I went into this Starbucks for the very first time the other day. It is very spacious with a lot of seating and very well laid out. I had a vent coffee frap with an extra shot and whip cream of coarse. The baristas were fast and friendly and my drink was made very fast. This location does have a drive thru, But I did not use it. The drink was made perfectly and it was as good as always. I will be back again for sure. read more

Hey, I always order the cappuccino and usually get a pastry of some sort, so not sure if I am qualified to give an overall impression of the service. That being said, me and a friend, or my girlfriend always seem to get excellent service. They seem very consistent with their product as well. This place is always busy on the weekend, so be prepared for the crowd. Great for coffee right after dinner at Aladdin's. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks but what makes this great is the staff. I occasionally bring my dogs through for an after the vet puppuccino treat. I always have great service at the drive thru and am remembered even though I'm sure they see a ton of people. They are kind and efficient and extra special to my pups. read more

Starbucks McKnight and Siebert road.... First of all, the workers are very nice and dedicated! However the efficiency is astoundingly bad. Every time I've done a "walk-in" order I've waited 20 minutes or longer! Ridiculous! Ordering ahead would presumably be better as one usually gets an estimated time for completion of the order. But to walk in and have to wait that long? Unreal. Reeks of poor management. Unacceptable for this company. read more

This place really needs to find a better way to address their drive thru lane. I pulled in yesterday and the line was blocking the entire parking lot, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I had to back up and leave without coffee. There's another Starbucks about a mile down the road, so whatever. The other time I stopped at this location, they gave me a really hard time about putting a gift card onto my account. This Starbucks used to be great. They were so fast and always got orders right. Now they are SO SLOW since they remodeled/reopen. No idea what happened but their wait times now are ridiculous including the drive thru lane and for mobile order pickups. The woman making food orders was noticeably slow- when you have 7 people all waiting for food I think you'd have a little pep in your step. She also kept finished orders in a pile and would wait to take them to the pickup area. It wasn't until another employee saw them piling up that they brought them over to hand out. My coffee was not filled to an proper level. It was about 2 ounces or so less than it should of been. When your paying 6 dollars for an venti, you shouldn't be ripped off. Happened in 6/13 around lunch time. read more

This is the new location on McKnight Road. First of all . . . It has a drive-thru!!! Inside it is spacious, clean and brightly lit. Some locations are rather dim inside so I appreciate the lighting. The day I went it was fairly quiet inside with only a few patrons. The baristas were very friendly with both each other and the customers. I always like going somewhere where the staff seems to enjoy their job! They offer several seating options. Everything from large conference style table and chairs to private table seating, to cushy booths lining the back wall. The only thing I would change is that I'd like to see more "comfy" chairs for those of us who like to relax and read a book while they enjoy their coffee. For those of you who prefer a working environment, this is a great location for you! The food and coffee was what I have come to expect from the Starbucks chain. While waiting nearly half an hour for two drinks and watching the team here stumble around, I have coined a new phrase - "ineptista".

They had the stellar idea to use a large mug to hold my reusable steal mug so it could be filled directly without violating any sanitation policies! I was delighted because most coffee places still just waste a disposable cup to make the drink and have me pour it into my reusable cup, which destroys a value in having a reusable cup. They were nice, funny, and I appreciated snagging some free grounds on my way out. An older couple talked to me wondering about the coffee grounds and we had a good conversation about gardening. They'd been coming to Starbucks for years and never noticed the free grounds before. Great folks working there. Thank you!!! read more

This was our go-to Starbucks when living in Pittsburgh and definitely the best Starbucks in the area! The customer service is phenomenal. Staff members are very friendly and always work hard to make it a great experience. The dining atmosphere is really nice and kept very clean! The restrooms are always clean as well. I always got my drink made exactly how I ordered it and very consistent each time. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they were often out of food items or occasionally gave me the wrong food item/forgot my sauce or topping with my food item. It also gets very crowded at times which makes it impossible to get a seat if you'd like to stay for a while. The dining area is relatively small, so you have to grab a seat during non-busy times. Overall, you'll get really great service and consistent drinks here, and I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location! read more

They do a good job with drinks, but they are often out of food items and the drive-through line can take forever. Last time I was in it for half an hour while my toddler slept. However, that isn't their fault! And the staff is always friendly and as fast as they can be. read more

Update 12/2015: This Starbucks has gotten SO much better. The drinks have been right most of the time and the employees seem to really be getting it together --------- the other Starbucks had a drive through, I'd probably go there over this one. It's convenient which is why I keep coming back but the service is pretty bad. I'm there almost every day and my drink is only right MAYBE half of the time. They're more concerned with being "cutesy" and making some horrible attempt at being funny over the speaker than actually listening to what I'm ordering. One time in particular I told the girl my drink was wrong, and she looked at me blankly like she didn't know what she was supposed to do about it. If Island Bean made what I like to drink, I'd stop going to Starbucks all together EDIT 11/2/15: drink is wrong. Typical. Down to 2 stars. read more

i ordered two drinks and two ham and cheese croissants but on my order they put two cheese danishes so when i pulled up to the window they didn't have my food ready but instead had two cheese danishes ready so i wore red it and told them what i really ordered, i sat there for close to ten mins and the lady comes back and tells me they only have one ham and cheese croissant so i had to wait longer until they made something else, finally i get a chocolate croissant and a ham and cheese and egg bagel! they didn't even give me the right thing!! this isn't my normal starbucks but i will not be going there again because they are disorganized and do not even know their own stock! read more
