At 6:30 AM on a Saturday, it was in and out quickly. Conversation with one of the workers tipped me off that they will be moving next door when construction is done. It is hoped cars will no longer be backed up on Jericho Turnpike and easier for those of us who prefer going inside. read more

I come to this Starbucks every day on my way to work and my order is always correct, staff always greet me good morning and check in with people who need help finding their order. The inside is also always incredibly clean. And I've never had a bad experience with the coffee or food. This is my "local" starbucks so I gave it (too) many shots over the years. They burn the goddamn milk EVERY SINGLE TIME. The texture is awful, always piping hot and watery... in their defense I don't think there's a single place around commack that steams plant milks right, but for such well established chain you would think the staff would be well trained and knowledgeable. read more

Whether your looking for a quick coffee or sone where wonderful to sit and get some work done. The atmosphere and coffee is well worth the peace if mind. I was getting my phone fixed down the road and decided to kill time here. It was calming and the people are well mannered. The staff are so helpful and attentive. I always have such a unique order that no one can get right but they did it without any concern! I recommend the chai tea latte, with oat milk. Sometimes I get it with almost milk, but I noticed it clumps up with almond milk. The wood finish on the counters and tables are somewhat rare to find these days in Starbucks, this particular Starbucks is obviously more modern and less neglected. I will probably make this one of my regular Sunday spots. read more

Remarkably, the staff and management are incapable of getting simple orders correct. This is the fourth time that I have ordered simple menu items and what I received was either missing or totally incorrect. Starbucks Corporate - you should take a hard look at who ever is running this particular location and retrain (or replace) them. read more

This is a great location and they are very fast but the traffic flow is very odd-if it's very busy, you may be forced to wait in the median of Jericho Turnpike before you can turn into the parking lot (heading east). If you are heading west and you turn into the parking lot, you may piss off the person who's been waiting in the median LOL. There's really nothing you can do about it, and it's not really Starbucks' fault. . I'm always in and out of this Starbucks very quickly - so it's still worth the trip. Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Commack, New York

I understand that this location is very busy and it's a high paced environment but i'm SICK of their horrible attitude and how they treat me every time I go. I'm not sure if it's one girl with a bad attitude or several but i'm done going to this location. I have a diary allergy and it always seems to be a problem. Once I asked for a bagel with avocado spread and bacon and the girl in the drive through said "No this is a not a deli" i was so caught of guard due to her tone i voice and i said I didn't like the way she was speaking to me. The second incident I went to try the PSL and asked if they could make it dairy free and they said it wasn't possible which i was shocked about so i had to order something else. I went to another starbucks location and they made it for me no problem. The most recent incident was today. I went inside and ordered a dairy free PSL and asked if they could make my pesto and turkey sandwich with no cheese. The girl at the front with a white shirt and bun flat out LIED to me and said they don't do that when i've had the cheese taken off my sandwiches several times. I told her i've had it done before and SHE LIED again and said since covid they don't do that but i kept insisting stating they've done it for me before and she seemed angry and told one of the girls to take off the cheese. I felt super uncomfortable the whole time and she never apologized. I'm done with the mistreatment of customers. I have a dairy allergy and they make so hard with their attitudes and lying. read more

This my "go to" Starbucks for my daily fix of caffeine. The staff here is always super friendly and always accommodating. They get my drink right every time. The drive thru can be both good and bad. Convenient on one hand, but creates a traffic nightmare when busy. Actually, it can be quite dangerous. No joke. Tip: when parking lot is jammed up simply park right next door at the beverage center and walk over. You will thank yourself for it! Also, this store does not carry a lot of Starbuck's merchandise, so skip this one if you are looking for that special "mug". read more

Not sure why my GOOD reviews are gone from here...???? This recently built Starbucks is great! LOTS of seats and room inside. Don't you hate it when you're ready to chill with your drink and there are no seats? Staff is always friendly and I never complain about the product because I only get a regular Pike coffee OR a Earl Grey tea. Nothing complicated. Also- no teenagers come here because there are so many fast food places around here--easy for them to walk to if they are from the neighborhood ! Win/win situation !! read more

Went through the drive thru and the woman working gave me the wrong drink. Unfortunately I didn't know until I was on my way to work. I went back after work, told them what happened, gave them the incorrect drink back and was given what I ordered. It was free but technically it wasn't bc I paid the first time around. I had to waste my time going back, they should've given me something else for free. Grrrr. At least (and why I'm giving them 4 stars) they actually know how to make a gingerbread tea latte at this location. I've had it at other locations and they don't know how to make it. It's on all Starbucks menus and advertised in the store so the least they can do is actually know how to make the drink. read more

