This is my go to starbucks. the energies of the employees are great, I'm always acknowledged when i go in and I've never had a bad experience at the drive thru. The baristas ( names chloe and delaney) working this morning convinced me to get the unicorn frap :). It was pretty busy and they still took the time to talk to me which I appreciated. I love this starbucks read more

The drive-thru was busy, so we decided to walk in. We also used the restrooms, which were clean. (The restroom code is 30000 for customers.) Our drinks were prepared pretty quickly, and there was plenty of seating to relax and enjoy our coffee. Parking is somewhat limited since it's located next to a gas station, but despite that, the noise level inside was perfectly fine. read more

Probably the first Starbucks I have been to and had terrible service. We were waiting in line at the front counter and were repeatedly stared at by staff and then asked if we were waiting for something. Clearly we were there to order but was then going through our order when the barista kept saying "anything else" after every item I ordered. We had separate orders with two groups and the following order took 10 minutes for only one drink. Sad to say this once used to be my favorite stop on a long drive but sadly won't be coming back. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Clemente, California

Service is the name on a Saturday afternoon. When enjoying a day at the local spots with some pals we all dread a long drive home. Thankfully this Starbucks stayed open late and provided service. I'd like to give a special shout out to Louis and his kind conversations. I enjoy meeting locals when visiting other areas. Especially those that'll converse. Thankfully Louis was that for me and I am going to remember this visit. (: read more

Convenient place right off the freeway exit. Go inside to order or do mobile. Drive thru is super busy (15 deep). Staff is super efficient and friendly. Restrooms are clean (get code from staff). Coffee yummy as always. read more

Starbucks - Great inside architecture - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Clemente, California

As always, another great Starbucks location! The staff here is so amazing, very warm and welcoming and they make sure to greet everyone that walked through the door when we were there. They are just all very friendly and an overall great experience. Instead of mobile ordering we ordered in store and our drinks were out very quickly and tasted amazing! The store is super clean and nice sized and has plenty of seating indoors. They also have a nice selection of merchandise if you ever need a quick gift or even picking up something for yourself. This location has a drive through, is fairly close to the freeway, has plenty of parking and pretty easy to get in and out. Best location to stop off on the way up North, worth it just to see the wonderful Barista's for sure!!! read more

Guess I haven't been to a Starbucks in the last 120 days, my phone offloaded the app. So I downloaded it and let a couple people go before me. I usually get the mango dragon fruit refresher drink with light ice, vanilla latte or a chai tea latte But today I decided to try something else. I tried a green tea latte and substituted the milk for almond milk. I got honey as a sweetener. I asked if they can put no ice in it, and they said that they can mix it with no ice so that worked well for me! I should've asked for a little more honey cause I can hardly taste it, and I don't eat or drink many sugary things in general, and I could barely taste it. All good next time I know just to ask for a pinch more. The girl was really patient when I was asking questions or trying to figure out what I wanted to try, and my substitutions. She didn't rush me, and I pulled up the app and had signed in before I made the order, but didn't realize I didn't have any funds left over, so she helped me scan to pay and load me up! The customers are probably pretty chill at this location because nobody complained about how long it took. I use the restroom at this location and there wasn't a lock on it so I didn't have to go back and ask for some pin number which was nice! I stepped outside and got some sunshine Also while waiting. They have a nice patio area with little tables and chairs. If you had a larger party, I'm sure you could put the tables and chairs together yourself. The whole area is pretty cute actually! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance from this location. Parking was pretty easy, there's a parking lot in the back that I easily found a spot in. This place was right off the highway and I might come back a different time on my way home from San Diego and explore the area more! read more

The benefit to this location is how BIG it is inside. I like the attention to detail and all the artwork. The inside is spacious and there's some seating outside too. The parking can be a bit cramped, but it's a great location. Also, it's always very clean inside with a lot of seating. My only recommendation is turning down the music a bit. This is one of the louder locations. read more

Great friendly service ... we had a busy day in San Clemente... tired from the days activities, we decided to stop for coffee before getting on the Freeway for the drive home. Wyatt greeted us and made pleasant conversation as we waited for the Barrista to prepare our selections. The end to our day was exactly what we were looking for... friendly conversation and an excellent cappuccino. read more

