The inside has a good amount of seating, with some "community tables" near the front and more comfortable seating toward the middle/back. There are also a couple small tables outside on the front sidewalk, and a couple out on the back patio. This is a great place to meet up for coffee with a friend or bring a laptop and get some work done. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick. I would recommend stopping by!

It's a cozy, whimsy coffee shop with fun photo ops, specialty tea and coffee. It's nearby Quinnipiac and likely serves a younger demographic. I have seen and followed this shop on Instagram since they had opened and was on my list. The service was great, the ladies helping me was so nice. I tried a seasonal special called Nadine's Guava Matcha Latte--a flavor I haven't seen anywhere else. It had guava pure and guava whip which all looked made in house. The matcha was a good flavor too. The drink was too sweet for me and would likely order less sweet next time. I would like to try one of their coffee drinks next time. I do notice that the reviews before mine seem to be mixed. People either love it or hate it. I can't say that I love it yet, but I definitely did not hate it. This is definitely more a place I might go if I have to wait longer for the train in between trains ever since I started transferring in Stratford over Bridgeport. Today's order consisted of a Large Hot Cinnamon Mocha and the two donuts you see in the photo attached. Honestly, nothing was bad about my order. The coffee I got was definitely better than that latte I had Ubered from New Canaan last week. As for the donuts, they were good, but they weren't amazing. I do appreciate that my French Cruller had a chocolate frosting on top, but as you can see from the missing icing some of it stuck to the bag. That's why if someone were to bag my donuts I'd prefer a chocolate glaze over any kind of frosting. I like getting the complete item. Speaking of the chocolate glaze, I liked the donut. Again, not a groundbreaking donut by any means, but I would get it again. The price is good too. Ever since the station cafe started doing a $10 card minimum, I stopped going to it because I can't justify paying $10 for a coffee when I need to use cash for other things. Here, I only needed to pay $7.25 for the entire order, and it honestly made more sense for me to order enough to that amount here. The coffee is cheaper too even if you take the $10 minimum argument out entirely. Where coffee was $3.76 at the station, this one was $3.21 before tax. Yeah, if and when the Waterbury branch has difficulties staying on time, I won't mind coming here again to try more things.
