My Dad loves his blueberry bagels!! After his Dr appointment nearby, we go over there to pick up his fave bagels! I get to choose some too. lol Besides the blueberry bagels, I choose the jalapeno and cheese bagels. The bagels are super soft inside and fresh tasting. They are good even without heating them up!

Ordered ahead on the app and they lost my order. I waited a little bit after the time it said the order would be ready just to make sure they weren't just running late because they were busy. Once I was able to talk to someone, they didn't have a record of my order. It was just a bummer since I was in a little bit of a rush.

I arrived five minutes early and went to the cashier to pick up my pre-ordered 11 Baker's Dozen bagels. I usually order a large quantity as a snack for church members, and when I pick them up, the staff usually goes to the manager to ask about my order. The cashier only checked the order monitor and told me to wait because my order wasn't ready yet. I went back to the cashier at 9:35 a.m. and asked her to confirm my order. However, my order was already ready for me to pick up, and the manager told her to take it. I was embarrassed by the cashier's carelessness and inaction. And since it was a lot of bagels, I asked her for an Einstein paper shopping bag to carry them to my car. She said she didn't have one, so I ended up borrowing a store cart. This is because the staff usually loads the bagels onto the cart and brings them to my car. She said there were no carts, so she reluctantly went back to the manager, who brought me a cart and placed six boxes of bagels on it. She told me she couldn't fit all the bagels on the cart and told me to come back and load the remaining five. I went back to her and asked for five, but she only gave me four, saying those were all I had ordered. I told her I needed one more, and she turned around and gave me the one she had left. This was my first experience at this store, and I wasted almost half an hour. Every time I asked her, she wouldn't answer right away and made me wait. I wish your company would pay more attention to the customer service of its employees who order large quantities of bagels.

Texas egg sandwich: with brisket and eggs and cheese.

This was my first time at Einstein's bagel. I came for a free birthday sandwich. I was so blown away with how delicious it was. I'm reminded how much I love bagel egg sandwiches. The bagel was toasted to perfection. And the brisket in the sandwich was not overly salty, as I originally thought it might be. The eggs were tender and cooked perfectly. If only there were a piece of lettuce and tomato in the sandwich it would have been perfect. My only complaint was that they were out of the hazelnut coffee. However, the staff immediately made a pot when I told her it was empty. I just didn't want to wait for it. Needless to say, I'll be back soon.

Breakfast bagel, double egg, on everything

They're doing better now, after the covid shuffle. No inside seating, no soda machines, only bottled drinks. The selection of bagels was better this time. And my free birthday breakfast sandwich was delicious. You need to buy something, so I bought a chocolate chip cookie to share with my friend. The $2 cookie was good, and much cheaper than one at Panera!

This place popped up at #1, and honestly that was enough for me. I didn't even read the reviews. When I pulled up, I almost drove right past it because it's tucked inside a liquor store. But hidden gems are usually called hidden for a reason. I walked in and asked what their most popular sandwich was. The guy recommended the California Club, which happens to be one of my go to sandwiches anywhere, so I told him to make that and add pickles because let's be honest, you gotta have pickles. Now I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, the guy making the sandwich took a sweet time. I mean almost a solid almost 10 minutes, and at one point I caught myself thinking, "This thing better be incredible." Well... it was incredible. Absolutely worth the wait. Fresh bread, stacked, flavorful, tactical, and one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you immediately stop caring how long it took. In fact, after the baseball game I went back a second time and grabbed a Cobb salad for my wife. Of course I had a few bites as a delivery tax. That thing was tremendous too. When I picture a really good Cobb salad, this is exactly what I want. Packed with egg, bacon, avocado, and just the right amount of blue cheese. Not skimpy at all. The salad also took longer than expected, but honestly I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for food that's made right instead of rushed garbage. Well done. Easy five stars.

I see they've revamped the walls upstairs and seem to have added more seatings too. I noticed they have a water dispensary area which is self serve. There's also a QR code for the menu, but I went ahead and searched the menu online and was helped by Tristan when all my friends have already placed their orders. He made sure to ask how I wanted my eggs done and if I wanted to add anything else. But also orders can be placed using the scanned QR if a server hasn't had a chance to check on your table. I ordered the avocado Benedict with hash. My friends ordered the chilaquiles and french toast, and a bunch others that I didn't get to take a pic of. However, I was able to try the chilaquiles, and the steak on that was so flavorful, the tortilla chips were nice and crispy, and the sauce in the bottom had a slight kick to it but with the mix of crema it helped balanced out perfectly. As for the cinnamon brioche french toast, that was one of the best French toast I've had in a while. Nice and crispy but still fluffy in the middle, with that nice cinnamon flavor, topped with whipped cream and berries. As for my order of the avocado Benedict. You can choose how you want your eggs cooked, and I had mine poached. Can def. Add other proteins to the dish with extra charge, but I wanted to keep it as is. The brioche bread was fluffy and buttery like too, it was great for absorbing some of that hollandaise sauce and yolk. My friends also ordered two bottles for mimosas. We had lychee and mango syrup/puree and it gave such a tropical and summer vibe. We also ended our meal with some desserts. We had the cream puff ube, cake choc brownie, and cheesecake caramel apple. My fav. Out of the three, was the cake choc brownie. I think I would be able to eat two of those if I wasn't full. Just loved how the chocolate mousse on the top melted in the mouth, but also that brownie isn't the typical brownie texture. It has a crisp to it. The mousse and crispiness just melts so deliciously together. I should've ordered another for takeout. Service was great despite it looking busy. Food didn't take too long to come out either. But we also did dine in at a decent time too. We had such a good time, especially for my friends who tried it out for the first time. I see they also have a dinner menu now. Maybe we'll come back to try that next time!
