Bobalicious has a NEW matcha menu and I'm hooked! My favorite so far is the Cookie Butter Matcha--it's creamy, refreshing, and the perfect little sweet treat for these hot summer days. Triscilla is the sweetest and so helpful. She even remembers to add my extra Biscoff bits every time. If you love matcha or need a go-to spot for a refreshing drink in this heat, you NEED to try this menu!

This place is the number one OG boba spot! They're always the NICEST, the most creative, with the most delicious flavors and always on point! They're also fair on pricing and drinks come out quick. The space has plenty of seating and has some good music on to enjoy. Love this place! They've been around forever and there's a reason for it!

If I ever have a drink craving and in Mira Mesa this is my go to spot. Coffee, matcha or something refreshing they have it all! Triscilla and Nathan are always so helpful and give me their top recommendations! They're also always so sweet and welcoming

Went here with my friends on the weekend and the drinks were really good ! Love that they had a wide selection of drinks for those who prefer matcha/smoothies over milk tea. Their matcha was good and rich in flavor so I had to come back to try their hojicha too! I also loved the banana pudding and it tasted so good with the hojicha. Thank you Lana and Chilla for the drinks and amazing service !!

Stopped by Bobalicious in Mira Mesa looking for something to eat and drink, and this spot made a strong first impression. From the moment I walked up and heard Pretty Brown eyes, I already liked the energy. Inside, the atmosphere was relaxed, and ordering was easy with either the self-order kiosk or the register. The menu offers a solid variety of drinks, including Vietnamese coffee, milk teas, smoothies, slushes, house specials, and boba options. I went with the cold ube Vietnamese coffee with mini boba, and it easily became the highlight of my visit. The coffee had that bold Vietnamese flavor, while the ube added a smooth, unique twist that made the drink memorable. This one takes first place for me right now. If you want a drink that stands out from the usual lineup, this is the one to order.

My all time favorite boba shop! They have the very best, strong Vietnamese coffee add the sea salt cream! Delish! 11/10!! Fresh watermelon juice was refreshing.

Ah, refreshments after a morning hike! Great spot with many options available. Busy shopping plaza with lounge seats to chill. They were out of coconut juice but sugar cane was available. Got the Thai tea and Okinawa milk tea. Delicious drinks and won some prizes for the kids. Book marked for future visit!

From start to finish, this place is a 10/10--truly deserving of more than 5 stars! It absolutely lives up to its name. The customer service was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and polite. The gentleman at the front (wish I caught his name) did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was perfect. It may seem like "just a boba place," but the service alone will make you go out of your way to come back. The vibe is also a huge plus--modern, chill, upbeat music, TVs playing sports, and even a game machine. As for the drinks, the flavors are genius. I got the taro cookies with honey boba and the cookies & cream with strawberry poppers--both blended perfectly, and the boba was insanely fresh and melt-in-your-mouth good. Safe to say I've found my new favorite boba spot in town!

Their new matcha menu.. chefs kiss. Their cookie butter matcha is such an amazing blend and is definitely my new go to. Definitely worth the 40 minute drive from north county!!

we got a popcorn chicken which came w ranch. the flavor was good, you could rly taste the five spice. even tho we got a spicy level (which was surprisingly hot - in a good way, but we'll prob get a medium next time), the flavor still came thru. the basil was at the bottom - it wasn't whole leaves but it had a taste we liked, almost like tea. i will say some of the chicken pieces were a bit chewy, shaped long instead of bite-sized. but overall they hit the spot & we'd def come back :)

The best place for avocado shakes. They share the lot of hobby lobby so there are plenty of parking spaces available. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. The only thing I have gotten here has been their avocado shake though. But I t is just perfect: super smooth, sweet, and freshly avocado-y! Never have any large chunks of ice in their shake, I specifically travel here just to get their avocado shake.

Has this bubble tea shop really been open under the same name and ownership for nearly 20 years? Bobalicious is tucked away in a narrow suite in the Village at Mira Mesa. I remember visiting this spot years ago, and I don't recall sugar cane drinks being part of the menu. Fresh cane stalks were on display at the service counter. Three menu screens listed the offerings... milk teas, slushies/smoothies, coffee, fruit teas, and two categories of special drinks. Oh, fries and popcorn chicken were available as token savory snacks. Between a banner posted next to the entrance and the presence of the sugar cane at the counter, I ordered a regular size CocoCane Juice which was coconut flavored sugar cane juice. The cost was $6.50, however if you wanted less ice, there was a $0.50 surcharge because more stalks would need to be extracted for additional liquid to compensate for the reduced ice level. The coconut taste wasn't as strong as I had expected, but the natural sweetness of the sugar cane was prominent. Several small tables were available for inside seating along with a couple out front on the sidewalk. I found the ambiance to be sterile, almost industrial, compared to the newer shops which proliferate every month in the SD area. Overall, I gave a 3.5 star rating for my drink and visit to Bobalicious.

I stopped by because it's super close to the freeway and I just wanted a quick drink before heading back south. Sunday around 4:30 the music was good, the place was clean, and the workers were friendly. There's a lot of seating inside and outside, plus board games if you want to hang out or study. Ordering was easy with the kiosk too. I got a jasmine milk tea with boba and asked for less sugar and less ice. The drink came out pretty fast and the cup design was actually cute and different from what I remember. I didn't try it until I was already back on the freeway and the first sip was honestly confusing. The jasmine flavor was super faint and watered down, but then it tasted sour. Like really sour. Not in a tea way, more like something went bad. It genuinely tasted off. I couldn't even finish it. I took maybe three sips and threw the whole thing away, which sucked because I was already driving and couldn't go back. That's the main issue. With how many boba places are in Mira Mesa, you can't be serving drinks like that. If it was just bland that's one thing, but tasting sour like that feels like a bigger problem. It honestly made me question the quality. I'd skip this spot for now. There are way better and more consistent options nearby.
