Waited 15 minutes for a simple coffee seriously prioritization is the word of the day here folks.

I entered this Starbucks on a rainy Tuesday afternoon, and I knew, this day would change me. I enter the establishment, a lovely barista named Joe greets my friend and I. We order seasonal frappucinos, and ask them to make it vegan. Joe complies. They were delicious frappes. What we didn't know we were ordering, was companionship. After hours of interacting, we became well aquatinted with Joe, and he was a very friendly and attentive employee, who was knowledgeable about the vegan options Starbucks offered their customers. Love them but I order the same exact thing and the price is always different some times it's almost a dollar more. It kinda sucks. They need to be more consistent with pricing. Other than that they are pretty good and friendly. read more

I used to LOVE this Starbucks. I basically lived there for 20 hours a week studying for law exams and then the bar exam. They had plenty of tables to work on, and also had comfortable chairs for when you wanted to lean back and read a book. The layout was open and airy with room for patrons to wait in line without being on top of you as you sit down and have your coffee. They also had a fireplace! THEN THE RENOVATION HAPPENED. They added a drive-thru and rearranged the entire interior of the store. Now there's bar-style seating and only 1/4 of the tables are left. They put tall merchandise displays in the middle of the store, which makes the space very narrow and difficult to maneuver around. I have a family member in a wheelchair, and I used to enjoy taking her to Starbucks for a coffee and scone. We'd sit and chat for an hour or two. I can't do this anymore because the place is too tight for her to maneuver her wheelchair. And every time we go inside, there's never a table to sit at because the 4 tiny tables they do have are always taken. They have a weird large table by the front door now, but I dislike sitting there because it's too large for one party. It's like communal seating. I don't enjoy having a conversation with someone when I'm made to sit directly across from some stranger. The separate tables created the illusion of privacy and personal space. I'm not a fan of communal tables. Now I'll comment on the new outside seating. I am not sure whose bright idea it was to create outside seating RIGHT NEXT TO the drive-thru, but SHAME on that person for this really awful idea. I tried sitting outside at these tables during the nice weather, and it was AWFUL! The drive-thru is busy, and the cars sit idling right next to your table. If you don't enjoy the smell of car fumes and the sound of idling engines, you won't like the outside seating. It boggles my mind why they didn't put the outside seating on the opposite side of the drive-thru. All in all, they killed my love for this Starbucks with a thoughtless renovation. I haven't gone there in over a year. read more

I add ten minutes to my work commute in the morning just so I can go to this store as opposed to the many other Starbucks on the way, and it's purely for the staff. From the person on the speaker to the employee in the window-they are all so cheerful and kind. Thanks for making my morning so much brighter, Orange Starbucks! Disappointed in customer service. Definitely not one of my favorite locations because of the lack of just positivity across the staff.

Love the fireplace! it's always pretty quiet in here even when there are lots of people. Nice amount of space and tables for lap top usage. The staff are are always friendly, pleasant and patient. Free Wi fi read more

Since adding the drive through, service is crawling. Would be better suited to have an abbreviated menu for drive through items.

This is my favorite of the local Starbucks. The staff is amazing and personable. They know your name and they're very accommodating. A few minor problems in the transition to drive through, but overall great! read more

I ordered a caramel coconut milk mocha macchiato from this location, instead I received something else- a grande iced cinnamon almond milk macchiato. I am highly allergic to almonds. After I called and complained to the manager that this was dangerous, I hardly received any empathy or any sort of emotion besides "ok" I will not be ordering from this location again! My life was put at stake because they are disorganized and couldn't give me a correct order, mind you- the label on the sticker was correct but the drink itself was incorrect. The only reason I knew that it was wrong was because my coworker took a sip before me! read more

My go-to Starbucks, as it's convenient to my locale. Depending on staff service is generally fast & the baristas know what they're doing, I have never had a messed up drink. Great vibes, plenty of tables. read more

Oh my God! Ever since they put a drive thru in this place it's gone to s@!t. The baristas here don't even try. Right now two people in line for an order, twelve people wiring to get coffee. Not atypical for this "upgraded" location. read more

There is a problem every time I go to this location. I generally drink hot decaf coffee with skim milk. At some Starbucks, the decaf is freshly-made so I have to wait a few minutes. The person at the counter this time told me that they couldn't make it because there were too many other customers. She had time to make ten mocha latte capucino frappes with whipped cream and sprinkles, but not a decaf. WTF? The time before it took ten minutes for them to put the decaf on the counter after I ordered it and then they were out of skim milk. The employees are usually chatting among themselves or texting at some point when I'm there. The milk station is always a filthy mess and wouldn't pass any health inspection. read more

This place tends to get crowded, so if you're in a hurry, use the drive through which gets preferential treatment.

