The Pink Drink.....
Kim C.

My daughter looks forward to this Whimsical Pink Drink and when she's needs a treat this is my go to. It is pretty healthy and beautiful. My local Starbucks on North Ocean in Farmingville is always busy and have an excellent staff to look out for all your needs. I love this fairy new location and think they are doing a great job with all the adjustments due to COVID.

Teavana Shaken Iced Passion Tango TM Tea Lemonade

Love this location. The employees are super nice. Service is quick and the space is clean.

Finally a Barista that can almost spell my name. I'll take it. Venti Iced Passion Tea Lemonade for a beautiful October Sunday! :))

This is probably one of the better Starbucks that I know of on the South Shore in Suffolk out by my neck of the woods. Yes it's kinda on the small side and it gets super crowded but that's ok. I've never had a lousy beverage here. Whether it be coffee or tea or a frap. It's consistent. Today was exceptionally busy but I remembered that two things probably factored into this. The Suffolk County South Shore Marathon and the fact that it was the day before Halloween and it was a GORGEOUS day out. But I've come here and have always received my beverage with a smile. Today I can also happily say I made GOLD! I'm officially a GOLD star member of Starbucks. I think that might mean I have a caffeine addiction but that's ok. A little zoot never hurt anybody right? So of course I'll be back. Hell yeah! This Starbucks far exceeds the one across the street from MacArthur Airport on Vets. That Starbucks is baaaaad. Haha.

First time at this Starbucks. Very quaint right off Sunrise Highway in Waverly Plaza. There is seating outside and inside. Looks very inviting, like you're in the country out here compared to where I live. When I arrived I waited on line for about a minute, then Carol behind the counter gave me a warm greeting, asked me my order and was very efficient! She also knew all the regulars. Made me feel very welcomed. It looks like you can either order and go or just hang. Definitely will come back if I'm in the area again.

Friendly!!! Always gets my order right. I live close by so it's easy for me to stop in here all the time. And I love the atmosphere. This is a full-size stand-alone Starbucks and is a good place to hang out if weather is bad. It's also kept clean, like most Starbucks. My favorite is café vanilla frappeccino with a pump of Caramell. 1/29/18 not as happy as I used to be with this location. Too crowded all the time and the newer staff not as friendly or efficient. Long waits for order even if ordered beforehand.

Hair in Coffee

My friend and I go to St.Josephs college and come here almost everyday in between our classes. Normally the baristas are great, but today was not good at all. I heard the baristas complaining about making my iced white mocha because I wanted sweet cream and cold foam, which for some reason was such a feat for them. Then to make matters worse, my friend found a hair in her coffee closed between the lid and the cup and floating into her drink. She drank almost the whole thing and when we discovered it we were absolutely appalled. Very very disappointed.

This Starbucks really took me by surprise. I have to admit I really did "judge a book by its cover" this Starbucks does not look like your typical Starbucks and it definitely has some ware and tear. But when I walked in it was so cute and cozy. It was very spacious and it looked really nice inside. They really do need to update/repair their menu boards because they're very old and slanted. The tables were fairly clean the could use more care but the floor looked great and overall it was very clean. The staff greeted me with a smile and they were all super sweet. I also really appreciate the pride flag that was up. My bfs coffee was made very well and we are happy with our visit. Definitely check them out because the inside is adorable and the staff is great!

It is in a central area though right off Sunrise Highway and Waverly Ave so I recommend preordering from the app if you have it to reduce the wait time.

Seeing as her birthday is next month, we wanted to go ahead and try to go to a tea house and see if she enjoys it enough to invite a few friends to our home next month and replicate the event.. now it is on the pricey side, but we thought it would be a special day just for three of us. We not only called for reservations, but then arrived early and although we were sat, we did not get any fresh brewed tea. we got hot water and no authenticity at all bagged tea not loose and if she tells you she had loose teeth, then the waitress was at fault, but I don't wanna blame the waitress either like she has so-called reviews that she answer she blames it on someone else whether it's the waitresses and there was a prefix menu, but she didn't have time where she's really busy or somebody had the flu or they're lying or a wall review. I am not that person I have been using yelp since it began. I am a top contributor and I have to say this was a very bad experience and I will not blame it on a single person except the manager and the staff themselves who were not doing anything in the back as we were watching like all the other if you said it takes forever it is a bad luck and they don't come back to the table and serve properly. They don't have time to even say hello and really get to the table in a timely manner. At that point, we got a small salad with no silverware and no cream and sugar so basically we were waiting for our beautiful two/three tiered high tea that was a prefix menu "supposedly??" But after 45 minutes and absolutely no one coming around and still no silverware cream or sugar we had to ask for three times including the owner and we still had nothing else. It was nearly 4 PM and my little girl was starving as was my husband who would've rather been anywhere at that point After the third go round we decided to leave! I'm diabetic and this was crazy! In my almost 46 years. I have never left a restaurant. I hope that you all have a better experience than we did...next time go to a diner! Don't waste nearly $60 pp something. You can buy at Sam's Club and serve yourself if it ever shows up! Angry is not even the word! Prefix my foot! ***Update: I saw what you decided to respond and like I said you are your own worst enemy because I have NO responsibility to tell you anything about being diabetic if I have to wait an hour for a $60 plate of food that you never served me what do I have to pay for? I don't believe that the world is built on you do nothing then I have to pay you for something? Wtf? I saw the other post you blame everybody by yourself. You blame when you're busy you blame it on Valentine's Day. You blame it on your waitress is having the flu. You blame it on everybody by yourself and as far as I'm concerned from sitting there and watching you for an entire hour go back-and-forth and do absolutely nothing. It's your fault nobody else's don't tagline my editorial because you think you wanna be right that doesn't work! I can go home and get hot water. Thank you very much for nothing. You are not only a nasty woman, but you also show a very sincere lack of understanding when it comes to how to run a business not only is it not my job to tell you I'm diabetic it's not my job to take my autistic daughter and have her wait over an hour for food. I don't care how many people you have. All those things are just excuses and as far as I was told when I grow up, it's about results not excuses!!!! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR RESTAURANT WILL REPOST ALL OVER!!!!

I cannot rave enough about this establishment ...The food is amazing, always so fresh and made-to-order! The sourdough bread is so incredibly crusty and delicious, coming from my favorite Portuguese place in Farmingville. My husband said the French onion soup was the best he's ever had....Not to overlook the ambience, which is so welcoming and relaxing. This truly adds a nice touch to the overall dining experience. Stace and her daughter Katherine add so much love and life to this beautiful restaurant. We celebrated my sister's milestone birthday there last September in a cozy private room upstairs. It was beyond spectacular from beginning to end. We continue to return to Sunflower Cafe and Bakery quite often, and always have such a pleasant and warm experience! They also offer a wonderful weekend brunch menu on Sunday's with truly creative and delicious entrées. I believe they are approaching their 3 year anniversary in November, and it's not surprising that they are able to thrive and grow in such a tough economic environment. Run, don't walk to this INCREDIBLE restaurant. It's always such an amazing time for us both. Desserts are also so scrumptious as well, with the option to take home treats from the small bakery area if desired! Thanks to the entire staff for always treating us like family...Cannot wait to return very soon.

The escargot is the best one I've had! Every dish that was served made me dance a little in my seat. The drinks are really good too. They make their own pineapple rum, and flavored simple syrups. They import wine from France. They bake their own goods, and everything is just right. I can't wait to go back!
