't know how to make coffee Gave me the milk with syrup and I need to pay 7$ for it. I don't know where you get workers in this place, but they're so bad. Today they did for me with the wrong drink, which I asked for and I felt guilty, because they looked at me very strangely and they said "sorry" but they did it like they were doing me a favor while looking at each other like it was my fault. Went here on a Sunday night. Maybe only one or two other people in the store. I've never had any issues with my drinks here. The staff is nice and patient. The employees at this location are by far the rudest. I've had so many experiences, but the one today made me laugh by how absurd it was. I ordered an iced drink and they made it hot. I'm sorry but I never have great experiences at this Starbucks. I'm the type of girl who is always in a rush and wants to be efficient with everything - so I order online before I leave my place so that the drink would be ready by the time I get there (I rather have a drink I can quickly grab and go than a fresh drink). Every time I online ordered here, I would wait until the estimated completed time on the app before I walk into the store. This time I actually came in around 5-10 minutes later and it was FULL. Granted there was one lady who ordered 13 drinks so I'm sure there was a holdup because of that but as I was watching the whole thing go down, it just didn't feel very efficient. I'm not sure if the employees were new or just flustered but it was just a hot mess. After 5 more minutes of waiting (now 20 minutes passed my supposed completed time), I asked someone what the status of my order was - which was a green tea frappe with caramel drizzle. They said that they were going to get to it as soon as possible and I watched them look at the order sticker and continue on making other drinks that weren't part of the lady's 13 drink order - she was also getting upset rightly so. I then waited an extra 15 minutes (now 35 passed the time) and decided that I would just cancel my order because I was tired of standing around with everyone not getting anywhere ... then my name was called. I grabbed my drink and ran out of there vowing never to go back to this location again, and when I got in my car I realized there wasn't even caramel drizzle. read more

The Caramel Mountain Starbucks lacks that something special that most of my regular Starbucks seem to have. I recently stopped in while I was traveling in the San Diego area. I waited in the three person line for twenty minutes. No apology for the delay. No acknowledgment what's so ever. Okay, fine. I ordered an iced passion tea, and a breakfast sandwich. I've already invested thirty minutes for what should have been a 10-15 minute start to finish. My drink was mediocre by standards, and my sandwich was over zapped in their convection oven. It seems that there's always something wrong when I come here. The first time there was a huge piece of plastic in my drink then this time they gave me my cheese danish with oven dust on it lol. I also noticed their aprons were extremely dirty as were the tables and their work areas. The cashier's hands were very dirty, to the point that I felt uneasy drinking my drink from here. When I went back to get a refund for the Danish she had an attitude and told me that "it's not dangerous" to eat it like this. It might not be dangerous but it's nasty. This is a very busy Starbucks located in a very busy strip mall. seating inside but plenty outside. I stopped in to have a grande cold brew and take advantage of their free WiFi to get some work done. Although the place was packed, I was able to find a seat neat the window with a plug in for my electronics. I usually drink the cold brew coffee black with no room, but this time around for some reason I added a touch of half and half. The cold brew was great as usual and the touch of half and half gave it a smoothness and a touch of sweet as well. The cold also provided that nice kick I needed to get through my work without a hitch. This location does not have a lot of seating inside, but has more outside in front. The counters were all well stocked and neat. Service at the counter was very good and quite quick even with the long lines. They sure have a good system down here: a system that all done with a smile. Very nice smaller Starbucks. read more
