All of the shakes have 24 grams of protein, 21 vitamins, 9 grams of sugar, and under 250 calories. All shakes also come with a green tea-based cold tea, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The teas contain aloe to help with healthy absorption of nutrients and healthy digestion. I chose the "Skittles" flavor, which was amazing! The owner, Amanda, who was working when I stopped in, was very friendly and helpful. The interior is nicely decorated with tables and also a couch for seating.
