Large iced white mocha with an add shot

Love this coffee spot. I usually take on the go but the sitting area is comfy and clean. When I go to the mall I almost always get something here, especially if my favorite barista (Jennifer) is there. She makes the drinks so perfect!

Decent coffee in a quieter area of the mall Comfortable couch and few tables Service was good

Great coffee, great service. Small business owner too , which I personally love to support when I can. Nothing fancy but gets my coffee fix when I need it without overcharging me like Starbucks. Always my go to when I'm in the mall :)

It is located on the first floor of the mall. The house iced coffee is deliciously refreshing on a hot afternoon. The lady helping me was quick to give me my order!

A good cup of Joe in a mall that's half empty. This is your only coffee option at Westfield North County. Starbucks and Nordstrom are long since closed. I wouldn't count the Starbucks inside Target as an option because good luck finding a batista to serve you.. Coast Coffee is a pared down version of the fancy coffee shop that was here previously. Coffee drinks and some pastries only. My iced vanilla latte was really good. Just enough ice to make it cold, but not too much to rip me off on the coffee...

We came right when the cafe opened and were the only ones there so far. Even though the drinks can be on the pricier side, they are well worth it! I got the peppermint mocha and it was delightful. You walk in and the vibes were so welcoming, clean, vibrant, comfy, and spacious. Loved all the details of the artwork and colors they put in to their space. Take time to read the captions of the photos on wall -- it made me feel so connected to the coffee shops origins! I love a good story and knowing the heartbeat of a business. I told the barista how I randomly found them asked her what was their most ordered drink? She told me the De La Olla Latte, Horchata Latte, and Blueberry Matcha. I was in a coffee mood so I went with the De La Olla Latte, got it half sweetened, with oat milk and got it hot. This cup of coffee was one of the best the had. The quality and taste of their coffee beans from Mexico do not disappoint! Also the extra flavoring for this speciality drink was so flavorful too. Well worth the taste, experience, and price! I also ordered a Cardamom Vanilla Cinnamon Morning Bun to go with it. My word the pastry was perfectly made with its softness and outside crunch, and the flavors were so well balanced none of it was over powering or too sweet. The barista's customer service was also so welcoming, kind, and took time to explain their drinks and any other questions I had. She put the cherry in top of my experience there. I am already looking forward to going back to try out their blueberry match or horchata latte! Plus I heard they have bomb conchas. Overall: 10/10 would recommend!

They've got just about all you need from a cafe; plenty of coffee drinks, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. The pastries looked a bit dry but it could've just been because they'd been out on display for a bit. The two employees working there didn't have much personality but I can't really blame them. It can't be too exciting working at a cafe in the back of a car dealership. The building has a really nice interior, not very coffee-shop giving but if you appreciate pretty architecture you may like it. The food was decent, can't really go wrong with a bagel sandwich. The bacon could've been a bit crispier but it still tasted good. Coffee was alright, I would've liked it more if I had gotten a different milk, it's my fault knowing that almond milk doesn't make for a good frothy latte milk. Overall there wasn't anything too special about the place, but it certainly wasn't bad. I wouldn't go out of my way for it but I have preferences for everything I had elsewhere. If you do happen to be in the area though, give it a shot!

The shop looks really nice inside, thoughtfully decorated, albeit somewhat uncomfortable chairs. I elected to sit at the bar but still had to order at the counter, that's ok. I was given a number sign that was never retrieved. Service was satisfactory, yet somewhat impersonal. I was there for about an hour, watching lunch time service unfolding. They were nice and busy but not suitably staffed for the orders it seemed. Everything just happened at a rather slow, methodical pace. I did observe a few patrons come up to the counter inquiring about their orders and complaining the soup was cold. I ordered the "California Club" sandwich, made with turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, avocado, tomato, red onion, pesto and mayonnaise. Comes with your choice of soup or salad. The sandwich itself was good overall. An appropriate amount of sliced turkey, tasty, crispy bacon on a substantial, dense bread with a nice chew. If there was avocado, it was completely indiscernible. Maybe it was smeared in with all the green pesto, I don't know. The salad was tasty, although haphazardly presented and excessively dressed. Since this place offers wine, I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. It was served in an elegant, tall stemless glass, unfortunately at room temperature. There is one restroom here, somewhat unkempt. In summary, a nice neighborhood spot with a classic coffee shop vibe.

They serve a fair variety of sandwiches and other little items to buy such as coffee and cookies. The location is small with about a total of 5 seating areas including both inside, and out. For service they're all very friendly since it's primarily the family owners who serve you. You go up to the front and place your order and they'll bring the food you order to your table, they do close early since this is a breakfast spot first and foremost, so expect to arrive early if you want to eat here. I usually order The Works in a half since a full size sandwich is well over $20, excluding any additions or substitutions you may make. The sandwich does taste really good, but it does come at a steep price. They've grown in popularity over the years, which may have influenced their pricing (by a lot) which in my opinion does outweigh it's value. While I do enjoy my infrequent visits, I can say this location is more of an occasional treat, as opposed to a constant meal to be had often.