I can only go here in the morning. I always use the drive through. They are always pleasant and happy. Never a problem. Honestly I would give them 4 stars (only bc when I do go inside, I agree the milks are never filled) but I just can't because of the afternoon experience. Don't judge me - I also crave a frapp on my way home. In the afternoon, there's some ridiculous girl who knows nothing about customer service. I ordered a smores frapp but instead of telling me (when I ordered it) that they didn't have the items to make it, she came back with a Cafe Vanilla frapp. Uhm. She said sorry, we don't offer Smores anymore so here's a CVF. No refund. She gave me that and expected me to thank her for coming up with an awesome solution. There was another time I ordered and when I pulled up, she was missing from the window and my frapp was sitting on the counter...melting. She finally walked passed my drink and walked over to the computer to enter the next order while my frapp continued to melt. What an a**. Thanks a lot Starbucks. read more

Store is dirty. They act like they have never heard of an almond croissant before. Menu is blocked off and when we asked questions they stated we've never had that. We've been here a gazillion time and always ordered what we were asking for. Feel like I'm in twilight zone. read more

I went during the holiday special of buy one get one free from 2pm-5pm (6pm for starbucks memebers, which i am). I went at 4:50pm and said i wanted the praline and peppermint mocha one but was never asked HOW i wanted it. So when she finished my order i noticed it was hot cups that she was using to write down my name i asked the barista if she could change them to frap. So she called her manager which he had a bit of an attitude. He then said not to give out the special since it was past 5:00pm. He changed the order to fraps. And i informed the barista that people registered had the special until 6:00pm. She did not know that which means i would've ended up paying more if i was in a few minutes later. They should really inform their staff how the specials work. I waited around 35 minutes for my frap. It is unbelievable. I have never been to a starbucks that took so damn long. Yes there was a long line but it seems like the people that were behind me were getting their drinks first. read more

12/15 update- paid 3 different prices for the same drink. venti mocha iced coffee with soy. The first time, $3.14. The second time, $3.78. The third time, $4.41. It was the same guy. Each time it was a different excuse- mocha is extra, soy is extra. Um, no. If you are charged for soy for a coffee or an iced coffee, you are being overcharged. I wish I had receipts. Shit like that grinds my gears- I wonder how many times he's gotten away with it. read more

The staff is awesome. They make the best drinks which if you frequent various Starbucks you know can vary widely from store to store. If you are unhappy with your drink they always correct the issue with a warm smile and a sincere apology. They don't make you feel like a pest regardless of order complexity and if there are inconsistencies with the information provided by the app they find a way to make it right. Great job!! This Starbucks has the best floor plan that I have ever seen. Lots of indoor seating and if the weather is good, you can sit on the outside patio. Lots of parking and they also have a drive thru, which is great. What stops this place from being 5 stars is the immature staff and noise level. The staff seems to have fun, which I like to see, but they have "too" much fun and it becomes off putting as a customer. Every time I come here, there are always off-clock employees hanging out and having loud, obnoxious conversations with the on duty staff. They also stand by the counter while they talk and you can't get by them. My other complaint is the intense volume of the music. Sometimes the volume level is acceptable, but most of the time it is so loud, I get a headache. I really hope management will read this and make some changes, so they can be the best Starbucks in the area. read more

Breakfast sandwhiches and pastries are really good. Coffee is nothing special, and the wifi, the main reason to go in my opinion a is pretty spotty. But my cofee and either a scone or egg sandwhich launches my day read more

Can't figure out why Everytime we go through the drive thru and ask for iced coffee light with cream not milk. They still Make it with milk. Even when they reiterate ur order stating you want cream not milk, then make it with milk anyways. Not pleased. read more

Waiting in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes, I could not hear anyone to take my order at the stand, I waited a few minutes and the cars in front of me were pretty far up so I just went to the window and explained why I hadn't ordered. I was given a dirty look and was told that I had to go around by the dumpters to wait which wound uo being another 10 minutes. I never recieved any apology or offered anything to make my experience better. I understand that it is a busy place, but customer service is about keeping customers happy. I definately would recommend driving another 5 minutes down the road to the location at the mall. read more

I saw that this location is closed through June 2014 for renovations!!! I tried to go to the one in Milford by the mall, but the morning line was crazy. I did see a sign on Post Road though at the Starbucks in the Milford Barnes & Noble is now open at 7am Monday through Friday. I stopped there this morning and the service was awesome! Definitely will be making their Starbucks cafe my new morning stop!!! Go there and avoid the line! read more
