Not too much for seating but I don't typically work from there so not an issue for me but would be for people looking to work or hang out there. PSLs are always top notch at this location. staff clearly doesnt care about customers. I have no idea how it took this location 17 minutes to make my 1 drink when i was the only person inside ordering at the time. I also ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich which the girl who took my order warmed up and placed on the counter without letting me know or even looking at me. I've been going to this Starbucks for a very very long time. Back around 4 to five years ago, the crew was great. I never had any issues about my drinks, the drive thru moved quick and efficiently. However, this store has gone down hill. The crew they have now is appalling almost. There's maybe two girls that are genuinely helpful and nice, but everyone else is rude and lazy and can't make any drink right. They have also gotten way slower. I spend about five minutes in that drive thru with maybe two cars in front of me? It shouldn't take that long considering I always see them hand out one drink per car, it's not like it's huge orders. I have worked in customer service for years and have thought leaving reviews like this to places is pathetic. However, as hard as it is to say, this store is way more pathetic than me leaving a bad review is. I don't know what management did, if they just started hiring random people, but it's not working. A Starbucks is a Starbucks right? They're all a little different in my opinion. This is not my favorite location but it's closest to my house and its an option for working... sometimes. Besides the occasional longer than usual wait, there is very very limited seating. There a lot of big 4 seaters but usually just one person is occupying. The line usually moves fast whenever I come to this Starbucks, I usually come in the late afternoon though. There is usually not anything stand out in customer service but not anything bad either. I've only had one barista that was awesome and left me and my husband smiling when we left. He had a laid back, Cali dude vibe, and was super talkative while we waited for our drinks, we even talked about music. Today the girl at the window was very, uhm, monotone. She was young and seemed like she had no desire to be there. Very expresionless and not very friendly. Oh well. Drinks are always well made and consistent. Basically I go to the same Starbucks (148th and Maple st Omaha, Ne.)almost everyday and this am I ordered my venti java chip with extra shot through the app. I went into the store and the gal that made my drink handed it to me. It didn't look right and so I said something to the girls up front. The girl proceeded to get mouthy with me and said that it looks like it has flavoring. I mentioned that it doesn't taste like it has the extra shot in it. I watched her remake my drink. She never once went to the espresso machine. When she handed me my drink, I asked her if it had the extra shot in it and she said "yes". Don't lie to customers!!!! Not good customer service! I called customer service and the gal that helped me was very nice and listened to my complaint. She is reimbursing me for my drink plus a little extra for my trouble. Efficient, friendly and can-do is what you can expect here. Easily the best location in Omaha and superior to any other location I've been to in the US. Typically they omit part of the recipe bc they don't have it, after charging me full price for my drink. Today they did not have the prickly pear or the mango syrup. As a part of my daily "day off" routine, I stop by here for my drink (Venti iced white mocha, extra shot, no whip). I do really like this store. My drink always tastes the same. I give the crew kudos. I do see some leisure here and there while the drive-thru line is backed up. However, as I've been a Barista in the past, they most likely work in their "stations" and are advised not to move to minimize confusion and mistakes. I put in an order for rapid pickup and in the app it said to either go inside for pick up or drive through. When I pulled up to the store the door was locked. I called for them to bring it out but they refused, I asked for a refund and he said that it is not possible without being at a register. In the app it said nothing about the lobby being completely closed and what is the point of ordering ahead when there is 20 people in the drive through line! He also said that I could go to a different location that may have a shorter line and there would be a 50/50 shot of having to pay again! Terrible starbucks service they should figure their app out first before closing the stores and force people to wait in line. There is nothing more annoying that someone not making your order correctly. If I am ordering a $5 drink, I expect you to make what I ask. If you do not have the "crunch" for a caramel crunch frappuccino, I would appreciate you telling me PRIOR to me finding out when I am drinking it. And then having to ask where the crunch is ... This has to be the SLOWEST drive thru in Omaha! I could fly to South America, pick my own beans, fly back, roast the beans, grind them and brew the coffee faster than that drive thru moves!!! The coffee is consistent and always warm but they have one speed, snail slow!!! I see baristas checking their cell phones, chatting like they are at the water cooler, and just leisurely moving from espresso to streamed milk to cup. Plus, they have some aversion to running both machines when they are getting hit with customers. I have to say....support local and stop at Crane Coffee right up at 132nd & Maple. This location is right across the street from my house so we go here pretty often. If you go during peak hours, there's no way to avoid a line in the drive thru. I think they do a decent job of getting through the line in a timely matter while still making sure the drink orders are correct. We've never had an issue with unfriendliness or having our drink order be incorrect. The one time we did have a small issue of them putting way too much ice in one of the drinks, they're quickly rectified the situation. From the couple of times I've been in the store, it's been clean and I've not had an issue. read more

Always had good customer service with Starbucks until now. Get up to the window and had multiple coffees. Had to ask him for a coffee holder and understand that people make mistakes so I wasn't upset about it. He didn't reply to me handed me the coffee holder and made me put my drinks in. After that, it was the tone of his voice and a couple of passive-aggressive comments. Will not go back and spend my money at a place like this. Worst smoothy I have ever had in my life even the remake was just as tasteless. The service by Morgan was incredibly rude. As if I want to be the person going back to return my 5$ smoothy because it was undrinkable. She practically threw the remake at me and when I said thank you she said nothing and walked away.
