One of the best Iced Caramel Macchiato's I've had in a long time! I don't even work in the area or have medical needs here lol. I came because of the reviews. My beverage was very creamy and caramel-ey. I was quite happy. I also noticed the owner is a very kind person. When I was there, I saw he had a lot of regulars. This place is hidden but found in a nice corner. The auroma of the coffee will bring you to this place where you can find a variety or food. It was early in the morning about 7 am order egg,bacon and bean burrito. Was hungry and delicious forgot to take a picture. Yummy!. Stopped by here while dropping in at Kaiser. The person who helped me was super friendly. I noticed that she was taking the time to try and speak to the customers on a personal level..that was nice. I had an iced coffee. Nothing fancy but it the spot. This little coffee stop is a kiosk right outside Kaiser's pharmacy. Convenient location. They offer some snacks and soft drinks. I like this place. Worth a stop if you are visiting the medical offices. I've been here twice and it was always a good drink. If you are paying by card, you need to purchase a minimum of $5, so coffee and Biscotti go nicely. Not really anyplace to sit, but I sat in the pharmacy waiting room with my coffee. Really, charge 4.45 for a medium coffee and then you are going to charge .50 cents for using an ATM. Prices go up and my salary doesn't. If you want customers, give good customer service. Coffee is very good- Came here just for the Iced Mexican Mocha. The Barista was very nice too. Only drawback is the price.. $6.00 for a 20oz ( not even a 24oz) Iced mocha is it a bit much. I found this place by accident, since I was really craving coffee before a reading sesh at the public library. (It's located outside the Kaiser near the public library). I didn't expect it to be a coffee booth, but it went above and beyond my expectations. Also, many other establishments in San Diego do charge a small fee to use a card when you don't spend a certain amount. So this small business is not doing anything outside of the norm.
