So, I dash into this Starbucks and I know you can get a box of coffee, for like meetings and stuff, along with cups and napkins and all the stuff. This option works out well if you need coffee for like maybe up to 8 people. I think the box is 98 ox, or something. I think I better get two boxes, just in case, don't wanna get caught short! I recently stopped by this Starbucks to order my new favorite drink, the Iced Cherry Chai. I'm obsessed with cherry cold foam. I think it might be my favorite Starbucks creation so far. Even though I only actually went inside for a minute to grab my drink (which I had ordered on the app) I noticed that it was super clean and tidy inside. The barista was friendly. My drink was bomb. Half the time I get it from this location whoever makes it mixes the whole thing together and I end up with mainly foam in my cup and the ice is two inches from the bottom. Also the last few times there's been like no matcha. The drink is white. These drinks aren't cheap. I tried asking about it last time but the barista said "that's how it's made". Great to find a coffee shop that's open super early, I was here at 5:15am and was the only person sitting at a table for a while. I stayed until past 10:00am when my morning phone calls were complete and I'd answered all the important emails. The store is loud and quite busy with people coming and going but not a lot of folks sitting with their coffee. Note that many of the power outlets are covered up which is odd. Starbucks is the McDonalds of coffee and pretty consistent. I've been here a couple times as I travel from Sacramento to south Oregon regularly now. Each time I've been here, the service is quick, and the place is clean. Today I walked right up to the counter. But in an instant the place was packed. Bathrooms are clean and fully supplied. I do prefer paper towels. My double smoked was good. The croissant slightly dry. I did have to ask for the lemon loaf I paid for. Which they were super apologetic about forgetting. And even thanked me for re-requesting it. Felt bad about cutting the line to do that, but staff was super-sweet. Folks in like were patient. read more

Honestly everything about this Starbucks was amazing the location was great clean and great environment the only thing that made this a three-star location was the barista Summer. My mother and I also had another barista named Nicolette help us who was absolutely sunshine but Summer was quite the opposite and seemed extremely irritated to make my mom's coffee. Which in turn irritated me. Her customer service was just all around poor. It was poor enough that I made sure to grab the managers business card to email her about it later. I love coming here in the mornings after I drop my kids off at school. It's great to recharge and get some ME time. The facility is always clean as well as the bathrooms. The staff are very friendly and efficient. If there's a mistake with my drink they are more than happy to remake it and rectify the situation. Kindest staff at this location that I've ever seen. The inside is always very cleanly and inviting regardless of the time and customer influx. Most Starbucks are pretty much the same. Some of the perks that tempt me are quality coffee and dairy products, clean restrooms, wall outlets to charge my phone, and a comfortable atmosphere. The issue I have with this Starbucks is that I walked here thinking I'd be able to chill and charge my phone, but they have blocked access to all the wall outlets! Since my last review I have come here twice, first time I tried my drink before leaving the parking lot--wrong again. I went in to get it fixed and got an irritated worker who begrudgingly fixed it. This time, I went inside assuming it would be easier to get mistakes fixed without holding up the drive thru. Once again--wrong! This time the person who made my drink was very sweet about fixing it. The drive through was fast when I was visiting my family during the holidays. The staff is super friendly. The only recommendation I would make is paying more attention to details. I had asked for siracha with my egg bites and they didn't give me any siracha of napkins. I went there like 10 times almost daily in the mornings. Sometimes napkins, sometime none. I hate to say this as a former convict, but I've always noticed that this particular Starbucks is guilty of one major thing: consistent customer satisfaction. I have a tendency to get out of my motor vehicle and walk inside to order a caffeinated beverage because drive-thru lines are too trendy. Whenever I approach the counter, I'm always greeted by a friendly employee who has no problem putting in my request - a tall coffee. No need to get all fancy and use them French words like "grande", "venti", and "mocha." Nope, just serve me up a tall cup and I'm good to go. It's terrific. It doesn't take more than a minute before I'm holding a cup of much needed java during the day. On top of that, I get free refills with my Starbucks gold membership. Without fail, I just go up to the cashier and kindly ask for a refill, and the baristas are more than happy to oblige. They'll even indulge me in pointless, idle banter while I wait for a quick refill to complete, which is an experience one would miss out on if sitting around in drive-thru. It's refreshing, actually. Just like the new cup of coffee they serve on the second attempt. The employees do noticeably work hard in order to fill so many orders at once. Sometimes, I just want to politely encourage them: "Don't worry about the impatient working professional in the SUV who won't be satisfied without an iced caffé latte with 2 pumps of caramel, 1 pump of vanilla, extra shot of expresso, half soy, half coconut milk, whip cream on the bottom, and an extra cup of ice on the side with 3 straws. No no, pay no heed to their ungrateful attitude while they deal with such "trying" first world problems. You guys should know that you've done a great service already! Thank you so much!"
