100 stars for the young man running the store by himself on 12/29/25! He was such a champ when we came in with a party of 11 adults and kids plus a line behind us, pickup orders, mobile/online/phone orders, etc. he stayed calm, cool and collected while remaining friendly all during a mad rush. Super helpful, super patient, so kind and even wished my kiddo a happy birthday. Whoever the "shift lead" is here today on 3/30 around 1pm needs to be trained on customer service. I ordered a milk tea and it tasted like straight sugar-- i forgot to say less sweet, that was my fault-- so I asked her NICELY to remake it and she immediately shoots me with "ugh you didn't ask," with a total attitude. She remakes it and slams it on the counter. Mind you, I am the only customer... so it's not like I was asking for a million things during a rush. I had also asked it to be stronger on the tea and she goes well it's as is, I can add more tea (I just asked you to do that..) I work as a server and I know better than to act that way towards customers, so I suggest she do the same. read more

The coffee even without added sugar it gave a hint of sweetness probably from the hazelnut syrup and it was perfect for me. I came in a couple days ago on 3/30, and a girl who made my drink gave me so much attitude about my adjustments to my drink. When I asked for the manager she snapped at me that she was the shift lead and rolled her eyes at me. For $6 I feel they could have toned down the ice and gave just a few more ounces of beverage. I got home in less than 2 minutes, so I measured the ice to beverage it was pretty stingy. 12 oz paper cup 8 oz of ice and 4 oz of beverage. That's doesn't quench anyone's thirst on a hot day. The drink was nice. Maybe next time I know better and ask for EZ ice or none at all. I can bring it home and add my own ice and get three drinks in one! I'll try and again, and send a follow up.
