On 7/10 at 4:20pm I waked in to grab a quick coffee and there were two girls working. One of them did everything...she answered the drive though, checked out customers at the register, made the drinks and warmed up the food. She was very efficient as well as pleasant. :) I'm not sure If they were short staffed but she did a great job covering everything! It's a Starbucks. I love Starbucks. The service is quick and they don't give me attitude when I ask for 7 shots of espresso. And they don't cut me off even if my hands are already shaking from being over caffeinated. The store itself is larger than any Starbucks I've ever been to. The tables and chairs aren't crammed together and there's a large open area for me to preform impromptu interpretive dances fueled by caffeine. Good times. read more

Whenever I'm working with clients in South Naperville, I usually drive through for a cup of coffee. Since I'm not really a coffee drinker, I usually get a frou frou drink like a frappacino or macchiato and they are always delicious. Definitely my favorite starbucks in the area... the baristas are always extremely helpful and pleasant, plus very conscientious... I generally order a simple coffee through the drive through and on many occasions they've apologized (although they don't need to) for having to wait behind the larger orders in front of me! This staff is excellent and really knows what customer service is (coming from someone in the bar industry). Great job guys!!! I stopped by this Starbucks on my way to the doctors office after work. I needed some time to kill so I decided to grab a cookie and wait around. The atmosphere was very lively. It is definitely a very busy store, but the lines were not too bad. I could tell the baristas loved what they do and made friends with the locals, which is a plus in my mind. I love the home-like ambiance. I bought a flourless chocolate chip cookie which they warmed up for me. It was delicious! Even if you are NOT trying to watch your figure, this is a cookie to buy! It was gooey, warm, and fantastic. After I got my cookie, I took a seat on the chairs next to a side table, soaking in the starbucks loving. It was very relaxing. But if you need a quiet environment to study or work, then this location at around 5-6pm on a weekday is not the best time to head over. This place was packed! I definitely recommend everyone to come to this location! read more

I like the layout of this Starbucks. It's very spacious and open. It's usually fairly busy at this location with everyone on their computers, tablets, phones, etc. I've always had great service from the staff here and will be back. read more

This one of the best locations in the western suburbs. The space is roomy with plenty of tables and chairs for patrons to work. The music volume is at a low enjoyable level; just loud enough to hear it but not too loud to interfere with conversations or phone calls. And most important is the air system. You do not get over powered by the smell of burnt coffee that usually happens at smaller Starbucks; it gets in your clothes and on your personal articles. All and all a visit to this store is a great experience and a great place to frequent. read more

There are barely any outlets here that work, so good luck charging your electronics. After all this is my main place to study or lesson plan, now it is just a bummer when I come here and its packed with people sitting in areas with an outlet and they aren't using one! The music taste is great but the volume is at times much too loud. A few customers and myself had commented the other day on how loud some of the songs are on the speakers in this place. The quality of baristas has gone down the drain as well. I can always pick out the top three that can make an excellent drink, however other staff members fall flat. When you come to this establishment its a hit or miss....such a shame because this was my go-to Starbucks! read more

Do not use the drive threw at this location. I have sat in a line I couldn't exit for 10 minutes without moving. Printer wasn't printing was the issue; would have not rated had they thought of a discount for inconvenience. read more

Two stars for the service today. Baristas at this location have been great but everyone was new today. My order was not prepared as per my request. The barista started arguing instead of offering to make it again. I'll walk out next time if I see the same people again. read more

This is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. Today I went in for the buy one get one free Macchiatos. The person taking my order was not very friendly, however I got my order in. Immediately after ordering I realized I forgot to asked for them iced. They had not started making them yet, and it wasn't very busy so I went ahead and asked for them both to be made iced. She said no problem. I noticed she still put one label on a hot cup, so I reminded her that I wanted them BOTH iced. Then I went back to studying and when I went to get my drinks, only one was made iced. Checking to see if these were mine, she told me that I asked for one of them to still be made hot, (which was not true). I reminded her that I asked for them both to be iced. As I could see she wasn't going to listen to me either way, I asked for a cup of ice. She grumbled under her breath, and the other employee was very rude as well. Every other Starbucks I have been to would offer to take it and make it right. I don't plan to come back to this location for awhile. read more

For me, to take time and write a review, it either has to be exceptionally good, or extremely terrible. Unfortunately, today's visit at my most convenient drive through location was horrible. Not only did I spend more than 10 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me, but the drink that wasn't even ready after all the wait, was promised to be free, i did get charged through the app, and it didn't even taste good. All i wanted was a venti coffee frapuccino with extra whip, and all i got is very slow service, and a 5$ iced whipped cream. Disappointing... very dissapointing.... read more

i prefer this location over others nearby, but why do the baristas have to be SO LOUD? everyone here is working and trying to focus, it's hard when you have 3-4 baristas gossiping and laughing at dreadfully high volumes for hours upon end. read more

I have been to this Starbucks location three times now. The first two, I had no problems. Both were both during very busy times in the day. This last time, I visited around 8p until 9:45p, very quiet times. I ordered a "latte sugar cookie" as was surprised in disgust when I was corrected that "It's actually a frappuccino cookie". As if it was necessary to correct me in such a rude tone when he understood exactly what I was ordering. This barista's name was Matt by the way. He did not make our drinks and I will say they were made correctly. Later, we watched Matt cleaning. He was rearranging the baked goods and decided to use his hand and arm to push them aside. This to my knowledge is unsanitary. Every other Starbucks uses either gloves or parchment paper to touch the desserts. It made me rethink the cookie I had just finished. Additionally, this is not the place to study. The volume of the music was much to loud. My friend decided to move next to me rather than across so we could hear each other speak. This in turn occupied a second table. When we were getting ready to leave, another barista began to mop the floor. He did so without putting up a "wet floor" sign. This is not only dangerous but it is against safety regulations. Had I slipped, Starbucks would be a part of a large lawsuit. I am very displeased in the service I received on 6/7/15 at this location. I will not be returning. read more

This location is close to my home and icing on the cake is that they now brew coffee using Clover machine. Compared to many other Starbucks with this feature, the baristas don't seem to be trained well on operating the machine. Weak strength of bold coffee and not-hot-enough temperature is killing the experience. I hope they do something about it soon. read more

Genuinely upset about my iced caramel macchiato. I've had it at more than 20 Starbucks on two different continents and this is the first time it's tasted this nasty. The reason I go to Starbucks is consistency. Barista skimped (completely on the caramel). The first time I asked for light ice, it was more than half full of ice. Keep in mind that I told the cashier "really, really light on the ice please". It wasn't too bad the first time, but she whipped through the order the second time. I ordered upside down, and there was not a drop of visible caramel on the bottom. I always go to a different one (Naperville Crossings) and they're always fantastic. It's a good place to study since it's quiet and it was on my way, but don't bother ordering anything here. It won't taste like any other Starbucks. Cashier had an unpleasant attitude when I asked her about the Cascara latte. The place was relatively empty, but she kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell her my order. read more
