I went here to claim my birthday rewards. I didn't know that bday reward can only be claim within 2 days now. It was about a week before. First, the lady at the drive thru window suggested a Venti instead of Grande; which I thought was a very nice & generous. Second, when I want to show my Starbuck app & they said my bday reward is expired several days before, the manager stepped in & gave me my order as a bday reward. I was ready to pay but really appreciate his kind gesture! He acted like it was no problem at all. No scene. Made my day for sure!! Thanks, Man!! read more

Very nice store, have been coming here for years. It's clean inside, the employees are friendly. They once helped me coordinate with my app-less father to gift a box of cranberry bars to my mother during Covid. Drinks and food are always well made. read more

What a worst place. They had literally one car in drive thru and I was surprised but not after I received my sandwich and drinks. It was gross.. idk who the manager is but he doesn't deserve a penny. read more

Everything was amazing except they took a while to give us our drinks but this is the only time it's happend

I usually love this place & the girls work hard and efficiently to push drive thru rush and all but today there was a curly haired male crew member @0737a that decided to make a comment about my name when I asked him to call me something else as he did not pronounce it right he then decided to mumble as I walked out the door! As I have years of GM experience and military this is not how crew should talk about someone's preferred name as they represent the company and have to put customers first. Hopefully tomorrow is better as I usually come between 5a-630a where others are very friendly. read more

Do not bother mobile ordering!!! Took nearly 30 minutes to get my order and the barista was on her phone while making my drinks. Very disappointed, I expect more from Starbucks. Mobile Guests should be prioritized at the same rate as drive-thru guests and they clearly are NOT at this location. read more

Another day another Starbucks. We ordered a decaf pour over with pumpkin flavoring and an Iced Chai latte. They were efficient and friendly. Adding pumpkin flavoring to decaf helped add the flavor without as much caffeine and milk. read more

Don't place an online order for pick up in store or place an order in store. This location clearly prioritizes the five cars in the drive thru instead of the 15 patrons inside. Just waited for FORTY MINUTES for my online order in store, and it was a simple blonde roast with cold foam. Forty minutes. The best part? Not even an apology for the wait when I finally got my order. Skip this place and just go to the one in Target right by. read more

If you must come here, go to the drive thru. It's the only thing the staff is concerned with keeping up on. Service here is abysmal. Half an hour to get a drink. Staffed poorly. Not the fault of the hourly workers, they definitely do their best. I don't normally come to this location but I've risked it a few times when I'm in the area and it's always a nightmare. Management either doesn't care, or doesn't get the support from above to actually make things better here. read more

I don't think these guys get enough credit at this store. They are short staffed and still hustling with a smile. Thank you guys. read more

I've been going here for a few months (almost every day) and they really do create an awesome relationship with their regulars. The customer service is always amazing and they're usually very fast. There will be days the line is out to the road and they just speed through it. Their always consistent and amazing!! read more

I've never been to a Starbucks that was nicer than this one. Everyone was welcoming and ready to help me order something new. I could not live without my Iced Shaken Green Tea or one of their delicious concoctions. My favorite coffee is Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato . I usually go through the drive thru Always on the go it's also on my route for work. The drive through people have always been friendly and my coffee and food selections delicious. I do like that this location as lunch options. Everything that I have gotten here has been pretty good. read more

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this service was horrible. Almost all employees had attitudes. The line was extremely backed up and we waited 30 minutes total for them to mess up our order. We told them it was the wrong drink and they gave us attitude about it. They "remade" it but it was still the wrong drink and they even remade it with a smaller size too. Very disappointed. read more

I am very upset. I ordered a venti Frappuccino and the girl gave me a grande. I told her I ordered a venti and instead of fixing my order correctly, she threw my frappe back into the blender and just tossed in more ice to make up for portions. It was the most watered down, thickest, piece of Frap I've ever received. I couldn't even suck it up the straw! I got maybe a drink and a half out of it? Very disappointed in the service today. read more

Sadly, This use to be an awesome location, but now they make you feel like it's a bother to wait on you! I ordered a Caramel Frappe. Sadly, while sitting at the window waiting for my order, the young man stated to his co- worker... He didn't want to make anymore of these and it's a pain. It tasted horrible! Will never support this Starbucks again. read more

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited! I was recently in Columbus visiting some family who live there and stopped at this Starbucks while on my way to Lady Gaga's auntRave World Tour. This Starbucks in particular was the worst costumer service I've ever experienced! The employees made me feel like a burden and took FOREVER to get my drink out to me. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte to get in the fall mood and an associate, I believe her name was Stephanie B., said she was already so tired of making these drinks! I said "oh, I'm sorry, I bet these drinks do get kind of tiring to make over and over." Stephanie B. then said, "duh." I couldn't believe she would be so rude like that. Overall, the experience was sub-par but the latte did taste pretty good! I would not recommend visiting this place especially with the lack of customer service (Stephanie B).. read more

I have had problems in the past with this location messing up my order. But, now it's the official Starbucks, they change the sugar! Bought an ice green tea and thought this taste funny, went back to the lady and asked, she said they changed to a different sugar. Why change something that was great in my opinion. Now the ice green tea isn't as refreshing as it was! Very disappointed.. no more tea for me.. . read more

I've definitely seen improvement over the last month. It appears they have new management and several new barista's along with some of the good barista's that have been there for a while. The store is back up to snuff again and I hope they stay that way. read more

Worst Starbucks location yet. Just avoid it if you don't want to get a headachee from having to repeat your order 5 times and have to come inside after they mess up your order 3 times through drive thru -- tall black coffee kind of order! Nothing fancy. That should tell you all you need to know, just go drive to a different location. read more

