Awful customer service, came here after a long run and was really hot and just wanted a water. They were wanting me to buy something from the store before I could get a free water, told them I didn't have my wallet and they turned me down. Then I went to the store next to Starbucks, and then that store gave me a free water. The store did not have indoor seating so I went back to Starbucks because it was 95° outside and I was burning. Then that's when they asked me to leave the store because I did not buy anything from the store. Terrible customer services. "Baristas" standing and telling stories to each other rather than preparing drinks for customers There are approximately 25 customers waiting for orders. Several customers are politely inquiring into the reasons for such a long delay today No logical response provided by the employees. 4 workers covering the counter. Register, stocker and sandwich warmer, and two baristas. I've been to multiple Starbucks locations as most of us have. I've frequented here and had less than desirable service. Todays is a new low. 30 minutes after a simple Latte order and we still sit in waiting. read more

Ok I come to this Starbucks every time I'm in town. But I wanted to do a review because I had an issue with the starbucks at the airport. Ordered a drink and it was terrible but I grabbed it on the way out of the airport so I couldn't go back in through security. So I never drank it but when I got to Norman I said I'm gonna go by this Starbucks in Brookhaven Square and see if they will remake it and they said they would. Super nice about it!! This is one of my favorite study spots. There is no drive thru so it's not all hustle and bustle here. Everyone is normally here just quietly working or catching up with one another. I love how personal the baristas are. If you come often, they try to remember your order and name. Starbucks - Iced cold brew and pumpkin spice latte with no whip - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Norman, Oklahoma

Starbucks coffee has always been shockingly expensive; however, their consistency and customer service has justified my business. On two recent occasions, I have arrived at this location, only to find them closed due to lack of staff. While this is very frustrating, I appreciate how difficult staffing has become. Unfortunately, today I experienced an incident which insures that I will not go back to Starbucks. The posted hours for this location indicates that they would open at 6:30 am. I arrived at 6:20 am and sat in my car until 6:30 am. At 6:30 am, I walked over and stood outside the door (sub-zero temperatures). Meanwhile the Starbucks employees inside continue working. A few minutes later, one of the employees walked to the front door and confirmed that it was locked, but he never communicated to me or the other customers standing outside the door. Another 10 minutes went by, then one of the employees came to the door and posted a sign that stated that they would open in an hour, but the employee never had the courtesy of speaking to the customer standing outside! I can understand if they did not have enough staff to open on time; however, allowing us to stand outside for 15 minutes in freezing temperatures and never communicating with us was totally unacceptable! read more

I'm starting to like this Starbucks so much that I wouldn't mind stopping in Norman just for this location while traveling on I-35 from the DFW area. The baristas here clearly enjoy doing what they do, which is refreshing to see. The energy is absolutely infectious. I greatly appreciated the gesture of a refill of my Pike Place Roast coffee while I awaited my car to be completed at Firestone across the street. The venue itself is quite large, both inside and out. The seating area extends on two sides of the building, and is within a small shopping plaza that looks fairly new. I figured that this location would be strictly a University of Oklahoma student hangout, yet this is truly not the case. You see a good melting pot of all ages here, and quite a bit of runners that use this location as a meeting point for both before and after their runs. One mistake that I made here (as well as many other patrons) is that the line forms on the far right, and goes left. Not the other way around. I saw this happen at least 8 times in the first hour that I was here. Kinda funny, but it happens. Pretty cool place! read more

Usually have no problems with this Starbucks the staff are incredibly kind, but I just walked in no one was at the front I couldn't tell if it was closed or not. A male employee, I could not see his name, rolls his eyes as he sees me (it was clear as day) and proceeds to take my order. I have been to this location on several occasions and been very pleased. It was not the case today. I walked in, and being in a hurry was hoping to get in and out. As I approached the counter, the cashier was talking to her friend who had already ordered. The cashier did not even acknowledge me until her friend walked off. I ordered iced tea with no water, and the guy who made my drink put water in it right in front of me. I would have said something, and I'm sure they would have reconciled the situation, but I was already running late for work. As I left nobody acknowledged me then, either. They mess up my order if I order anything more difficult than an iced cold brew. Even then, sometimes they don't even pay attention to if there's a request for light or no ice. I'm not boujee, my orders aren't difficult. I've ordered their standard pumpkin cream cold brew 4x now, and 3 time they haven't put the spice on top, which is the staple of the whole drink, the other time, they didn't even make me a pumpkin cream, it was some other cold foam cream something. I don't know what the deal is. I order mobile every time, so it's not that they misheard me, it's typed out on the sticker, they just... don't? And obviously since I order mobile, I don't have time to sit there, inspect and taste test and have them fix it. It's ridiculous. read more

This location will charge you twice as much as other locations and then will not make the drink as you ordered it. This has happened twice. Whipped cream is $2 extra at this location. They are not friendly or bothered they are overcharging and under performing. Save yourself time, money and frustration and go to a different coffee shop. read more

This Starbucks is truly the best of the best. Their mobile ordering system is finely tuned and I'm always able to order and know that my drink will be ready quickly so I can make it to work on time. The baristas are extremely friendly and truly try to build personal connections with all of the customers. The atmosphere is incredible for studying, chatting with friends, reading a book, or just enjoying your coffee. There's no drive-through which means all of their focus is placed on dine in customers. It's always clean inside and I've noticed that the bathrooms are cleaned many times throughout each shift. If you ever are in this area I HIGHLY recommend that you come to this Starbucks location--prepare to be amazed. read more

This is my go to Starbucks in Norman. Even if I am closer to the one on Main or over by Target - I much prefer to drive over to this one. For one, the staff are way more consistent. It doesn't seem to have a high turn-over rate which means my drinks are more consistent and rightly made. And, it makes it all just seem more familiar - which we all love right? Second, they actually brew new coffee when the timer goes off! You would think that this isn't a big deal but I've been at other Starbucks who served me coffee right after turning off the timer. It was gross. There is a reason they are supposed to pour that out when the timer goes off. The employees here will apologize for the inconvenience and go dump the coffee. They refuse to serve you bad coffee. I appreciate that - even if it does mean a few minutes waiting. Overall, this is my favorite Starbucks. Hands down. Favorite. read more
