I've passed this Starbucks hundreds of times since it opened, but last Saturday was the first time I've had an opportunity to stop in. The drive through line on an early Saturday morning was out to the street so we went inside. The service was extremely friendly. Our drinks (Matcha, Chai Tea Latte, Iced Coffee) were all prepared perfectly, as well as my stepson's egg sandwich. This is a very good Starbucks, I'll be back soon! read more

My order was made perfectly fine - regular grande latte, Jalapeño chicken pocket, sausage egg cheddar sandwich, Vt Matcha cream Frappuccino - And they all ready in a fashionable time. The staffs were friendly and attentive to their customers. This Starbucks is located between few business complex buildings, and seems many customers who walk in to the store are in business attire. This Starbucks is pretty sophisticated. I like it! read more

Good location . Right next to Hilton and other hotels . Went in to buy a coffee and it was really good . We ordered it with the mobile app and was very convenient to pick up . They had good space inside and outside to sit and dine . Lots and lots of parking available . We ordered brown sugar oat milk cortado and it was toooooooooooo good . Was about 4.50 per short cup but tasted so good that I had to buy one more drink ... wish they had larger sizes too. We also got plain coffee which was good too. Nice experience overall . I had a quick but great experience here. I was staying in the area and needed coffee! Yelp told me this place was right near the hotel. I placed a mobile order. I went through the drive-thru and my order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The staff member working the drive-thru was friendly. I can't comment about the inside as I didn't go in. I speak to you from the rock concert formally known as Starbucks Parsippany on Route 10. Good products including food and drink, although a bit pricey. Beyond that, however, they clearly want you to buy their products and get out. They are blasting music at a level that makes it nearly impossible to speak and certainly impossible to listen to anything on a device. It is not the environment that Starbucks widely claims is inviting to relax in. read more

My order was ready when I got to the microphone and was correct. The barista at the window was super friendly and helpful. This has been my go-to Starbucks for the past 3 years. The service is some of the best I've seen with very friendly staff, which is not something I've experienced at most other locations. Great location right off route 10. Tends to get crowded in the mornings and afternoons during the week with it emptying out random times during the day. Also tends to be rather quiet after 5pm. I usually need to get work done so I typically frequent sitting inside the cafe itself, which was my primary purpose for review. And that is something this cafe does well, with fairly large tables available for seating. It does get loud when it is crowded, but hey which cafe doesn't? I'm a big user of the app and so I always pre-order my drinks once I arrive. Cold brew is typically my drink of choice, but will occasionally try something else especially if I'm trying to rack up the star challenges from the app. Wait times can be hit or miss if crowded but usually better than not. It does tend to get rather cold inside no matter where you sit. However, I have noticed that at several locations and would not necessarily fault this one. Personally I think its a slightly passive-aggressive way of getting people to leave after a while but it never worked on me lol. Main reason that I took a star off is because on several occasions (not holidays) I found this location to just be randomly closed with no warning, especially on weekends. It would appear to be open on google, yelp, even the Starbucks app but then would drive there to be met with the "drive thru only" sign, which is not helpful when you come to get work done inside the cafe. It got to the point where I started calling before driving there just to confirm if they were open which is something I've never had to do at other locations. read more

My colleague went and picked up my order today, I ordered ICED London fog latte with cold foam, today and got a HOT black tea instead. This location has a drive-thru and is located on the eastbound side of Route 10. I have no idea why there were a dozen cars in line extending out of the parking lot, I just drove in around them and walked inside. There was no one at the register waiting so I ordered and walked out and saw the line had moved maybe one car. I guess people are just too lazy when it's cold outside to step out of their car. Staff inside was efficient and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. No frills as they were busy with the drive-thru. No as many gift card selections as I remembered at other shops, maybe it's just the season, but they have plenty of coffee and mugs for sale. read more

Relatively new location right on Rt 10. Good amount of parking. There is also a drive through if you're on the go. The inside is very clean with 3 tables, 3 high tops, long table and bar seating. There's a good amount of out-door seating too. Free Starbucks Wi-Fi. The staff here is really great. They're all friendly and helpful. I've come here to study and read a few times and this place can get super busy but surprisingly the baristas are all really fast so there never really is a wait. They also have mobile ordering if you have the Starbucks App so that can help if you're planning something to pick up or on the go. read more

I do NOT recommend this Starbucks whatsoever! Coffee is already expensive, but for the person who made my coffee on 7/11.24 had the gall to hand me my venti ordered hot mocha with coconut milk that was 1/4 full of foam on the top. Needless to say, it was quite noticeable how light the cup was when I was handed my venti cup of coffee. I brought this to her attention and instead of her remaking the coffee, she poured a little bit of coconut milk in her metal container and steamed it whereby I could see it smoking due to the high heat. Then she proceeded to pour a portion of the coffee out in the sink to replace with the steaming hot coconut milk. Well, I'm not interested in giving Starbucks my hard earned cash for this piss-poor excuse of a venti mocha!!! Requested an immediate refund. SUPER DISAPPOINTING!!! I use to think America ran on.... well you know but now that I have tried a few things I see the necessary hype of the Starbucks ! Apart from being able to enjoy the location and the ability to sit, relax, and meet if necessary I like the goodies they have also. This location I especially appreciate b/c being a new customer I always have questions about drinks and whats best to try next and ( even though I make sure to get my coffee lessons on off peak non busy times) they always take the time out to guide and inform me about whats being offered and point me in the best direction, evening if it means cancelling my order and putting in a new one because I completely ordered something off the wall ! This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. It's located only 2 minutes away from my house right off of route 10, so I can easily just stop by and get drive thru before I go somewhere. This Starbucks is relatively new, so the inside is really clean. I mainly like this Starbucks because the staffs/baristas are really nice. One time, I went to a drivethru and I got a free coffee because they said they made it accidentally. More importantly, when I say I want light ice they actually give light ice. Most of the other Starbucks I go to seem to have no difference between regular ice and light ice, but this place definitely does. read more

New modern Starbucks that opened not too long ago. It's very clean and has comfortable seating. Great study spot! It also has a nice outdoor sitting area. Drive-thru is available for those in a rush. I ordered a tall pink drink no ice and a venti cup of ice, when I got my tall pink drink no ice it was not mixed, they gave me what I'm thinking was the bottom of the package of dried strawberry which was all mostly dust from the dried strawberries and only got two FULL dry strawberries, and all the left over dust and seeds from the strawberries when to the bottom which I did not enjoy, please take this to consideration if you are ordering a pink drink at this location. read more

RUDE STAFF!! Horrible service !!! I visited the drive through today approximately around 5:00! The women at the drive through did not greet or even acknowledged me! I was given my drink and card back and she didn't even may eye contact. I sat there waiting because I didn't receive a receipt or straw, however she still didn't look my way! I decided to pull around and go inside! I called the store to speak to the manger and the gentleman on the phone said he wasn't in however I could speak to the shift supervisor ... He then asked what it was about and never gave the phone to the supervisor! He said he would relay the message, however None of my information was taken down and he proceeded to tell me that they no longer give straws with ice drinks. What about the rude behavior from your employee .. Starbucks is not cheap and the fact I was treated so poorly is the reason for this review!!