Let's face it, a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? Not always... The staff, location and general 'traffic' make a Starbucks a superhighway (where all you want to do is drive thru) or an extention of your breakfast nook (where you want to sit around in your pajamas all day because it is just that dam* comfortable). The Starbucks in Reynoldsburg is one that gets a ton of drive thru traffic. It is amazing to watch 2 people working together to get constant orders in and out in under a couple min each! If you have the time, stop in and grab a seat. You wont be sorry that you did. The conversations brim with flavors and accents from across the globe. The people watching is fantastic and the smells, of course, are heavenly. My only gripe is that this place is tiny, so you really do have to grab a seat once one opens up. All in all, an OK place for my first visit! read more

I've been coming here for years and have grown to love it. The staff has always welcomed me with a smile, and after a while I didn't even have to place my order - they knew my face and that was enough. I've found this to be a great place to study, hang out, or just to stop in and say hi. read more

This is the Starbucks I frequent most & I always have a great experience. The staff is well trained, efficient and very friendly. The store is always comfortable and clean & the drive-thru is very speedy. I wish the seating area were larger, I would often like to stay to enjoy my coffee, but there isn't an open seat. I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks location. read more

Stopped by to get a drink as a small birthday surprise for a friend. We asked if they would write Happy Birthday and were informed they don't do that... Understanding, but a little disappointed, we pulled up to pay. As we were handed our drink, we saw it written on there anyway It might be small but it's that kind of accommodation and customer service we look for when deciding to come back to a business. Thanks for being willing to keep your customers happy! read more

Well, as one of the other reviewers wrote, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. The food and drink quality is generally the same across the board. Each location needs something to set it apart. This particular location, because of its proximity to my home, is my office away from home. I frequently work here and do my best to keep all the employees in business. Many of the employees - Mel, Nick, and Kat are the shining stars among them - would get a 5 or a 6. They know me. They know my habits. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. A few would get 3's for just getting the job done. And unfortunately a few would get 1's based on rudeness, sloppiness, or slowness. The seating area is small and it can be frustrating for those looking to meet as a larger group. On the whole, a great location and a positive reflection of the brand. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my work, so I go here all the time. I can say that this place is just your run-of-the-mill Starbucks. There is one employee there that stands out from the rest, Taylor. She is extra attentive and when she is working, I always get my drink given to me quickly, and my order is right. When Taylor is not there, it tends to be a bit of a mess. Myself and many of my coworkers have had incorrect drink orders from this location. What I can say though, is that it is super nice inside! They have a beautiful wall that this picture worthy! It does have a drive-through, and is easy to get to. Just don't be surprised if your drink order is a bit off ‍ read more

Since relocating to the area 4 months ago; this Starbucks has offered the worst customer service experience thus far. The employees in the drive thru window are almost way to bothered to assist you. I would honestly rather go out of my way to go to another Starbucks and not deal with their attitudes. I suggest they undergo customer service training. read more

I frequent this location because it happens to be the most convenient for me. The drinks are often not filled to the brim. If I'm paying for a $5 coffee, I don't expect it to be only half full. The drive through line also moves very slowly. The baristas are always friendly though. I wouldn't avoid it, just don't go when you're in a hurry and check your drink before you go. read more

I frequent this Starbucks location lately - their staff being the #1 reason. Don't get me wrong, I love my Starbucks coffee but I can get that at any Starbucks. This location is fantastic because of the smiles when you enter the store, the way they remove their headsets to speak with you instead of multitasking and how they will pause what they are doing to say good morning to everyone who walks through the door. read more

I don't understand the low rating for this Starbucks. This is the closest location to my house, so I come here several times a week, and I've never had a problem! The employees are all pretty friendly, the drive-thru is always fast moving, and my order has always been correct. I typically order a trenta iced coffee w/ light ice and they are good about actually giving me light ice! (Some other locations will water down your drink to take up the extra space if you order light ice.) I've yet to encounter any rude employees which is fantastic! The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because their bathrooms could stand to be cleaned a little more frequently, and the chairs aren't that comfy. It's true, I judge a Starbucks mostly by the comfiness of the chairs, and this location has some odd chairs. I know that's not their fault, but since I'm pregnant the comfort of the chair is even more imperative. My husband and I will usually come to Starbucks for several hours on a Saturday to read and chat, but I can't get down with the chairs here, so we just get our coffee to go. But all that aside, this is a good Starbucks location and they haven't let me down yet! read more

Drive thru makes this Starbucks easy to reach without stepping foot of my cold car. I enjoy stopping in here as long as I have a gift card. The service is always friendly. I wouldn't plan on coming here to sit inside as i don't feel like it is very inviting. It is a thin store which doesn't give one the warm welcoming sit down and chat feel. read more

I love Starbucks. That being said, I have been to tons around Columbus. I can honestly say this is the best store in the Columbus area. The staff here is the definition of excellent customer service. They know my usual drink order, they're always friendly, and they look like they actually enjoy what they do, especially Aaron. Out of all the times I have been here I have never had to send a drink back because it was not made to my liking. I even recall a time where I had to wait a while in the drive thru line and they gave me my drink for free. I'm lucky this location is close to home. read more

I ordered a green tea and was given a lemonade. When I politely asked the employee about the drink, he acted irritated, as if I was an inconvenience to him. He did not apologize for the mistake but reluctantly said he would make a new drink but that it would take 5 minutes because they were out of tea. 20 minutes later, the tea did not come, and I saw him hand tea to another customer, so I knew they were no longer out of the tea. I asked him again if my tea was coming and he rolled his eyes and said "I forgot" -again, no apology. I finally got the tea, but the service here is atrocious. Not to mention, I also ordered an ice water with my tea and that never came out either. read more