Visit Date: March 29, 2015 Came here with my gym buddy after we worked out before we went grocery shopping together. This Starbucks is pretty big, although it looks like it could be small. I was satisfied with my service, my drink and grilled cheese sandwich were the usual that I expect from Starbucks. My one complaint is that they said Frappucinos were going to be 1/2 price all day on Monday March 30 but the inbox message I got said it was only 2 to 5, so the baristas had the wrong information. read more

By far the best SB on LI. The place jams but they fly! What would take any other SB 15 minutes seems to take 2 here. In fact, I drive past the one closer to my home to go to this location. The staff goes above and beyond, remembers your name and drink, and seems to actually enjoy their jobs. There is all of about 3 people on staff that can make my coffee correct. Ariana is really the only one I get excited for. The new woman ruins my morning just by being in the drive through - so much so that usually before I pull off I make sure to tell her she's particularly unpleasant today .. I'm wicked before coffee so shes just insult to injury. I now go to 111 Starbucks out of my way because the coffee is consistent. A convenient location for a quick drive through across LI.

Not one to review places, especially a place like starbucks. But the other day I went through the drive-thru and my drink was made incorrectly. That's fine, no big deal, I went in to have it remade. The first gentleman I spoke to was rude when I told him it was wrong. The young lady Madi however, quickly made my drink and it was delicious. I didn't want to go inside and disturb the workers as I know this is a busy location. But the drink I got in the end was worth it. Will be coming back read more

This Starbucks is the closest to my house, surprised I've only checked in here once lol. This place does have a drive thru but you might want to come inside because the employees are quiet attractive (giggity). They have quiet a few tables where the drinks get made and two sofas near the bathroom, as well as a handicap table. My sister is a Starbucksaholic and this is the only location where she never has to tell them to remake her drink because they didn't get her order right. I come here usually to work on non-work related stuff and sometimes I'll just get a $2 green tea and stay an hour or so and no one bothers me. I've actually been to a few Starbucks locations that told me to allow other customers to sit since they spent more money smh! read more

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and got my order back quickly even in the drive-through. But the drink was a little below average. Cappuccino was not hot enough, flavor was off, and the espresso was a little weak. Still, this could change with baristas and I appreciated the staff! read more

Donna is the nastiest woman at Starbucks in Commack, ny. It is very disappointing that Donna is a manager. She argues regularly with customers, rolling her eyes, complaining about her pay. I asked for a small cup of whip for my pup, you know the "pup frap" Donna yells out the drive-thru window "THATS REALLY NOT HEALTHY. DOGS SHOULDNT HAVE THIS. WE CANT GIVE THIS OUT" then looks right at me and says "ITS NOT LIKE YOU'RE PAYING FOR IT!!!!" I just wanted a pup frap for my puppy before the dog park! Yikes!! Sounds like she constantly has bad days and takes it out on everyone else.... read more

The not so great thing about this location is that the wireless internet connection is terrible, to the point of being unusable. My Caramel Flan Latte was good but a lot of folks are going to a Starbucks for the usually good wireless internet and this location does not deliver in this regard. I prefer the equally good location in Elwood far over this one. read more

This is the second time I've ordered a green tea and the cashier repeated the order back to me....but they still gave me a green tea latte. I can't have a latte because I'm lactose intolerant..which is why I didn't order one. I only have so much time on my lunch break and can't wait on the long line twice because they got my order wrong again. So frustrating. read more

The reason you go to Starbucks is a quality coffee you don't get from DD. Well, if your coffee is anything more challenging than a grande drip I would suggest you taste it before you leave; or drive away. Oh... did you say you wanted equal in your coffee (3 times)? I just can't seem to get them to remember - whether it's me ordering, or my wife or even my daughter. There is always something wrong about it. The line on a Saturday leaves the parking lot and endangers you while you hang-out in traffic, but that's not the fault of the barista. The people who designed some of these Starbucks honestly don't drive for a living - there is just no way they drive AT ALL. This is certainly not my choice - they just don't listen when you order. read more

Coffee was delicious didn't get a chance to make some in the morning so I stopped here on my way to work. It was a little busy but mange to get my drink and out on my way pretty fast. Starbucks is right near my house so it's very convenient. One day, my coffee will be great. The next day, it will be absolutely horrible. They hired new workers who don't know what the heck to do.
