Came in here a few weeks back after getting my nails done. I'm not the best planner with food at times and will prioritize punctuality over eating (something i do not recommend). I was happy to see Starbucks across the parking lot was still open. I grabbed a tomato mozzarella paninu with an iced tango passion tea lemonade. Were not welcoming at all, we waited for 2 refreshers for 15 minutes and there were literally nobody in the building or on drive thru. We asked when it will be ready and the girl said that they working on it in literally 2 minutes she threw that drink to the pick up area with no words. Every time that I end up having a friend buy me a drink from Starbucks, I am amazed at how people choose to drink their coffee. It is always crazy bitter. You all must really enjoy bitter coffee and/or enjoy coffee cut with cream and sugar! The service in this particular location was very nice and efficient. The coffee was as usual, bitter. Oh well. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a frappuccino, not to mention the barista taking the order incorrectly put it in multiple times. There was a long line inside and only 1 person taking the order. Not sufficient pace to give 5 stars. I saw people order behind me get their (multiple) drinks way ahead. I feel the need to mention they had to remake my drink because they made it in a "for here" cup instead of to go like I had asked. I wouldnt have chosen to buy from here had I know. As someone that frequents Starbucks regularly, specifically this location, I feel compelled to write this review due to a recent expierence today. This is not my first time receiving subpar service by this individual but today was off the charts. I ordered a fruit and cheese box and the one she handed me looked like someone bit into the apples and spit them back into the box, the cheese was smushed into the sides of the container where it seals shut. It was nasty looking for what it costs so I asked for a new one. She rolled her eyes and said let me check. Mind you, there was no one behind me so it wasn't as though I was holding up the line. Then she brought another one out, it was decent but not great so I said I would take it. She smuggly said, "do you want a refund?" in the rudest tone possible. I was on my lunch break with minimal time so I settled. When she handed me my drink that I almost forgot due to how frustrating she was to deal with, she giggled and gave me a rude look. I told her that she wasn't a nice person and drove off. I believe she was a shift supervisor -- Russ that usually is there in the evening is the only positive thing going for this location and I am not sure if he is even there anymore. It seems that the staff at this location changed altogether, they don't seem happy anymore. I have exclusively gone to this location for my work functions, spending $100s of dollars on the coffee travelers multiple times. I will take my business elsewhere, Starbucks is way too expensive to deal with crappy service and should invest in better quality employees. If you cannot provide good customer service you do not belong in the service industry. Maybe I will save myself some money and stop going altogether. read more

Came here twice before, the latest was last Wednesday 03/02 around 3pm and I went through the drive thru this time. There was no line. My partners go to drink is Toffee Nut Latte but that drink is discontinued so we found a new drink which we ordered that day which was the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. This is now my partners new drink if we go to Starbucks. Although I am not a coffee drinker, I felt this drink was pretty strong in my opinion. read more

Yesterday on May 8th, I ordered a Pink drink inside the store and the barista refused to give me a straw.. her exact words were "so why can't you drinks it without one?" And after explaining she threw the straw on the counter and with a lot of attitude walked away... The service here is consistently excellent. I wanted to try something new and went for the Juniper Latte. I asked the Barista what it tasted like and he described it to me as best he could. It was super helpful in my decision to try it. My take on this particular flavor was slightly different but I can still appreciate that he took the time. I'd say it's a cross between an evergreen scented candle plus pinesol with a pinch of ginger. The after taste seemed to lean on the pinesol spectrum. While hot, it tasted like a Ginger infused latte, but as the drink cooled to a lukewarm temp, the evergreen became more apparent. Not sure I'd order it again but it was an interesting flavor for sure. I think i will stay with the Caramel Brulee with an extra shot of vanilla. read more

