This has to be the best Wintermelon Milk Tea I've had. It's not too sweet, doesn't lack flavor, and tastes so good! They have a large selection of flavors and drinks to choose from. I also like that they asked if I wanted it caffeinated or non caffeinated. I love finding good spots through Yelp! This will be my new go to spot after work. read more

Came here recently, and it hasn't been my first time visiting this place never disappoints! The boba is always super fresh and the flavor is perfect not too sweet, just right. You can tell they put care into making every drink. What stood out the most this visit was how fast everything was. The time I went, there was only one girl working, and I know it gets busy, especially when the high school students come but she handled everything so well, making drinks quickly, staying organized, and still getting every order right. Service is always friendly too. She was welcoming, patient, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Shoutout to her for working so hard it definitely didn't go unnoticed and made the experience even better. The place itself is clean with a nice, chill vibe, making it a great spot to relax. Overall, great drinks, fast service, and a really positive experience. With how consistent and enjoyable my visits have been, I'll definitely be becoming one of the regulars! read more

Ding tea has an impressive variety of drinks that cater to every taste. Are you looking for fruity? Do you want tea-forward? Craving a sweet treat? They have it all. My favorites are the pistacho matcha frappe made with oat milk and the Hawaiian fruit tea. There are classic boba drinks and more creative combinations to try. The possibilities seem endless! They also offer a discount for first responders, healthcare providers, military, teachers & students. Parking is easy and service is fast. Definitely a go-to for us locally! read more

I got Oreo fantasy and it's okays. It should has taro but I didn't taste it's. It's just like super sweet smoothie with no taste. The boba is good and chewing. Customer service is okay. The place is cute decoration and clean. read more

Nice boba shop in a small shopping plaza in RB. I was on the road and stopped in here because I was craving grapefruit tea. Their grapefruit green tea was delicious! Not too sweet for my taste. The boba was white instead of black. It was soft and chewy. Service was nice and quick too! read more

Great flavors, refreshing drinks and good boba. Sometimes chain boba shops lack consistency but that isn't the case with Ding Tea. Wish we had a shop back home , I'd be a regular. read more

I got Hazelnut Coffee with 0% sugar lvl and Matcha milk tea 50% sugar lvl. Both tasted great! The coffee even without added sugar it gave a hint of sweetness probably from the hazelnut syrup and it was perfect for me. Only downside was that I went during the day and this place has no air conditioning at all! It was super hot inside and outside felt cooler (outside temp was 85+ degree..). I felt sorry for the employee working there... read more

Besides the fact most of the drinks are a little too sweet even though you can alter the sweetness of the drinks, I like the variety and the design of the inside of the store. I think it's really cool that they also tend to do promotions that host fundraisers for different events and they give a free upgrade to a large to support. The boba is of good quality and the staff is kind and helpful. read more

100 stars for the young man running the store by himself on 12/29/25! He was such a champ when we came in with a party of 11 adults and kids plus a line behind us, pickup orders, mobile/online/phone orders, etc. he stayed calm, cool and collected while remaining friendly all during a mad rush. Super helpful, super patient, so kind and even wished my kiddo a happy birthday. We left him a $20 tip (hope he gets to keep it) but, seriously...if you are the OWNER of this location, give this kid a RAISE because this is 100% the kind of hard working employees you need to appreciate and retain! read more

Didn't even know this place was in Rancho Bernardo. Only found it by happenstance since I was picking up food next door. Very clean and quick service. Dante helped us, answered our questions and made suggestions. We ordered the Oreo milk tea and Winter Melon Tea with grass jelly and popping boba. Will definitely come back again in the future. read more

We used to choose this spot when they were a new shop because the drinks are consistently good. Unfortunately, they need to put more attention to the cleanliness of their establishment. The floors have been grossly sticky the past several times. My feet literally got stuck to the floor as I was standing there ordering. As I was waiting for my drinks at their sticky table I can hear the worker's shoes squeaking around because the floors were sticky in the back too. Pretty gross and not inviting. Not sure I'll be back any time soon read more

Terrible customer service!! The guy taking our order was extremely rude and short with us when ordering. We drove here because they had better reviews but terrible terrible terrible. Ordered over $50 worth of drinks and we had such a horrible experience!! The drinks weren't even that good either read more

It very close to my school so its a great place to head with friends but the music is often quite loud and it can get crowded. However the drinks are amazing, have great variety , and are decently priced! (try out their matcha!!) read more

Whoever the "shift lead" is here today on 3/30 around 1pm needs to be trained on customer service. I ordered a milk tea and it tasted like straight sugar-- i forgot to say less sweet, that was my fault-- so I asked her NICELY to remake it and she immediately shoots me with "ugh you didn't ask," with a total attitude. She remakes it and slams it on the counter. Mind you, I am the only customer... so it's not like I was asking for a million things during a rush. I had also asked it to be stronger on the tea and she goes well it's as is, I can add more tea (I just asked you to do that..) I work as a server and I know better than to act that way towards customers, so I suggest she do the same. read more

