I love a convenient coffee stop, and this Dutch Bros location delivers! They have both a drive-thru and walk-up option, which is super handy. Even though it was really busy, the team was incredibly friendly and speedy. I created my own drink - a medium iced latte with an extra shot, 1 pump white mocha, 1 pump hazelnut, vanilla soft top, and cinnamon sprinks - SO good! Sweet but still strong with the espresso, exactly how I like it! Bonus tip: if you want to save time, you can order ahead with their app. Highly recommend! read more

This review is specifically for ordering via the app and picking up at the window. I highly recommend this tells you exactly when your order is ready so you can skip the wait. As usual, the Escondido staff is incredibly friendly and even when the lines look long, they move them through quickly. I typically stick to the Golden Eagle, but I decided to branch out and try the Iced Dragon Slayer Rebel today. It did not disappoint. It is very refreshing and tastes like a delicious flavored soda- the raspberry and blue raspberry drizzle is a great combo. While the drink was tasty, I'm glad I tried it. However, I probably wouldn't pay for it again. At $5.45 for a small, the value just wasn't there for me personally. read more

I tried the new coconut cream iced latte and it was delicious! I also got a hot golden eagle as a backup since I know it's good and trying new things can be risky since I don't want to wait in the line again if I don't like it. Both were great! read more

Updating my review after another great visit! One thing that really stands out here is how friendly everyone is. Will was awesome and super helpful while I was ordering a couple drinks. He helped customize my order and made sure everything turned out great! Shoutout as well to the team preparing the drinks, everything was made quickly and perfectly! Everyone working there was so outgoing and attentive, which really makes the whole experience feel welcoming and fun! read more

I really liked this location. Off the highway and it was directly on my way to were I was going so really convenient. Costumer service is always nice, I wish the employees wore name tags so I could shoot them off here but that's okay! Delicious blended 911 with sugar free caramel drizzle and soft top. Delicious As always thanks guys ! read more

Excited to try this location of Dutch Bros Coffee. Easy access from main roads. Recently opened, many customers use the drive thru service where friendly and patient staff help you order what you are fancying. Drinks are prepared well and are delicious. This location shares the lot with a "hotel". However, it is clean and convenient. read more

I come here 3 times a week and I dont know why I never reviewed it. The drinks are so good and made to perfection everytime. The service is always good with the employees having to be so kind, the truly come off genuine. If you're ordering inside or through the drive through, it's always a good atmosphere. I ordered a Chai Tea Molten Lava Iced Latte with cold foam and mocha toppings and it was so perfect I had to take a picture before I drank it! Love it here! read more

I had started going to this location as it's closer to me but from now i'll be avoiding it and making the drive to the other dutch in Escondido. I stopped by today and placed an order at the window at 4:49 waited close to 15 minutes just to get watered down drinks that had just been sitting at the counter inside. I had seen another customer have the same issue this weekend with her mobile order that had just been sitting inside as well. I assumed the drive thru must have been busy but when I turned around there was no line for the drive thru.... Pretty dissapointed with this location and won't be back. I don't think it's that hard to call out customers names when their drinks are done. read more

Huge fan of Dutch Bros they have such a variety of coffees & drinks including protein coffees my personal favorite. I love how you can customize your drink to be sugar free. DUTCH BRO'S Second time trying Dutch Bro's and it was pretty standard coffee! Nothing too crazy, except the long lines whether it's in person at the pick up window or drive thru. I decided to order online after my boyfriend told me how long the lines were, so it was really good to do it beforehand. I decided to get the popular Golden Eagle Blended drink, and i added in some fun sprinkles with whip cream, and half sugar. It was pretty alright, a bit melted when I got it but it was about $7 for the medium size. Parking was a no-go, they don't have much space so we had to park at the motel in front of it / the community center. I'd recommend ordering online however, because atleast it was right away when we got to their register. The drinks are highly full of sugar, with over 30 grams! Pretty insane, but i'd recommend stopping by here one time to try it out. Ambiance is bright, but a bit dirty on the outside and in the lot. read more

I'm addicted! I love being able to make a favorite order on the app quickly order it up and zip through this location to pick it up. I'm a big fan of the hopscotch protein, coffee, and this location makes it the best compared to other others. Also have note for this location it's great that they always seem to be outside during busy time taking your order or grabbing your mobile order from inside so you don't have to wait as long out in the lines Tip is make sure you pick the lane on the outside/right hand lane. It'll just make it a little bit easier in case you do get your drink you can quickly sneak out around the other side of the driveway lane. Staff here is always super friendly sometimes a little chatty, but I appreciate it! read more

Menu is the same as other Dutch bros! (obviously!). But what sets this Dutch apart from others is that it seems to run out of stickers on the drop days later than the others in San Diego. Also, this is the first time I've been thanked for my service when using my Navy Fed card. Not a lot of people notice these small things, but it means a lot. Thanks Dutch bros for the amazing service as always! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Poppin- Boba Fire Lizard Rebel - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Escondido, California

I love this place, but I'm giving it 4 stars only because there's no indoor seating, which kind of sucks when you want to hang out or chill. If they added some, it would be so popular and such a great vibe to add on! Now for the good stuff--the drinks are seriously bomb. I was so excited that they finally brought back the lavender syrup (they haven't had it since 2022!). I got the lavender chai and it's my absolute favorite. It's smooth, floral, and cozy, and if you love lavender like I do, you'll be obsessed. Another thing I love here is the soft tops. You can customize them with any drink and it adds that sweet, creamy layer on top that makes every sip even better. This is one of my go-to spots because you can mix and match anything. Dutch Bros is super flexible and fun with their drinks. We also come here for the Rebel energy drinks--my favorite is the Double Rainbro. It's fruity, colorful, and definitely a Dutch Bros classic. Overall, everything's great. Drinks are amazing, staff is friendly, and the vibe is fun--just wish there was somewhere inside to sit and hang for a bit. Would be an easy 5 stars if they added that! read more