I always like coming to this location very friendly staff very clean atmosphere this morning I went to place my mobile order and the Starbucks as close to me did not have us available so I placed my mobile order through here as soon as I came in the staff working was very friendly and said hi to me and I told him I order my name on the order and they had it ready and I told them for some reason your other location isn't working and they said they might not be open today I was probably helped and receive my drink in a timely matter my drink taste amazing exactly the way I ordered it and my visit was very pleasant and very quick speedy service definitely helps when you're on your way to work to make it quick and easy and make it convenient for you definitely learn my lesson before going in the drive-through takes a long time mobile order if you're like me busy busy the mobile order is a way to do it because you could get your order placed and by the time you get there it's ready and waiting for you I am a big fan of Starbucks so I love all the drinks my favorite right now is a Venti white mocha extra hot with whip I also like the iced white mocha which I'll be getting soon and I'm a big fan of the caramel macchiato's they have more than just coffee here they have iced teas refreshers and even strawberries and cream which is my mom's favorite to have on a hot day definitely a place for everyone definitely a place for the coffee lover I highly recommend this establishment for anybody who has a love a coffee like myself they are very friendly very quick and make really great drinks I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come thank you Starbucks I appreciate all your hard work and effort :-) I look forward to my visit here again very soon thank you again read more

I've always visited this starbucks because of the friendliness of the staff. My bday was sept 10 and i didnt know that i had to get my free coffee on that same day so i came in a few days late - the barista was nice enough to still honor my free drink so they gained my loyalty after that encounter and made me a very happy & loyal to this particular branch. A high-five for Fairway Starbucks! Typical SB, with good music and an easy atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and all of them had smiles and good attitudes. An employee was walking in, assuming for shift. At the same time as I was walking in and he held the door open for me. A small, yet simple gesture that said they care about customer service. Daughter got the tie-dye frap and I got my usual nitro brew for an afternoon pick me up. Love that most SB's now have Nitro on draft! read more

I came to get my nails done and wanted coffee, but didn't have time before my appointment. The nail salon told me to order it online and they would run over and pick it up. I attempted to order online, but there were no sugar free latte (or any other style of coffee for that matter) options. I don't normally consume sugar, so I was stuck. I know they have sugar free syrup. So I decided to call: I asked the Manager (young lady) if they could make me a sugar free latte, and my nail person would run over and get it. She asked how I would pay. I said I can give you my credit card number. She said. Then you'll have to come sign it. I said, okay, I'll pay cash. She said - he' ll just have to order it when he comes in. I said, why? She said they weren't gonna make it and have it sit there. I said what?! He will go right over and pick it up. I just need to order it first. She said she couldn't do it. I really wanted my coffee, and spent the next two hours being upset that she couldn't do a simple thing for a loyal customer. I went in after my fill and pedi were done, to order s cup. I asked her why she wouldn't accept my order. She was as rude in person as she was on the phone. I told her to cancel my order - I'll go somewhere else! Several coffee shops are better in my opinion anyway! There were 3 people behind the counter and only two people ahead of me when I got in line; maybe one person waiting for their drink. My drink was made wrong (Venti pink drink light ice no strawberries) and to their credit they offered to remake it, but I didn't have the extra 10 minutes to wait for them to do it. I forgot the BOGO holiday coffees were only 2-5 and when the auburned hair woman who seemed to be in charge told me it was only those hours she was very unsympathetic and didn't care. I really dislike writing negative reviews. I realize that Starbucks makes very elaborate drink concoctions. So when I asked for an iced coffee black why do I taste sweetener? I would love to write this is an isolated incident and normally I would politely tell them they added sweetener. I realized the added sweetener as I pulled onto the 50 heading to an appointment. Four stars for being open when I needed coffee and pleasant customer service. I'll start by saying I'm one of those who does not like Starbucks coffee. I'll drink their Americanos and slushy drinks. Otherwise I'll just pass. OK, so my story is that I had to be at work very early this morning. I didn't want to take my own coffee because I'm lazy. Anyway, I needed my coffee fix. The only place open for good coffee (and the local 7/11s don't count) was Starbucks and it was on my way to work. So, I got my coffee and was in and out in just a bit. The staff were nice, friendly and seemed to be happy at work at 6am. I got a coupon for a cheap iced drink and made my way back today. The second time was just as pleasant. On January 13th at 10:35am in drive through The girl in drive through was incredibly helpful. I'm not a Starbucks regular so I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. I asked her recommendation for an iced tea that wasn't too sweet but was still sweetened. She listed off a few optIons and recommended not adding any extra sweetenner. I went with her recommendation and she even had me taste my drink before I drove off to make sure it was sweetened to my liking and offered to sweeten it more if I'd like. There's 2 seperate restrooms for males & females. The store is super clean. The AC is on blast & its overcast at about 79 degress outside. Seats available outside, 5 tables & 10 chairs. read more
