The coffee even without added sugar it gave a hint of sweetness probably from the hazelnut syrup and it was perfect for me. 100 stars for the young man running the store by himself on 12/29/25! He was such a champ when we came in with a party of 11 adults and kids plus a line behind us, pickup orders, mobile/online/phone orders, etc. he stayed calm, cool and collected while remaining friendly all during a mad rush. Super helpful, super patient, so kind and even wished my kiddo a happy birthday. We used to choose this spot when they were a new shop because the drinks are consistently good. Unfortunately, they need to put more attention to the cleanliness of their establishment. The floors have been grossly sticky the past several times. My feet literally got stuck to the floor as I was standing there ordering. As I was waiting for my drinks at their sticky table I can hear the worker's shoes squeaking around because the floors were sticky in the back too. Pretty gross and not inviting. I ordered a milk tea and it tasted like straight sugar-- i forgot to say less sweet, that was my fault-- so I asked her NICELY to remake it and she immediately shoots me with "ugh you didn't ask," with a total attitude. She remakes it and slams it on the counter. Mind you, I am the only customer... so it's not like I was asking for a million things during a rush. I had also asked it to be stronger on the tea and she goes well it's as is, I can add more tea (I just asked you to do that..) When I asked for the manager she snapped at me that she was the shift lead and rolled her eyes at me. Disappointed in the management at this location to allow their employees to treat customers in this fashion. Casual hangout spot, I went late afternoon and like 20 kids came in after school which made it a bit loud and cramped in the small store. Lots of variety on the menu, the passionfruit green tea was tasty with half sweetness. I got the signature milk tea with boba since I just wanted a milk tea. I like the golden boba they use which has a nice blend of sweetness to chewiness. This location also has frozen macaroon ice cream which I did not get to try. Maybe I can next time!
