You rent an apartment for $2,700/1 BR and you hear music...Justin, Taylor, Ed, Coldplay, Beyonce, etc. It becomes 9:50 AM to 4:00 AM because the owner of the Dirty Cheesecake in Smithtown's staff "forgets" to turn off the sound system.
