On another visit, the system that prints tickets for food had gone out, making any of us that had ordered food wait 20-30 minutes+ while they tried to figure out who had ordered what. The most recent experience, the espresso machine had completely gone out and they could only serve coffee and cold brew if you were looking for a beverage of that nature.
