Another holiday review I'm behind on, but also recently checked them out again with my wife after a flight. Located up front at the Norfolk Premium Outlets by the Nike and Gap. Signage is good. I purchased a few gift cards, coffee and enjoyed getting out of the cold. My most recent was a small black coffee. Great service at the counter and the coffee was yum too! It was a bit hot and the staff offered to put some ice in to cool. The bakery case was full on an afternoon visit, but I declined on a purchase. Overall cleanliness was pretty good except the restroom needed attention. I will return. 3.5 rounding down with wash room issue. read more

Workers were nice. It was clean. Not crowded. This outlet is nice and has free WiFi. My wife got the Dubai matcha. She really likes them. I got a matcha latte and it was good. We also got a piece of the cinnamon coffee cake. That was pretty good too. I don't love chains but Starbucks is fairly consistent. read more

'Twas Friday night after Christmas and all through this 'bucks, we were the only customers yet strangely still stuck. Mobile ordered a caramel macchiato with extra shot in venti, you'd think 4 total baristas working would be plenty. Patrons then grew more while we stood by, waiting 8 minutes for 1 drink nearly made me cry. When out of the cup poured such a fright, my wife's face frowned, "this wasn't made right." Back to the counter it went described as bland, half-full and unsweet, cashier kindly acknowledged their negligent defeat. Lacking confidence and concerned by yet another wait, female barista made haste, "if it's wrong again, say so don't hesitate." Full second cup was a tasteful delight, Merry Christmas to all despite robbing 15 minutes of your night. When spending $6 on a cup of coffee, I appreciated their willingness to correct the mistake; fact remains, when there's little to no other customers, long waits shouldn't happen but, if they do, reward patrons with quality. One of the cleanest and organized Starbucks I've been to, ordered my normal Venti Iced white chocolate mocha with extra caramel drizzle with sweet cream foam. Starbucks staff were really friendly generous and committed to great customer service. Don't really come to Norfolk Prime Outlets that often but would come back to this Starbucks establishment any time. read more

8/30/20 We needed to drink water to get rehydrated. The sun is out and it is a hot day. This is our last stop before we leave the outlet mall. Nice cold water with ice hit the spot for me. I saw at this store there was a bigger size than Venti. I never knew about the size called Trenta in a ice cup. This cup looked bigger than a 31 ounce size, but this is okay with me. I need ice for my drink in the car and the first batch of ice cool and melted a little to quickly. Glad I got two cups of trenta. The line took some time, but the wait was worth the price of admission. The aur conditioning felt great on the skin. The outside landscape looked nice through the window. The next time we stop by this place, maybe we won't have to wear mask for this Coronavirus Pandemic. One can hope this is the case. We will see. read more

Starbucks has turned into a classic coffee shop. There is no specialty to it, but I think what keeps people coming back is that it's dependable. You know what to expect & you're able to expect a good drink. This Starbucks was relatively clean. The table still had crumbs on it. Since it was a cold day at the outlet mall, many people wanted to hang out inside the Starbucks so getting a table was half luck. read more

I was there today and ordered two coffees; waited 30 minutes behind a long line of people also waiting for their orders. Very poor attention to customers by the "on shift floor manager". Two baristas were bombarded by drink orders while One cashier and another person behind the counter who was making the food products. The one who was making the food should have helped the baristas get the drink orders out to customers. One of the most inefficient Starbucks ever. To the management team: get your processes in order and give your customers what they pay for. Quick service. You charge a pretty penny, provide service to match your prices. read more

Busy location was packed even though the mall had very light traffic. They keep the line moving even with only three people. Employee actually gave their true opinion if you ask on the different drinks, not corporate speak. I like that. read more

I love this Starbucks location! It's at the Norfolk Premium Outlets; no shopping center is complete without one, in my opinion. It's very spacious, bright, and beautiful. Some of their decor makes them stand out from other locations. They have leather seats, and leather kind of ottoman-like, stools. They have a black wall, near where you pick up your drinks, with a mermaid drawn on it, in white paint, to look chalk-like. Love it. See pics. What makes them stand out the most (so far, until more locations get it,) is that they serve Nitro Cold brew. Cold brew Coffee on tap! They have a regular Nitro, also a Nitro Freddo, which she said is similar, but with foam. My fiancé ordered the Nitro, and I know it's cold brew and doesn't need ice, but I prefer everything with ice. Even plain milk, I know, I'm weird. It even comes with a cool and different lid! See pics. I had my usual Iced Americano with nonfat milk + 6 pumps SF Vanilla. The ladies working were super nice. Love it here. This Starbucks located in the Norfolk Outlets is probably one of the biggest Starbucks locations I've ever encountered. It's nicely decorated with loads of seating for patrons. I came on a rainy Sunday and there was quite a bit of people in line but the baristas quickly handled it and got our orders out quicker than I expected. Everyone was friendly and helpful and served me with a smile. Good experience. Good drinks. Way to go! read more

No-one comes to Starbucks expecting tie be in and out. They are always busy and I always anticipate a 15-20 minute wait to get my beverage. But because I love their coffee, I don't mind waiting. What I do mind is when people who come in after me, get their beverages before me and I'm still waiting. i asked for an update and one of the male baristas with a skull cap on got smart with me and was unprofessional. The manager on duty was a pleasure to work with, and was the one who had rung me out. He processed my refund and I left. They never have to worry about getting my money ever again! read more

It's great that there is a Starbucks located in the Norfolk outlet mall. The Starbucks was very clean and spacious. Free wifi is always a plus. My barista was very courteous. I ordered a venti iced latte with coconut milk. Perfect for a hot summer day of outlet shopping. One of my favorite Starbucks location. We always stop by here during our visit to the Norfolk Premium Outlet. Though there are days that they are always busy, it's probably because of its location, they are always fast and accommodated. Today, I stop by for a coffee and breakfast. It was a gloomy day that's why I decided to sit and relax for a minute. But as I stand up to ask for water I unfortunately accidentally spill my coffee. Corey not only clean the table and floor for me, he even gave me a whole new coffee again and the water I needed. Superb customer service. While the place is clean, this service was horrible my white chocolate mocha tasted like burnt coffee. There was a new guy in register who needed help and when he asked the "barista" just ignored him. She was busy doing other stuff than making coffee. Absolute trash. I used the Starbucks app to order ahead and buy two different sandwiches. Once I saw that they were ready using my app, I went inside the store to pick it up. In the pickup tray there was only one sandwich, so I asked a barista if he knew where the other one was. He walked away without a response after looking at me. I stood in front of another barista, waiting to get served for 5 minutes. Once she looked at me after I asked again, she gave me the biggest attitude. "We don't serve that, you have to do something else." Her coworkers weren't too much help either, giving me an attitude and treating me without respect, talking to me with a tone as if they're better than me. I guess this Starbucks only hires the degenerate college kids who are better than everyone else. I don't recommend going here if you like getting treated with respect. read more
