Stopped by here this morning on my way out of CLT. It was surprisingly not busy, and it's a relatively clean and open space, on par with most locations. I was able to take my time and browse the menu. I also needed a white elephant gift so I picked a holiday mug and some instant coffee too. I'm sad that the apple crisp oatmilk latte is no longer on the menu (or at least not at this location) but I got the chestnut praline and egg white bites, and it was pretty good as far as a quick bite and drink goes. Still overpriced but I've come to accept it with starbucks. read more

Food is always up to par but the drink making needs some work. Anytime I order a matcha, it gets messed up when certain people are working. I get a grande and when this one person is working, never fails, my matcha tastes like they filled the cup halfway with the matcha powder and I can't taste ANY flavoring. I love matcha, but not that much. Any time I order, it's a much lighter green. Do better. read more

Everything I tried to order they are out. I am stuck in a drive thru line and so I just gambled on something I have no clue if I will even drink!! What a ducking waste. I tried to do online order but they have it turned off if I had known I would have tried to other Starbucks location or not wasted 45 minutes of driving and sitting in line!!! Really?? Well, this is at least the third time I've frequented this location with the same issue: I order a latte and a breakfast sandwich. I get my sandwich within just a few minutes but I'm still waiting for the latte. It's been twenty minutes. There are seven people behind the counter, all busy. Twenty seven minutes 27!! The person who took my order actually came up to me after my fourth time investigating the nature of my beverage and offered to refund my money. As it turned out, my beverage was delivered at the same time she was about to do just that. Meanwhile, I could not enjoy my sandwich or pumpkin bread with my beverage. All the on-line orders and drive through cone first, I'm guessing. I guess the other plan: nullify the need for customer service inside and therefore the need for inside for anything. Is this where restauranteering is headed? Substantially troubling to me. I'm almost done with Starbucks as it is. read more

The baristas were very nice, but it did take a long time through the drive through (20 min) at about 6:30pm. I don't blame the staff of course they were working hard i just don't recommend going at that time of you are in a hurry. read more

Now first let me say we frequent her everyday and know most of the staff. Tonight however went to the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes behind three cars then my turn. Almost 10 minutes and no response on the speaker. So I pull around. There is a sign on the door which you can't see from the parking lot says they closed at 5pm due to a remodel and it was now 6:30 pm. There are about 5 people in side and I polite fully try to get their attention to tell them to please put a sign on the speaker put back because there are now 15 cars back there lined up. The newer younger blonde see me and mouths they are closed. I say I know but I've been sitting for 10 minutes and there needs to be a sign. As I am trying to say this she then proceeds to from the counter say yet again we are closed in which I reply I know and yet again try to tell her please put a sign. This happens 4 times and each time she refuses to listen and keeps saying we are closed. Well that is nice but do something about the drive thru. All the lights are on. No road cone stopping cars from driving up to the speaker. No sign on the speaker matching the one on the door. This is now a way to run a business. Hard to believe that they would just let customers sit back there and do nothing to let them know they closed early except for the small sign up front on the door. read more

The slowest Starbucks ever. Waited on a drink for 30 minutes. I watched and 6 employees, two wandering around looking for things to do.

25 minutes in the drive-through with only eight cars in front of me. These people prioritize mobile orders over customers that are actually there. There's no way of escaping the drive-through ridiculous. read more

One of the slowest Starbucks on the planet. I know, I know...I'm from Dallas-Fort Worth and in the Metroplex it's hard to spit without hitting a Starbucks...and I know, in the metro area I'm from, with 7.5 million people you come to expect pretty fast service at most locations, at least faster service than you'd get in a small town like Salisbury...but still, this Starbucks location is frustratingly slow...like ridiculously slow. I'm not the only one...when I visit this location during the one time of year I am in Salisbury, I hear several people complain while they wait in line for their orders. We're talking upwards of 10-15 minutes for a Venti Americano... Maybe they do a decent job when it's not around Christmas, but I hear otherwise from locals. Do better, Exit 74 Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks is always randomly closed or has their inside closed with a 45 minute drive thru lane that traps you in it once you've entered. Mobile ordering is constantly down as well. If you want to be closed all the time and make your own rules thats fine but you shouldn't be able to be a Starbucks franchise. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER!!!!! Tonight (12/26) at 5:35pm my family and I order a tall double chocolate chip frappe and waited 40 minutes for the drink. After much frustration the manager on duty was extremely rude and displayed terrible customer service. Blaming my family and I for the missing drink instead of displaying sympathy for the issue at hand. Overall, after finding out they were more than 30 mins behind(!), I would not recommend this location to others in the area! read more

I wish I could give this one-tenth of a star for the impossible drive through experience. No coffee is worth being trapped in that cattle chute for over 40 minutes like I was yesterday. There was no response from the establishment to help move the line quicker, and there is no way to exit the drive-through line once you are in it. The employees laughed off my frustration (literally) and acted as if it was an every day occurrence and privilege to wait 45 minutes for a cup of coffee and drop a tip in the box. We order online a lot from this location. The food is always ready and accurate. The staff are pleasant and always great me with a smile and a warm welcome. If anything is ever wrong they go above and beyond to fix the issue quickly. My favorite Starbucks to visit. read more

OMG what do these stupid baristas at this Starbucks not understand about Mobil orders take priority. It clearly says "jump the line, use our mobile app ". Undoubtedly the worst Starbucks! Waited 45 minutes and asked about our order. Was told the "ticket printer" was not operating properly. No apology! After 10 more minutes they then checked our ticket which finally printed and said we had been there 20 minutes!! Everyone (14 people) was waiting, some longer than us. Never occurred to them to manually write tickets which could later be entered into system! No customer service! When we finally received our order, received a standing ovation with shouts of congratulations! Never ever go to this location! read more