Stopped by midday on a Saturday and wow were they busy. We walked up to the window to order, and appreciated the fact they had a divider for mobile pick up vs ordering from the window as the drive thru was packed with people. Ordering was quick and our drinks came out fairly quickly as well. We got the annihilator and golden eagle. Both were good, the golden eagle was much sweeter than I thought, which makes me wonder how sweet the lemonades are as the cashier recommended this to me for a less sweet option, read more

Good coffee. Perfect sweet drink .The service was excellent. This young lady was of great help for a first timer like me. They have plant based milk options. We got lucky and missed the rush. The seasonal specials are cereal drinks as posted. Only thing that sucked was that it was hard to eat the marshmallows since they blended with the ice and got stuck with them. read more

I just ordered 3 drinks, FULL OF ICE!! One of them has so much ice that the straw wouldn't go in because there's no space, one of them the top is pure ice. I didn't check before I left & now it's too late. SO disappointing, all 3 drinks are pure ice !! So unfair and disappointing., It's upsetting having to pay for a Medium and getting an extra small in return, because that's basically what it is. I love Dutch bros, but this is completely unacceptable. DO BETTER. I tried submitting the message but I keep getting a message failed, I tried multiple times yesterday and today and still nothing. I go to college in DC where there is sadly no Dutch bros. It's my last night in my hometown San Diego and I feel horrible because it's 10:58 pm (they close at 11) but I pull up to ask if they would be able to squeeze in one last Dutch run. Not only was she SO sweet about it and more than willing-- she gave me my drink on the house she deserves the world shoutout to her! Dutch bro baristas are always so sweet, but she went above and beyond. 2000/10 as always. read more

First time actually going to a Dutch Bros . I ordered the Golden Eagle .. and I'm not one to want to " drink " my calories .. so I opted for sugar free syrups & caramel . Very good flavor .. my only complaint is it wasn't hot . More like lukewarm. Luckily I was headed to a place with a microwave so nothing a little zapping couldn't fix . If you like your drinks hot, you may want to ask for extra hot . Food selections very minimal , 500 calorie muffins and that's it . Would be nice if they added a few healthier options . No dinning room to sit , so not a place to be able to go and get some work done . They do have a parking lot in case you want to walk up to the window . Friendly staff , and quick service . I would recommend this location and I would visit again. read more

This review is long overdue, but not only do I love Dutch Bros but I love love love this particular location. Will ( in the picture, sorry I don't know the girls name) and the crew at this location are always so welcoming and I love them to death. I stop by every morning before work to get my usual drink, oat milk with added SF vanilla and soft top and unlike other coffee shops oat milk isn't an up charge since they already have a drink that is an oat milk latte unlike some places. There are times I don't even have to say anything and they are already asking me if I'm picking up my drink because they already know my car I have a very distinct license plate, or sometimes they will just bring my drink out to me cuz they see my car rolling through. BIG SHOUT OUT to Will and the crew at this location. Please support them! read more

Service provided by one latina staff member tonight on 11/21 close to closing was awful and unacceptable. Her being argumentative with me is so unprofessional. When I asked for her name and her managers name her answer was sorry for privacy reasons I cant provide that!!!! So unacceptable and for her to argue about some cones being in place if this location has camera's they can check them and see for themselves that there were no cones when I entered the drive thru lane. Plus if they don't want to provide service before 11pm then they should just say closing is at 10:50pm not 11:00pm. Keep in mind I go to this location pretty often and go to another location often as well and have never had issues with service provided so this is why Im upset to say the least. read more

WE LOVE OLIVIA!!! Amazing service, she's such an icon and our drinks were amazing. Her drink recommendations were on point.

This place was new to us & we are so glad we found it. Our first time experience was amazing but it started with the customer service. Pablo was so knowledgeable and patient. He handled every first timers questions with kindness. Our second experience, Bella, made the most beautiful birthday cup with the same warmth as family would. What started off as a frustrating birthday for my fiancé, Dutch bros fixed. Starbucks could never! The drinks are amazing but the people here.. they make it home. Plus their music?!?! Top Notch. Thank you Dutch Bros. & to Dutch bros Management, give Pablo and Bella raise. They are priced gems. Treat them well please. read more

Very Poor Customer Service, Unreliable Experience I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to say something. I waited in a long line, and despite being there well before several other cars, the staff prioritized orders from people who arrived after me. No explanation, no apology -- flat-out rude, dismissive attitudes. Not exactly the relaxing start to your day you'd hope for. And don't bother with the drive-thru: the window is always "out of service" with the same sign excuse about bees. Yet oddly, I've never actually seen any bees around. What really doesn't make sense is that they keep opening the door to hand out orders instead -- wouldn't that make the bee issue worse? If anything, it points to a lack of consistent cleaning or proper preventative measures. It feels like a lazy excuse for poor maintenance. If you value your time and basic respect, I'd recommend going elsewhere. There's no excuse for treating customers this way. All in all, it feels like customer experience is the last priority here. read more

The folks here are an absolute ray of sunshine. From the representatives in the drive-thru, to the folks inside preparing your order. They are professional, personable, attentive, and genuinely happy. This is a drive-thru location with a pick-up window. It is BUSY. Pack your patience and quit complaining! I got the Holiday Cookie hot latte and it was delightfully flavorful- way more so than my husbands' Golden Eagle which was pretty bland. Will definitely try again based on the customer service alone. Well done! read more