We came here for their grand opening and was given the cutest Boba Tea sling as a little gift...super cute! For those watching their sugar intake, you can control the amount of liquid sweetener added to your drink. Zero, 25%, 50%, 75% too 100%. Choose your poison! I always order their Ube Milk Tea over light ice, no additional sugar with grass jelly to add a touch of sweetness and it's perfect for me. They offer a large variety of coffee and tea drinks, smoothies, yogurt drinks, slushes etc. with your choice of toppings: popping boba, grass jelly, boba, cheese cream, egg pudding and plenty more. The options are endless! Service is spot on. Parking, tiny as it is shared with other restaurants and businesses so plan accordingly or you'll have to park in the street. Will definitely return! read more

I came in a couple days ago on 3/30, and a girl who made my drink gave me so much attitude about my adjustments to my drink. When I asked for the manager she snapped at me that she was the shift lead and rolled her eyes at me. Disappointed in the management at this location to allow their employees to treat customers in this fashion. I hope that there will be better training for future employees so that I can return to this otherwise pleasant establishment. read more

Service is always great. The young man working the register and preparing the drinks gave excellent recommendations for our first time visiting, and we've become regular customers! I haven't been to a Ding Tea in a while but I enjoyed my experience at this location! I ordered the Ocean's Dream and my bf got their Brown Sugar Milk tea. The flavors are good and boba texture is definitely QQ. The boba got a bit too chewy/firm for our liking after it mixed with the cold drink (it was warm though!) The Ocean's Dream lychee flavor comes through beautifully and it's a drink when you're in a fruity mood but don't want tea flavor--perfect for night time! Prices are reasonable and they have a HUGE menu! This location has such cute instagram-worthy backdrops too! read more

Definitely an IG location to take pictures with the decorations on the wall! Casual hangout spot, I went late afternoon and like 20 kids came in after school which made it a bit loud and cramped in the small store. Lots of variety on the menu, the passionfruit green tea was tasty with half sweetness. I got the signature milk tea with boba since I just wanted a milk tea. I like the golden boba they use which has a nice blend of sweetness to chewiness. This location also has frozen macaroon ice cream which I did not get to try. Maybe I can next time! They also offer 10% discount at this location for certain professions such as healthcare workers, law enforcement, and more! read more

Ordered 3 drinks. Wasn't asked my preferred sweetness or ice level (as boba places usually do). I forgot to ask myself tbh. Once I got the drinks, I asked what the sweetness level was and asked for the lowest sweet level. They reluctantly remade my drinks and forgot to add the boba to one of the drinks. Honestly, I felt like I was overly inconveniencing them as it was and didn't want to go back for a replacement. It's a cute place and my kids love boba, but likely won't visit this spot them again. read more

Our family visited Ding Tea on a weekend evening and found it to be a generally positive experience. The decor is undeniably cute and offers a visually appealing backdrop, making it quite photo-worthy. We ordered a few boba drinks, including the Jasmine Milk Tea and Thai Iced Tea, all with boba. The Jasmine Milk Teas were enjoyable. The Thai Iced Tea, while liked by one member of our group, was less impressive to another. Of note, 25% sweetness is very lightly sweetened. Regardless of individual preferences for the drinks, the texture of the boba was consistently good. The customer service we received was pleasant. The establishment also offers a small discount for healthcare workers, military servicemembers, etc, which is nice. While not the best boba I have ever had, it was a positive experience and I'd return. Overall, Ding Tea provided a nice setting and decent beverages for a family outing. read more

The drinks are pretty delicious here! We live nearby and have tried probably 4-5 different drinks and haven't been disappointed yet! I like their jasmine green tea with grass jelly, their lychee tea is great too. The staff are pretty nice. Limited seating inside and no seating outside really. But small cute place for a pit stop. Great service Great Tea will definitely be back. They have a lot of choices to pick from.

Paid by card. Ding Tea is located in a plaza next to the spa and Mediterranean restaurant and offers a lot of plaza parking. I've been waiting for this place to open and it's finally open! Super cute decorations inside and some places to sit. I'm so happy this is open! I've gone so many times already since it opened, this is dangerous. Lol. The last visit I tried the hazelnut milk tea with boba, zero sugar, and it was delicious! They also have a lot of fruit and smoothie drinks as well. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back. Their drinks taste good and their boba is cooked perfectly. They have tons of items on their menus. (Hot drinks coming soon!) read more

This was my first time trying a boba place besides sharetea. I have only ever gotten a milk tea with boba but wanted to try something new. Both of the employees were very kind and helpful with recommendations. They even let me sample the taro before ordering it so I could see if I liked it. I ended up getting a regular taro milk tea with boba, it was delicious. Next time I would like to try the monster boba latte. I love that they have so many caffeine-free options. My sister got a large milk tea with boba and she said it was great as well. The restaurant is set up really cute inside. read more