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Nancy. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and a big smile. I was having one of those chaotic mornings, and she went above and beyond to help me out. It's rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their job and truly cares about the customer experience. Starbucks is lucky to have her, she's the kind of employee who makes you want to come back again and again. read more

Went here in the middle of the day with the whole fam. Lady at the drive through was continually rushing us through the order, which was 4 drinks and 4 snacks. Up front, the woman at the window barely talked to us or looked our direction except for handing the drinks. They forgot one snack, had to remind them. Drinks were low quality, not filled up to the top and not light ice, which was specifically requested and supposed to be added. On one drink, we added two extra inclusion scoops which costed extra. But, when we received the drink, there was barely any inclusion, looked like barely one scoop. No "thanks" or "have a great day" and horrible customer service experience. Overall bad experience and not up to normal Starbucks quality. read more

Starbucks customer service is usually great but the girl that served me today was horrible. Didn't say hi, didn't have a smile, and looked annoyed I was there. I totally regret tipping after the experience I had. read more

How is it possible that I ask for light ice and get a whole cup full of it and be told that she already gave me a light scoop. I practically drank about a shot of pink drink. I was offered more but honestly do it right first. My friend got normal ice and had so much less than mine. Just admit your mistakes and don't lie. Don't let the blonde do your order. read more

Update...I think management and the powers that be heard enough people complain because I have been to this Starbi's a couple of times and have not experienced anything like before. Yes the lines is always long, but it is expected since this is the only drive through in SC. The staff is very friendly and will go above and beyond when you order drinks that are not the normal drinks. Yes, I am that person because I order keto drinks and it requires more ingredients . Regardless of what I order they always make exactly what I want. Thank you!!!' I am super happy that this store is back to normal read more

First time at this location because there was a drive thru here. I'm super disappointed when I opened my cup and realized that it's not even full. I'm not sure if it's a specific employee that is doing this, but they definitely need to know that it's not right if we're paying an arm and a leg for this. read more

Ordered a Grande Matcha Green Tea Latte and a Grande Lavender Oat Milk Latte on a Saturday morning and both drinks were half full. The good: This is a very spacious Starbucks with a really beautiful interior. They have a large communal table inside with leather ottomans, arched windows and modern lights. Their barista counter is very long. I tried the mango dragon fruit drink and the new pineapple matcha drink in a grande. I like their these drinks were refreshing, unique and not overly sweet. The dragon fruit drink had fun chunks of dehydrated pitaya inside that added a nice crunch and gave the drink the signature bright magenta color. I also liked that they had sippy cups that made it possible to drink without straws. The bad: Their drinks have a lot of ice. I ordered a kiwi star drink originally but they ran out. The interesting: They have super interesting and cool looking cactus plants outside that I've never seen before. read more

Stopped in for a Lavender Oatmilk tea limited special featured on their App. Good lavender flavor, but it pretty much tastes like lavender Oatmilk. As the ice melts it get watered down and deleted in taste. Refreshing. I think it needs something more though, like a punch of vanilla. Will try again with almond or coconut milk. Nice location, Good clean friendly. Lavender drinks and food are a hot culinary trend and Starbucks is on it. Worth a try. read more

While the cats away the mice will play .I am diabetic and enjoy fresh brewed Ice coffee.Lke to mix sweether with half & Half in a large cup of ice. I asked for a refill of the half and half metal pitcher a replacement. I was advised no pitcher on the condiment bar for refill.2 and a half hours before closing. I asked if it was because I mix my own coffee? Three employees said we will pour you a small cup of H&H they smirked and laughed in my face when I asked why? This one star is entirely for stephen, I have been to this starbucks multiple times and a handful of moments I have seen him be rude and disrespectful not only to customers but his STAFF!! Never trust a Starbucks that can't make a drink at kids temperature. This location by far has been the worst location I've ever been to. What a lovely surprise this morning to receive such a wonderful Starbucks experience! It made my day. Emma and her team took care of me with friendliness, attentiveness, and kindness. Unfortunately, not the best experience at this location. The front door was locked after the suggested opening hours, no sign to indicate lobby is closed. Drive thru experience was annoying, only one person to take the orders and to fulfill the requests, might suggest hiring more staff for a busy location. They were still cleaning the store and filling the shelves after opening hours. Mobile order was "never read", so they didn't have it available, that was a bit annoying to have heard. read more
