THIS is literally THE BEST Starbucks location I have been to in my life. This is an understatement. SO I have to rave a bit about the manager. I can't put into enough words how incredible the manager of this location is. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come to this location only. The drinks are made good!! AND if someone messes up a drink (because human error happens anywhere) she is quick to ensure it is re-made right and quick! She is also super understanding about it which I have noticed employees at other locations give attitude about it. This woman is what keeps the wheels turning and she is SO friendly! Nicely located and easy to see see from the road. Barista's offer drink suggestions which is nice for the beginner or experienced @Starbucks drinkers, limited seating indoors and more outside on their patio, ample parking, drive-thru and inside can get busy at times for slower service. I've always has poor FREE Wi-Fi signal here no matter what the mobile device inside or on the patio. Meet-up seating can get gobbled up depending on what time of day you meet. read more

Look, this Starbucks has the only drive-thru in this area, so I understand that it is extremely popular and busy. However, the things that consistently drive me crazy about this place is how they are always out of the most popular seasonal products! That is inexcusable for a business that is this busy. I blame everything bad about this place on its Management. This summmer, they "ran out" of the ingredients necessary for the Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino at the height of the season. It was obviously hugely popular. Why did they not stock up? Tonight, they "ran out" of the Pumpkin Spice Latte syrup...the massively popular drink that drives sales. WTF. Come on. We have used the Starbucks on Pflugerville Parkway a number of times (it is close) and many times have had problems with this outlet. Most recently today on National Coffee Day when the Corporate Website promises another free coffee next time if you bought one today. The drive though lady said she did not know anything about this. She checked with manager who said they were not participating. Also we ordered and paid for a scone with our two coffees, but realized we did not get it. Another time we ordered a coffee that was highly advertised on the website but they were not selling that one. Numerous other problems in the past. Coffee is always decent but the struggle is very real at this location. Drive through is always full not because of a rush but because they are just so slow. Management change maybe? I don't know but this is the only location I have been to where this continues to be a real issue! read more

This location is dirty (floors, tables, bathroom), the service is pleasant and polite, but also slow and inefficient. It took over 20 minutes for them to get to my order and then told they were out of stock. By far, the worst aspects is the clientele. The customers are uncivilized and rude. I've been a very loyal customer to this location, and after my past experience thru the drive thru. This has deeply changed and so have my attitude towards one of the employee's. I proceed to order a venti size drink, at this point not sure of the young lady has properly heard me because my order doesn't not sound correct at this time. So I proceed to the drive-thru to pay, and the young starts to SCOLD me no joke! She take this opportunity to get on her SOAPBOX and lecture me on how I have not been charged properly for my drink and that every location has been wrong. That her way is correct! By this point I don't know whether I should leave or stay. Honestly, I may have been charged wrong previously. But I did not deserve for her to yell and lecture me on price of my drink. But I will say this, she as well charged me incorrectly and actually over charged me by a $1. But she can keep that dollar because it was not worth the trouble. This is one of the worst starbucks I have ever been to. They have gone downhill overall but this place is setting a new bar on selling you watered down espresso and charging you 10 times what it's worth. This location has so much turnover its hard to have consistency and the drinks rarely turn out correct I went through the drive through and drove away after getting my drink to find out I couldn't drink it it had so many pumps of syrup sugar in it it was horrible! I CANNOT believe my experience with this Starbucks this morning. I had to wait 18 minutes in line...literally, no kidding I clocked it. When I arrived at the window, I expressed my displeasure with the wait and was told that they were "down to one bar". OK...thank heaven I did not have a meeting this morning and would have been late. OH, and thank you barista for yelling have a good day at me when I pulled away from the window. There are choices for coffee...even in Pflugerville. I have NEVER experienced anything like this at the Pecan Street location (which will be getting 100% of my future business). The Pecan Street location has faster drive-thru times and a much friendlier staff. I am a Starbuck's gal (especially when the Casi Cielo is in season), but there are also Dazzle coffee shops in Pflugerville and south Round Rock. The Pflugerville Parkway location does have competition. My advice to the Pflugerville Starbucks patrons...hit the Pecan Street location...great coffee and treats, extremely friendly staff and short wait times (even when there is a long line). Very disappointed this morning at 6am As I realize it gets busy and computers have issues I was very patient this morning in waiting on 2 tea lattes and 2 iced teas. The problem is once I made it to the office for my coworker and I to enjoy a much needed latte (as Austin Starbucks are not serving.) This place is terrible. Sucks that it is the only option in Pflugerville unless you want to get out of the car at Target. They never get the order right. I don't leave reviews often but I need to warn my fellow Starbuckians! I'm a very frequent Starbucks customer but anytime I go to this location outside of peak hours I have an issue. The best employees are working when it's busier but my drinks never come out right outside these times. Today I ask for extra hot and I literally get a boiling drink. So hot that it was extremely bitter and terrible. Not to mention my croissant was smashed flat. I know this isn't Starbucks standards! Their service is great and their drinks are good. My biggest issue is the volume. It is entirely TOO LOUD. The music is at such a high volume that on multiple occasions I've had to yell at the person I'm with to have a conversation. When using earphones I can't even hear my own video or music because of the music being so loud in Starbucks. Trying to read is almost impossible. Definitely wouldn't recommend this Starbucks if you're trying to get something read, work on anything that requires concentration, have a conversation with someone, or listen to any videos/music of your own. read more

