Nice little coffee shop close to the other eating places like qdoba , kilmers market, hoja Asian cuisine and a few others. First time here. Noisy. Awesome to study or do work on the computer. Street parking is available right in front but has a 30 minutes limit. Service is good mostly managed by college kids it looks like . But not a lot of variety in terms of things to it. As expected price is not cheap.

Love the long table for homework! It even has an outlet at every seat.

At first I was shocked to the low rating because this is CLEANEST Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Maybe I'd have a different opinion it I was a Starbucks reward member (don't work at this location) or ordered a drink that can be messed up (I always order a simple coffee that is consistent at all locations). I absolutely love the layout of this Starbucks! They have a huge long communal table in addition to a few two person tables. The table is PERFECT for doing homework on. They also have big benches that an entire group can fit on to just hangout and talk if they aren't there to do homework. Also the bathroom is so clean.. I couldn't believe it. The other reviewers are right that it's gets loud in there, but what else do you expect from a Starbucks on a college campus!?! Just bring a pair of headphones and you'll be perfectly fine. I'd definitely pick this Starbucks over others because of the cleanliness and the variety of types of searing whether you're doing homework or hanging out.

DISCLAIMER: if I could, I would make this rating 3.5 stars! That being said, not a bad spot to come study when you're sick of the library or your room! The coffee is always made well, I never had an issue with any drink I've ever ordered there, and the workers are always super friendly and helpful. Those are the pros of the place, as for the cons, two major factors are why I believe they deserve 3.5 stars: this Starbucks can become VERY crowded which in turn makes it extremely loud inside and hard to even hear yourself think. Also, it is pretty tiny, so finding a table to do work or just sit is a difficult task. If you're looking for a quick coffee break I definitely recommend it, and if it's not crowded it is good for studying/homework!

Went to Starbucks with my friend after class this morning. I got a tall Maple Pecan Latte. The drink was almost half empty. The flavor was TERRIBLE, no clear defining taste! Will be returning to Dunkin next time!

While I come here a lot, I've always been disappointed with the service. I either don't get what I ordered or it takes 20 min.

After having my first peanut butter latte in Tucson that blew me away I was super excited to see a PB Banana latte here at Chapter 2. Unfortunately, the peanut butter was subtle and I think they forgot the ripe banana because I couldn't detect any. The espresso came through nicely though. We also got their almond crossiant. The cashier asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said yes. We waited and waited and by the time we were halfway done sipping our coffee, I had to go up to ask about it. The young girl actually gave me a straight face and acted like they didn't forget and when they served it to us it was not heated up. At that point I'm like why bother asking again. All-in-all it was okay. They do have a very exciting menu with interesting flavor combo lattes. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink? Probably won't return since I was not wowed on this first visit. Onto Chapter 3 of my coffee adventures...

She engaged in conversation with me, as I am not from Jersey and helped me with the menu clarity. There is no parking lot here, but alot of street parking. Inside is very clean with a gender neutral bathroom and some cute decor. The prices are decent. Dessert pieces are a little pricey, but very big. They do have soo many sweet treats. They also have specialty turkish sweets and others such as cheesecake, dubai chocolate, parfaits & other things that I do not even know the name of. I wish i could try them all without getting cavities haha. When I come back to Jersey I will definitely be coming back to this cafe as it is a hot commodity to me!

I wish I had tried this muchhhh sooner-- 1st time; Tried the Iced Caramel Voltage. It was sooo good, perfectly sweet and the quality of the coffee was well roasted. 2nd time; Tried the Iced Crème Brûlée Latte. Also very delicious, they mix vanilla powder into the milk and it's so flavorful! My friend tried the hot Biscoff Latte and also absolutely loved it-- Sooo many options on the menu and sweet treats to choose from (it can get overwhelming!) My only note is that they only had one person running the shop both times I visited and there was quite some traffic for one person to handle. The other time visiting, they were mostly out of select coffees, decaf, etc by Noon and limited w milk stock.

It was at night on a Saturday so many of the shelves were empty but they still had a few things left. Sunmerry appears to be a chain but one that I have never visited before until now so I can't really comment on what they have, but I did manage to grab: MATCHA CLOUD DONUT - This reminded me vaguely of the im donut donuts I tried in NYC. Very soft and pillowy and filled to the brim with a lightly sweet, matcha filling. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this. RED BEAN MATCHA BAGEL - it's a matcha dough with red bean filling BUT the filling doesn't go all the way around. It goes maybe 65% so if you're splitting this with someone like I did, fingers crossed you both get a decent amount. The bagel was soft and in a bagel shape but it lacked the chew of a bagel. The filling was nice and different but the matcha taste was subtle - if that. Overall, liked the idea, but I wanted more of a bagel chew than what I got and to taste the matcha better. Maybe even have a more even share of the red bean. COFFEE BRIOCHE LOAF - my husband liked this one! Which is good because I got it for him. This is quite good. Soft, lightly sweet with a coffee top. We ate this maybe 12 hours after and much of the top layer had "melted" and gotten on the cellophane but it was still delicious. Perfection. I definitely scraped off the coffee bits from the cellophane so it didn't go to waste. PINEAPPLE BUN W/ MILK - I grabbed this one thinking there was a filling inside and there wasn't. I don't know if the bun was placed in the wrong location or the name is telling me the bun isn't vegan but it's a good pineapple bun but without anything inside, it was a tad dry. Maybe it needs a pat of butter like they do in HK. MELON PAN - I haven't had this in a good long while so I got it for fun. It's smaller than the pineapple bun and the topping is a little sweeter - I remember crunching on sugar crystals. It's not bad but also not filled so it's a tiny bit on the dry side. The place has tables to the side where you can enjoy your goodies. I didn't stay too long but they definitely serve drinks and delicious cakes as well. The staff were nice and the place seemed on the dim side. Fingers crossed I can go back during the day to get a better idea of what they have! In the meantime, this is a good place for an Asian bakery fix. They do list out ingredients under the names of their baked goods so that's awesome! From what I could see, their baked goodies are likely not vegan or gluten-free friendly, though...
