I was very impressed Sunday I came into Starbucks and there was a bit of a line but only one Barista working. She was still so polite and made the drinks as fast as she could and even know she looked stressed it was a very pleasant experience. I didn't catch her name but it was Sunday 3/27 at around 9am. I know that many people say the service is rude but I enjoyed it only I do have one thing to say is that when they ask you about target circle on the pin pad and you don't hear them and you don't press the skip or like the target circle button they seem really mad to tell you the second time to press something no matter who it is. read more

Two years later and this is still my favorite Starbucks in Parker. The staff is fabulous, it's always clean, they are always cheerful and as a "regular" I do get a little special treatment I suppose but since I drop quite a bit of money here, I think that makes sense! read more

Of all the Starbucks I've been to, this one is one of my favorites. The staff is always attentive, friendly, helpful, quick, happy, and knowledgeable. Over the holidays, cute art from local kids decorated the wall. :) There are many couches and chairs and despite having two doors, it always seems to be pretty warm in there. read more

I believe most of these reviews are for the Starbucks on Pavilion Dr about a block east of this location. This Starbucks is the one inside the Super Target. I love this Starbucks because it makes my shopping experience much better. You get a warm cup of tea, chai or seasonal yumminess in you and you're whole outlook on life changes. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and has good energy. I've never had an incorrect order or snippy service. I love the Hobbit style window looking out onto the parking lot. All the Starbucks in Parker are good. However, this one (by the Walmart) seems to have the friendliest staff. They are more likely to remember your name and standard drink order. Also, this location has a relatively large patio seating area. read more

This Starbucks location always has a line and is really really slow to get a coffee drink. This store has a weird layout so there's not a lot of room anywhere to wait for your coffee drink to be made. I'm not a big fan of thiis Starbucks location and definitely skip it if you're in a rush in the morning. read more

Stood by deserted counter for five minutes while hearing voices of two employees chatting around he corner (this had happened before more than once and I'd walked away). When the barista finally came, first wrote down incorrect drink, and when I corrected her, asked me what ingredients go in it. Ugh. The employees in this Starbucks are always super friendly. I've been going to this Starbucks for about three years now and have never been dissapointed. Hunter, one of the employees I've had several encounters with, is especially friendly and definitely deserves a raise or something cause he is probably the picture of good customer service. Absolute worst service I've ever had at starbucks. Staff was unfriendly and I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for employees to have their personal conversation before making my drink -which ended up being incorrect. I wish I could say they were busy. I've never left SB unhappy until today. I will never go back to this location. I really hate to leave a negative review like this, but practically every time I come to this Starbucks it's one negative experience after the next. The barista's here possess practically zero customer service skills, its almost as though sometimes, you're talking to a robot. Gave them another try this morning and it was the final straw. The girl that was working didn't even say one word to me the whole time. Even after she finished making the drink for the person in front of me, she just came to the register and stood there. I was kind of in shock, but said hi anyway very nicely. She still just proceeded to stand there and stare at me. So I said "someone must be having a bad day?" Still no response. I realize this was just one experience with one individual person, but this is what ultimately has brought me to the decision to no longer take my business there. And just as a warning to others, there is another female barista that is frequently working there who is also extremely rude and gets an attitude if you ask her to remake a drink. I know it might stink having to put up with actual Starbucks lines, but I think it's worth it to avoid poor customer service and frustration. read more

I love Starbucks, so I frequent them where ever they might be. This is, by far, one of the best! This is mostly due to the awesome people who work there. They always remember my drink and my name. Even if I don't go in for awhile... they never forget. They're like elephants. Yes, I know, Starbucks is Starbucks, and the only reason I went into this particular Starbucks was because I needed to buy a gift card. However, the two friendly barista's working today made this an above average visit. When I was told the coffee of the day was Christmas Blend the look on my face must have said, "really, Christmas Blend? It's January.", because without me saying anything the barista offered to cone brew me a cup of Pike's. It's coffee not rocket science but it made my visit to Starbucks a happy one and I will visit again if I am in the area. read more

Underwhelming service. I recognize the challenges that come with working in the service industry, I work in it. However the behavior, mood, and execution of the staff was saddening. I'm not asking to be something or in a great mood indefinitely, but I am surprised with the lack of awareness and kind intention. I went two days, back to back.... Another update to my favorite coffee place. Now my girls are teens and addicted to Starbucks, so we are in there constantly. We bring in our own cups for the discount and they are the big 24 oz ones. Worst Starbucks service I've ever had. We walked up to the counter and the kid behind the counter was doing something (but not for a customer) and said he'd be with us in a minute. We said okay and continued to wait. Another Starbucks employee walked by going in the direction of the Target deli and she asked him if she should take our order, and he just said "no, I said I would be there in a minute" and still wouldn't stop whatever he was doing . Finally he came to the counter and he kept the trend going and was just rude and short with everything, this kid was clearly picked on in school and takes it out on customers of Starbucks. I'd give it 1 star because of this awful kid, but the Danish I ordered was phenomenal. read more

Doug was very kind and pleasant to me during my service - you don't find much of that any more. Most of my experiences in other starbucks locations across Denver and Boulder have been very pretentious and dealt with disdain; not here - Doug has world class service, and deserves to be recognized for his kindness and willingness to help other people. Nailed it, this morning they made me the best Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher that I have ever had at any Starbucks.

NEVER EVER GO HERE. I ordered the drink they had advertised and was told it would "take too long to make" and to order something else. My friend and I were the only ones in the entire starbucks, so I don't see the problem. The barista who told me to order something else was also much more interested in talking about her life and wouldn't let the other barista begin making our drinks. The service was abhorrent. I just have the worst experience at Starbucks in Parker --- the one by Walmart and Panda Express. I just popped in to get one package of VIA for my husband. I didn't see them until I saw three by the register. I got the one I wanted then realized they were the display ones. I said to the young lady (tall, blond, okay looking), "You probably don't want me to take this display one." She said "No" and pointed out the rack of them about 2 steps away. I quickly got the one I wanted, but she had let the man behind me start placing his order!!!! They obviously knew each other and they talked about his wife and how she'd tried something different the night before.. FINALLY when they were done yakking, I was able to pop back in and purchase the VIA. I asked her why she had made me wait. No response. I said, 'If this (the VIA) hadn't been for my husband I would have walked out." No response. So rude!! I paid and as I was turning away from the counter she said, "Thank you." I replied quite loudly, "You are NOT welcome!" I am trying not to be so angry, but we will be going up to the Starbucks by Lincoln from now on. She could have at least said she was sorry for making me wait and wait while she gabbed with the man. read more