They will lose your order, make the wrong drink on purpose - after confirmation - then blame it on being rung up wrong in order to cover up their intention when you ask for a refund. Don't stand or sit near the station. There's no splash guard and the nastiness in their sink often hits both people and tables as they rush though their motions. There's a Target just up the road with a better Starbucks experience. I'd suggest going there instead. read more

Went to Starbucks today for the first time in quite a while to try out the new holiday flavors.  Unfortunately, not only were the drinks extremely disappointing but the service was abysmal. Being a long time fan of both the caramel macchiato and apple crisps, the apple crisp macchiato seemed like a no brainer for me.  Unfortunately, it tasted like neither (or much of anything for that matter.) The best I can describe it is slightly viscous, bitter and musty... Much like I imagine mop water must taste.  My son made the mistake of getting the toasted white mocha which he accurately described as tasting like some cloying cross of unidentifiable fruit and the way a balloon smells (this is especially impressive because he is normally a human garbage disposal.)  My wife, the luckiest of the bunch, got the Irish cream cold brew.  The consensus on it was that it simply fell flat... It was like Irish cream someone sucked all the happiness out of.  All of this, frankly, I could forgive... 20 bucks (wow, by the way) for an experiment that doesn't pan out is just life.  Unfortunately, the only thing worse than the coffee at this Starbucks is the service.  Unfriendliness and ineptitude aside, the straw that broke the camel's back was that they lied... and I abhor being lied to.  You see the initial impetus of this Love-Boat-Turned-Titanic excursion was the holiday cup giveaway going on currently.  When ordering, we were informed that all of our drinks (since they were holiday specials) would get us a cup.  When we got to the window, they refused to give us some of those cups.  When we asked for them, they said my venti apple crisp macchiato was not part of the promotion (lie #1... it was on the promotion material AND WAS THE REASON I WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.)  When we pointed out (on their promotional material) that it did indeed qualify they seemed annoyed and then I saw the devious hamster start running on the empty wheel between their ears and they told us they were out of cups (while we could see some behind them, mind you... lie #2.)  Not wanting to cause a scene (or inconvenience the long line of folks awaiting their own venti-dose of disappointment) we moved on, but decided to call back 5 minutes later to see if they had actually run out or if they still had the cups, which of course, they indeed still had.  Do yourself a favor and avoid this Starbucks unless you are feeling particularly masochistic and want to burn some extra money you have laying around in exchange for an upset stomach topped with enough unhappiness to warrant a multi-page disparaging review.  There are so many other great choices nearby who appreciate your business and make a great cup of coffee.  Heck, even swinging by the truck stop for the day old coffee (yes, the dirty old pot back by the bathroom) will bring you more holiday cheer than a trip to this location. read more

This is the 3rd Friday that I have gone to this Starbucks and at 8:15am they have no plain bagles.... they said their shipment will not be in until that afternoon. My advise would be to order more than you have been ordering. Obviously they do not last until you need them to. Management needs to get better. Just went to this location to grab a drink, called ahead and asked if I could let them know my drink before I got there just in case they were closed. They said they couldn't take orders over the phone so I just went in. I got there on time and walked in at 10:31 while multiple people were laying down and hanging out in there. Very short staffed l, given they just set a record of 5.2billion in sales, you would think you could staff your stores.
