Both coffees were really good, which is the main point of coming to a coffee shop. Really smooth espresso, no burnt flavor, and good body + profile. The staff are really nice, despite the place sometimes getting super busy and hectic. There's always a bright, inviting vibe and atmosphere in the store. Tons of people use this place for remote work, too, so the Wi-Fi is probably pretty good. They also have a large food menu.

I really like their lattes (vanilla or honey cinnamon), and their drip coffee has a great flavor. They have a great selection of breakfast items to choose from (we like the 9-5 and croissants), and everything is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and they're quick to bring out your order. The line here is always long, so I highly recommend using their mobile order system.

There were only two staff members, and one of them was busy fixing the machine instead of serving customers. In the end, the drinks were handed to me unfinished -- just two open cups. As a delivery driver, I had to seal the lids and package the drinks myself because the staff refused to do it. If you're not able to support delivery orders, please turn it off and stop accepting them. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

But they also always seem to be out of multiple items when I come these days. There's no food options any more most of the time, but the display cases remain. And seating... it feels like they got rid of 1-2 tables and the tables that were outside. There never seems to be enough seating so it's both cramped while also empty looking now. They have these side benches to sit on, but no one ever uses them because they're not super comfortable or good to chat with anyone with. Also, the bathroom. It's usually open, but twice now Ive been in there where there's zero toilet paper or the paper towel dispenser is out, but someone has just put a roll on top to tear at your own will. I loved this place so I hate saying more negative than good. The drinks remain amazing, but for a spot that is so popular, it's losing some of its own charm.

One of my friends who lives in the area had been here before and had suggested it for the outing. Located in an almost hidden little shopping center in the middle of a suburban neighborhood, it had gorgeous decor, especially all decked out for the holidays. We were seated at one of the outdoor patio tables, which was very pleasant on a beautiful warm day. We all had their special Christmas high tea, which came with a generous array of food that went above and beyond a normal tea service. There was a starter soup course (roasted winter vegetable soup, very delicious), then we got a massive tower with 5 different savory items, scones, and 6 different desserts. Needlessly to say, we were beyond stuffed by the end, even after opting to take most of the desserts to go. The tea selection was very nice as well--I just opted for the English Breakfast, in keeping with my preference for picking the most coffee-like tea. Our server did an amazing job, even though it seemed like she was the only one serving the entire packed place! My friends and I had a wonderful time, and I'd love to come back again.
