The menu needs updating because with all the crossed out items on the board, it looks a little low end and like they're out of things. But they also always seem to be out of multiple items when I come these days. There's no food options any more most of the time, but the display cases remain. And seating... it feels like they got rid of 1-2 tables and the tables that were outside. There never seems to be enough seating so it's both cramped while also empty looking now. They have these side benches to sit on, but no one ever uses them because they're not super comfortable or good to chat with anyone with. Also, the bathroom. It's usually open, but twice now Ive been in there where there's zero toilet paper or the paper towel dispenser is out, but someone has just put a roll on top to tear at your own will. I loved this place so I hate saying more negative than good. The drinks remain amazing, but for a spot that is so popular, it's losing some of its own charm.

They have a great selection of breakfast items to choose from (we like the 9-5 and croissants), and everything is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and they're quick to bring out your order. Awww what happened?…read more I don't think I've ever had a bad boba drink here...until today. Sad face. Our drinks were watered down significantly...you could even tell just by how they looked that they would not taste good. So I ended up just buying some oatmilk and trying to fix both of our drinks. My go-to is typically blueberry matcha, but they were out today. Not sure what happened but hopefully this experience was just a one off. We were even going to go to Ding Tea down the road but this was closer to where we had lunch. Note: their drinks are normally very good here. Today, not so much. We drank about 1/4 of ours and tossed it in the trash. It just wasn't good at all...not creamy and just plain watery like skim milk used even though we asked for oatmilk. The gal helping was a tad grumpy so we killed her with kindness and she was nicer after. I do miss the gangsta rap music that used to blare through their speakers but alas, there was none. 3 stars.

We got a five piece of the seniorita bread and it was hot and fresh! It's slightly buttery, but also has a sweet honey flavor. The seniorita bread reminds me of Filipino pan de sal. It is like none other, and I think that they are best eaten right away. I do want to come back to try their ube pandesal rolls.
