Always order hot coffee they bring it cold! For some reason their machines keep the hot coffee cold. I don't like it.

I come here every few days and they get my drink right ALL the time, especially Diego. He has memorized my order to the point where I don't need to say what it is anymore (it is a complicated order. I'm very particular on my orders no matter where I am). If I'm having a bad day, the staff are able to change my mood giving me the biggest smile before things get even more awesome my drink is. Customer service here isn't good at all. It should never take 15 for coffee and egg bites. Then the little curly haired lady seemed to have an attitude when we asked where our food was. Come to find out they made a mistake on our simple order and that's why it took so long. She didn't tell us that until we pressed her. No apology. Just a nasty attitude. I'm glad yelp exists. This Starbucks is one of a few that sell Nitro brew coffee which is only sold in grande because it's so strong. Very friendly and efficient location. Never a long wait and always have everything I ask for. read more

Done with this place i live right across the street so i come here alot and have problems every other time !! I order a double shot everytime and depending on whos making it i get a different drink everytime. Today inl walked in to literally 2 shots in a Venti cup!!! When i told them i wanted the drink not just 2 shots in a cup all they did was top it off with milk so i just payed for a big glass of milk im so upset! I have no idea why, but this location is so damn slow every time I come here. Come on guys you know that you need to hurry it up! They seem to always be short staffed and when there is enough people they're always talking and fraternizing with each other. They also seem to have only one barista working the store and drive thru orders . They constantly rush orders for familiar customers and lag on everyone else. Needless to say I only come here when I have about 20 minutes to waste on a $5 cup of coffee. And on another day I spent 20 mins for a fucking everything bagel. I absolutely love the energy in this Starbucks! From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the 'inviting-ness'. Every member of the staff was pleasant - even int their "fully-engaged-in-my-work" demeanor. Clean store. Ample parking. Quick service. Shoot, what more can you ask for? I was having one of those bad days due to Finals, but I am not writing this review to complain! I am a barista at Starbucks, and I am aware of how busy it may get. However, Nick, I believe that's his name-- made sure my drink was up to par. He handed it out quickly, despite how busy it was (He was on bar while taking orders, and helping on warming). Not only that, but his customer service was genuine and welcoming. Also, I want to applaud him for his beverage sequencing skills because it was impressive. This starbucks is awful. Went there and ordered a grande white mocha. Five partners were working. There were five customers in the shop, and cars in the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes, no drink. I asked where my order was. I was told that there are lots of drinks in front of mine. One out of five partners was making drinks. Waited a few more minutes. Now I was late to where I was supposed to be. So I asked for a refund. The partner gave me a refund and no apology. Crappy customer service. I will not go back again. Yuck! read more

I come to this starbucks on a regular basis. I work right in the shopping center at Cost U Less. 9 times out of 10 they are fast and efficient and always very friendly! I was a barista for almost 2 years so I know how the coffee is supposed to be and I am happy to say at this location whether the barista is new or has been working there a while, I have never had a beverage with expired shots! The girls that work there are the best as well and are DEFINITELY hard workers! Highly reccomend this location! read more

This Starbucks used to be wonderful. The varrista Travis was the coolest. But He left. But everytime I go in now they mess up my order. There is a heavy set Latino lady who wears too much makeup( I will post her name as soon as I go back and get it) and she was astonishingly rude. I ask for a small plain coffee and she tells me they don't make coffee after 7. I laughed because I thought it was a joke. Nope just a rude sneer and turned her back on me. This spot knows what I like and how I like it made. They are friendly and pretty fast with making your order. It also helps that this location is the closest to my house. There are four other Starbucks that I could go to in my area but this one by far is my favorite for service. I was just there. I don't drink Starbucks but I was given a gift card so I registered. Starbucks sent me a free drink coupon so I figured I would go. I order a Carmel macchiato and then when I got to the window I told the young man that I wanted the cold one. When he handed something I didn't want I told him what I meant and he told me I wanted the Carmel frappachino I handed him the drink back told him what I really wanted and he said nothing. They never screw up my order. I typically come at about 5:05am on my way to work and I am usually the first patron of the day. My grande mocha is always made perfectly and quickly. It's another story when it's high traffic time as this sbux is located on very busy street. Great crew! read more

This is my go to Starbucks and the drinks and food are usually very consistent, however yesterday and today both the coffees that my wife and I got were terrible. Yesterday they were basically sweetened milk and today the same thing. There was hardly any espresso in either drinks. I'm sorry but I will not be returning here because the drinks went from consistently good to consistently bad. I don't have an espresso machine at home but I do have milk and sugar( which is basically what my macchiatos ended up being) so why would I pay five bucks a cup for it.... ridiculous. read more

I honestly wanted to give them 2 stars because of my drink today but that wouldn't be fair. This Starbucks is right next to my house & this is my go to Starbucks in the morning. Some days they do a good job & some days it's just a mess. I've experience a time when one of the girl handed me a drink & my cup was completely covered with my drink because they did a sloppy job pouring my drink in the cup. The drink was over filled on top of my cap & dripping down the sides. She didn't even bother to whip it down until I said something to her, & even when I told her she had the nerve to give me the napkin to whip it off myself & just look at me cleaning it off. At this point I was so upset I had to give her the drink back to pour it in another cup or else it would've spilled in my car. That was just one incident, today I ordered my drink & asked for "light ice" & they filled the drink completely with ice. I paid for a venti but I felt like my drink was filled up like a tall with all that Ice. I love Starbucks but they need to be more consistent and pay attention. read more
