They made an unbelievably good hot chocolate, complete with a generous heap of whipped cream. The shop itself is super cute, cozy, and clean. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and fast, making the overall experience great. It was definitely worth the trip! They have a lot of other cute items on the menu, so while I stuck to hot chocolate this time, I'll definitely be back to try more. Highly recommended! read more

What a lovely coffee shop! Clean, bright and expensive My mom wanted a latte and I had Gregory's bookmarked. Today was a good day to check it out. I was greeted warmly and explained what my mom wanted. Chai latte, perfect. I had a cold mocha and she was kind enough to put Nutella in it for me. The croissants and other small food items looked good. But $4.35 for a cake pop is insane. I passed on that. I am not a coffee drinker and I can't get over how much all this costs. This place was on one of the places to try on one of my lists and I'm so happy I did. I came here to meet with a new friend who lives in the area and she told me she wanted to try the fall oat boy and it was delicious! I highly suggest getting that if they still have it. The service was great and the cashier was very sweet. When I asked for recommendations and which item she's tried, she told me the truth and said that she hasn't tried it yet, but told me that it would be good for you. I really loved how it looked how it was very mellow and relaxing. There were two ways to get in to the coffee shop. One was the front and the other was the side. I ordered the "blue steel" drink what a disappointment there was nothing blue about this drink it actually tasted like lime spritz gone wrong for $7++ I made a commented to the employee and their response was that's how it comes. Oh, okay cool I guess?! The drink definitely lacks the word "blue" among other things.. this was my first time and probably last. I'm Impressed with how many stores they have that's about it. An ideal cafe! I go here to work from home sometimes and find myself to be very productive. I like the vegan options they have (I'm not vegan, but I like to try new things) and the matcha is pretty good. I highly recommend the vegan deluxe sandwich. They also offer seasonal drinks, which is nice for coffee drinkers. I will say if you come here to get things done be mindful of the afternoon on a school day as this is walking distance from the nearby high school and sometimes it can get a little rowdy. read more

The salted caramel cold brew is my regular drink and its soooo good, but they do premake it and sometimes its inconsistent it tastes like they forgot the caramel entirely, weird for a premade drink. The manager is so sweet and friendly most of the other employees will completely ignore you and not even look your way if you come in to pick up something you ordered in the app. At least 3 different employees have done that when I go in. This place is just...fun! I love the decor and the whole vibe here. I am quickly becoming a "Gregular!" I love that they offer a ton of vegan/vegetarian quick bite options (I'm looking at you, Vegan Deluxe!) - the croissant with a vegan patty/egg/cheese combo - tastes amazing, but too messy so I didn't get a good pic (sorry!) They have yummy chais and different flavored chais - I was a fan of the calming chai, it has a bit of licorice in it. If you like anise/licorice flavoring I would highly recommend. Gregory's also has order ahead and has dedicated parking for this. Always a nice touch, especially during a busy morning commute or if you have kiddos in the car with you. The interior is modern, bright and inviting. I haven't dined in yet because I have been on the go a lot lately, but will do so in the near future. I'll add to the list of people begging for a Gregory's coffee near them, because why not?! Gregory's, in case you weren't aware, is a modern staple of the city scene. And lo and behold a new one opens up allllllllll the way in Deer Park? Magic. The space is beautifully done inside. Plenty of space to take a seat, indoors or out. Walking up to possibly my most favorite counter of all time (seriously, the counter is like, geometrically pleasing with white, black and yellow everywhere! So cool) and end up ordering a NuBrew: a combination of nutella and cold brew. Service was like, exceptionally quick, which is very much appreciated! Now here's the thing: I'm not the biggest fan of cold brew coffee. Why I continue to order it despite my own personal preference, is something I should discuss with a therapist...With that being said, I think Gregory's NuBrew may be the only thing that would make me like a cold brew drink. It was like the perfect combination of cold brew flavors with nutella flavors. One did not overpower the other. Pure balance. Overall, sadly I am not in the area to make Gregory's Coffee my go to place for a quick cup near my office. What's great about any Gregory's, they have a really good roasted coffee. Now add the freshly baked goods, Gregory's has made one of the top coffee places on my coffee list. I passed by on my way to work last week prior to opening. When I heard when they would be opened, I made a decision to stop in on the way to work besides my usual of Dunkin' or Starbucks. I ordered ahead on the app. Gingerbread Latte and "The Skinny" sandwich. Gingerbread Latte had gingerbread syrup, and my choice of milk. It had a very strong gingerbread flavor. I didn't really enjoy it to be honest. It was very overwhelming. The Skinny had egg whites, fresh greens, turkey bacon and cheddar. It was served on Ezekiel English muffin. This sandwich had very decent flavor and was very filling. Definitely tasted fresh. I placed an order on the app. It gave me a time that it would be ready, 8:42AM. The app was off by about 10 minutes, and my order wasn't ready until about 8:53AM. When I arrived, there wasn't any sign or anything about where to pick up mobile orders. I enjoyed visiting a couple of Gregorys locations in Manhattan in the past, so I was excited to hear that they were opening close to where I work. They sent a $10 credit in an email to go and check them out, so I decided to get a light lunch there. The place is quite spacious and had a sleek hipster, but welcoming vibe to it complete with white marble tables, patterned floors and a giant sign with a pun on it for photo ops. There are about 10 tables spread mostly along the perimeter of the cafe for indoor dining. Ordering was simple and could be done in person or through the app. The cashier was friendly ensured my order was correct. My sandwich and coffee was ready in about 5 minutes. My Deluxe sandwich came wrapped in foil lined paper and in a paper bag yet with another pun on it (Gregory must have a good sense of humor). The sandwich was a standard sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. There was a good amount of cheese on it. For my beverage I got the Nu Brew Hotshot, a hot Nutella latte. The chocolate hazelnut flavor was subtle and the drink as a whole was not sugary at all. Coffee was smooth and strength was medium. I was looking for a study spot and didn't realize there was a Gregorys near me! I have only been to one out of state so it was such a wonderful surprise. I got the matcha latte as well as "The Deluxe" breakfast sandwich and grabbed a chocolate chip cookie to go as I left. The ice matcha latte was well made, not too sweet either which I appreciated! The breakfast sandwich was ok- a bit too heavy for my liking but the croissant was SOO flaky. I think I'll stick to plain croissants in the future. The chocolate chip cookie is HEAVENLY! So big and soft but still crunchy around the edges! This place is a perfect study spot because they have multiple spacious tables with electric plugs under the table. Super clean and spacious new coffee house in the area! I was excited to try the flower power latte which is infused with lavender-it was delish but my mom got the salted caramel which had a frothy almost frap like texture and I think I would have preferred the lavender to have that consistency instead. The salted caramel was very good tho! We also split the jalapeño cheddar scone and the spicy avo toast. Both had a mild kick to it and were tasty but I feel like the scone needed some kind of dipping sauce. I'm very picky about avo toast at restaurants cuz most places over toast the bread but this one was under toasted in my opinion. A little crisp would have made this one perfect!
