I was getting my phone fixed down the road and decided to kill time here. It was calming and the people are well mannered. The staff are so helpful and attentive. I always have such a unique order that no one can get right but they did it without any concern! I recommend the chai tea latte, with oat milk. Sometimes I get it with almost milk, but I noticed it clumps up with almond milk. The wood finish on the counters and tables are somewhat rare to find these days in Starbucks, this particular Starbucks is obviously more modern and less neglected. I will probably make this one of my regular Sunday spots.

However they did it, the space feels roomier with more seating options. The coffee is very good, they have a very diverse coffee menu including espresso drinks, regular and cold brew options. They offer a variety of fresh baked goods, wraps and breakfast sandwiches. Get there early for the breakfast sandwiches, as the need to be reheated in microwave later in the day. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the lines can be long as the espresso machines are manual, producing a superior product in comparison to the national chain, but it can take some time when people are ordering Carmel Latte's and other specialized drinks in front of you. Sayville is lucky to have two independent coffee shops. I always prefer locally owned and managed. Give them a try, even if line appears long they manage to move people through fairly quickly.

The prices for the coffees are comparable to other corporate coffee companies but it's still not for me. Im bummed because I really wanted to love this place.

Visit Date: April 14, 2026…read more I went to CoHo because it's in my LI Cafe Passport book that I got for Christmas from my co-worker. I had the peanut butter mousse cake for lunch and the caramel macchiatto. When I first sipped it I felt like the caramel had a slightly tingy flavor but it went away after the first sip and I still felt like the drink was good. The peanut butter mousse cake was so good, it had a lot of peanut butter flavor which I love. I had a good experience here the staff was friendly and helpful and it was also a nice weather day so I was able to sit in their outdoor seating and hang out and enjoy the weather. I would recommend CoHo!

So first they say they're "out of cold foam" Really? So you have four featured drinks that you don't have ingredients for on a Sunday morning? No. The girl working the counter was trying to pack it up to leave. You don't "run out of cold foam" you're a coffee shop- make it. I would have happily waited for it, no issue. We were asked if we were staying which we said yes, my drink arrived in a flimsy plastic cup and my partner had the porcelain cup... umm ok?To top it all off there was some extremely loud irritating construction happening right after we sat down- I get things happen but really? How about waiting until service has slowed? Idk- the whole experience was just awful and put us both in a terrible mood.

She'd been asking me to come for years and a few months ago we finally made it. On her own she goes all the time. Now we go together whenever I'm off from work as a special new tradition. They have the coolest creative lattes and teas like a peanut butter & jelly one, lavender etc. I'm also obsessed with their soap! (The coffee one though. Def a matter of opinion but I wasn't crazy about the scent of the orange one. I had thought I liked it in the store, but it didn't smell good on my body. Maybe doesn't mix well with my body's natural scent or something. Or maybe just me bc I kept feeling like I smelled but no one else thought it smelled bad lol. After I mentioned it was my first time, he suggested ordering from the kiosk since it's much easier to browse the full menu there than trying to read the menu board. It definitely made the whole ordering process a lot easier. I went with the cinnamon bun iced latte, and it was delicious. It was not overly sweet and didn't taste artificial. For breakfast, I ordered the egg sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda. I have to give them credit for offering Gouda! It's not something you see very often at coffee shops, and as someone who loves Gouda, it was an easy choice. The sandwich was fresh, hot, and really well made. Friendly service, quality coffee, and fresh food are a winning combination. Safe to say Roller Coasta Coffee just earned a spot in my regular rotation!
