I would not recommend this store. Given there are numerous other small coffee shops and another Starbucks in town where people actually treat you with respect/courtesy, I would not and will not be going to this location again. I'm giving them two stars because at least the gentleman who made my drink got it right but wow, the wait time and the attitude from the girl who rang me in was atrocious. She forgot to give me a tall pike place with cream and proceeded to act like it was my fault she didn't do that. They prioritize mobile orders and drive thru customers over walk in's consistently. It's not usually a big deal to wait, but to wait 15 minutes for a pike place with cream, tall dirty chai and ham and Swiss croissant, is ridiculous especially when there is bad attitude to follow. Won't be back, thanks for making that easy! Also, I rarely leave bad reviews, but we have been here a few times and pretty much consistently had this experience so this is not just a one off, bad review; I typically only post things of this nature when it consistently happens after a few times. read more

My initial plan was to get a Nitro cold brew coffee at Starbucks but I hadn't eaten all day and was starved and figured I have a gift card for Starbucks. I pull up to the drive thru and its a video chat drive thru. Face to Face video technology. WOW. What's next? It actually scared me when I first saw her. I saw the tomato and mozzarella panini, and cheese and fruit box on the menu and went with it. I'm in for food that is frozen first and looks the same everywhere you go.???! Did not have high hopes for this panini nor the cheese and fruit box. But I'm using a gift card so its kind of free. Wow was I wrong .This panini was really good! The panini had spinach, basil pesto and mozzarella cheese. The fruit box had three different kinds of cheese brie, gouda, and cheddar with multigrain crackers, apples, and grapes. Lately the drive thru has been extremely slow. Twenty minutes is excessive even for summer.

Absolutely loved this location and wish they would have had their indoor area available to sit in. Inside, it was absolutely gorgeous and so modern, it had such a welcoming vibe. All of the staff were very friendly and especially helpful when I made a mistake with an order, immediately making me a new one. This was definitely one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at a Starbucks, so I definitely recommend going to this location. read more

Very nice area inside to sit down with little couches and stuff. There were a lot of people inside waiting around but there was still plenty of space. I didn't get anything to eat but my sister and friend did and it was your average Starbucks drinks and food. The sandwiches they wanted were out of stock, which was unfortunate, but they got something else they liked so it was fine. It's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting into. But this particular one has one of the largest and nicest sitting areas I've seen, so if you need a place to do some work or catch up with your friends it's a good place to do it. read more

Horrible service, the food was either picked up by someone else or they never made. They keep telling me to wait. After 25 minutes from the time I ordered through the app, I approach to the counter and they kept ignoring me. I get frustrated and asking for my ordered and explain that they may have loose my order. The lady name Stefanie call me "you are being RUDE sir". after a drive through order went awry I returned to the store and approached the counter where I was met with incredulous looks for asking for a re-make; having has asked for upwards of 6 shots sugar my drink barely had any resemblance of sweetness so I thought I'd drive back and calmly ask for another drink to be made. I wish it were a complaint about a single person but half the staff got involved and left me fairly indignant. They couldn't determine where to send the drink for a remake, left me standing with a cup carrier of my trash instead of taking it from me nicely, never offered a casual apology about havin to drive back and enter the store on a busied Black Friday afternoon, offered no drink carrier for the four cups included in my order and I had to request all the sides a second time once I was at the counter where finished drinks are placed. My husband and I stopped in for coffee and something to eat on Sunday Feb 11th 2024 at the Coastal Hwy Starbucks in Rehoboth. The staff seemed very busy but we didn't mind waiting longer than usual as we weren't in a hurry and we understood they were short staffed. We sat down with our food and waited but my coffee never arrived. Mobile orders came and left and customers came in to order at the counter , got their orders and left or sat down . Finally my husband went to the counter and asked about the missing drink. The girl he spoke to lost her mind and shouted " can't you see we're busy here with only three of us" and then proceeded to bang the coffee pot and milk steamer making a spectacle of herself . I was speechless ! People in line looked shocked at the her outburst. Customers seated to my right looked over in disbelief and said "wow" ! While my daughters family were waiting in the Starbucks drive-thru, their 2 1/2 year old daughter said she had to go potty. Well, when you are in the process of potty training, when the child says they have to go, they really have to go, time is of the essence. So, they go inside Starbucks and the person working would not allow her to use the potty. They quickly ran to the strip shop next to Starbucks and thankfully, the person working at that establishment allowed her to use the restroom. Literally the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. If I could give zero stars I would. They can't keep up with orders. It's always a long waiting time. This morning I did a mobile order ahead of time. Sandwich came out, then I patiently waited for another 20 minutes for my drink. I go up to the counter and ask politely how many people were ahead of me and that I was waiting on a drink still. They got an attitude with me and asked my name. The first time they didn't hear me because it was loud so I spoke up louder to say my name again and she says "I don't need the attitude". i went to SB yesterday to meet a friend and chat over coffee. The beverage was ok (iced white chocolate late with Caramel drizzle) but the food I ordered was cold in the middle (spinach feta wrap), although I did not bring it to their attention. The interior was what caught my eye. It looked as though they had just finished a very busy rush hour. There was trash all over the floor near the pick up station, and near the tables throughout the store. The bathroom (womens) was really bad. I was there from 4p-6p on a sunday and fully expected to see one of the staff start tidying up. They were not busy, My friend and I were two of a couple patrons at the time. Waiting for twenty min in the drive through cause they were busy we ordered two bacon and Gouda sandwiches and they were frozen in the middle really upsetting cause we were really hungry and didn't have time to wait another twenty min in line to have them correct them. The service at this location is getting worse over time and today proves why The Station at Kings or The Point will continue to get more of my business. I clearly told the lady at the drive-thru that I was using my reward, she acted as if she did. I even asked what the total was minus the reward and she said, "$2.45". I grabbed my order and pulled off. I looked at the receipt later...no reward used! What makes me really angry about this situation is that she flat out lied!
