I went thru the drive thru, ordered one of their new limited time iced coffees. By the time I got home I couldn't believe that was what I ordered. Sure enough I looked at the label and it wasn't what I ordered whatsoever. I called and spoke with Joanne, a supervisor. She was so very nice and took down my name. I went back the following day and they actually had my name written down with a note I would be coming in. They gave me the correct drink and it was amazing! The cashier was so very nice! I love Starbucks but I have to say there bathroom is nasty they are all of our drinks wrong and isn't Starbucks supposed to make handcraft drinks more like imagine craft drinks they make it up on their own then when it's really supposed to be but I love them no matter what and not to mention in the bathroom there was toilet paper on the floor. Good Starbucks location! Very friendly staff that make you feel appropriated as a customer. Barista is super nice and friendly and makes great drinks! This location is always a bit busy but for a good reason. It's got a ton of comfortable seating  and this Starbucks brews their reserve brands which are darn good coffee. And when it's not crowded, a place to spread out, relax, and enjoy your specialty reserve coffee served on a tray. Anyway, I'd feel comfortable refer to family and friends. Kids are also welcome. Despite their extensive number of staff, this Starbucks has a slow turn around for drink orders. In my time studying here, I have observed people stand for greater than 20 minutes waiting for their drinks, even those who placed mobile orders. The location is optimal, located on 75th street and near common sites in Naperville including the DMV. The thing I do like about this location is the extensive seating including personal tables and couches as well as a community table. The bathrooms are also well maintained​ and cleaner than other similar Starbucks I've been to. For those looking for a quick drink, I would not say this is the Starbucks to come to. They take way too long and leave customers waiting. read more

The service honestly use to be better but I got helped by a older woman named Kathy that seemed irritated already when I went through the drive through. I Just ordered 2 ice coffees with creamer, nothing crazy. I tried to understand why she may have sounded frustrated because it was a super busy line. As I proceeded to the window to pay & grab my order she scanned my barcode on my app & I told her I was doing Apple Pay. Keeping this short and sweet... awesome Starbucks location! It's huge, has plenty of seating, lots of outlets, and service is fast and friendly. This Starbucks is truly the largest location in Naperville and the surrounding areas, so if you're looking to meet up with someone it's a great option. Even on the busy days/times you're always able to snag a seat. Plus, they have a few outdoor tables in the nicer months. Rumor has it the downtown Naperville Starbucks location is moving into a bigger space, so maybe that will be the new local bux winner, but only time will tell. Regardless, this spot will always be a great location because parking is easy! My one suggestion would be to turn up the heat though. It's always chilly! read more

I came here with my emotional support animal and was holding this 12 week old puppy in my arms ready to order, when a very angry small white man(possibly the manager) told me they generally don't accept animals indoors. I asked if I could still order and leave and he told me no and asked me to leave without addressing their policy which clearly states service dogs are allowed indoors ( I'd like to point out it was POURING outside and she wasn't even barking or disturbing in anyway) and even if she had been, this man that seemed to be the manager couldn't addressed the policy with more professionalism and not exhibited his underlying racism. read more

I walked up to the counter to place my order after another customer finished, and before the girl could take my order a lady who appeared to be the manager walked up to her to discuss work. I stood there for 3 minutes while they discussed work that needed to be done, when it needed to be done, inventory, etc. I walked away and left without buying anything. The service here is always friendly and great, but it has the absolute worst coffee of any Starbucks I've ever been to. The cup sitting next to me is undrinkable - it doesn't even taste like coffee. This is the most convenient Starbucks for me, and a frequent meeting spot. I really have a beef with how they make their cappuccinos. First, I like my coffees "for here" aka "in a mug." They actually put it in a mug for me about 50% of the time. Then when it shows up in a wasteful paper cup and I point out that I wanted it in a mug, they say, oh, it wasn't on the ticket. And they of course offer to re-make it for me. Yet more waste? No. One gal even took my cappuccino and POURED IT INTO A MUG. So that defeats the recipe, no? Also, they always seem to really want to make me a latte - their cappuccinos have 'way too much milk. The reason I order a cappuccino is because I want LESS milk to coffee. Picky? Well, if I'm getting my coffee at MacDonald's, I don't care. But a purveyor that purports to customize and be good at what they do? uh-uh. I go to Naperville once a month for a quilt guild meeting. I go early and come home when it's late. One of my priorities is to get home without falling asleep and crashing the car. It's new and I like it the way it is, in one piece. What's the best way to guarantee a wide awake ride? Coffee, duh! I go through the drive through once a month and only once was it wrong. I've used both the drive-thru and gone inside this location. The drive-thru service is fast, but the inside is a little bit of a longer wait. The inside is spacious though, and there's plenty of room to lounge or work. I usually hate high-top tables and bar seats, but their bar chairs have backs AND the foot bar is the perfect height for shorties like me. No dangle legs here! At least with the drive-thru, the menu is positioned before the speaker, so there is time to think before ordering if you're indecisive. Just make it quick or go inside! The food selection is larger than most other locations. My old co-worker used to sometimes drag me here for lunch, which ends up being insanely expensive. I've had the tomato mozzarella and the ham and swiss sandwiches. They're both good, but not worth the price tag. Other times I've visited alone for a Peppermint Mocha or Iced Chai. The service is friendly and always offers to heat your food. Everything is always as hot or as cold as it should be when I get back to work. There's usually music playing in here too, and it seems a little louder than other locations, especially since I've never noticed it before. read more

Something amazing happened tonight, everybody! I think I just had the best Starbucks drive-thru experience of my life ya'lls! It all really started after I asked the Starbucks employee over the intercom how she was doing, which I found out doesn't happen very often apparently! A little taken aback and not being able to get all the words out, we ended up talking about deer in headlights (you know, your typical drive-thru convo haha). Don't worry though! We did get around to talking about my coffee order! When I pulled up to the window, I got my black iced coffee and promised this Starbucks employee that I would give her a shout-out on Yelp! To keep my word, I just gotta say that Grifinn (one f, two n's) has been THE friendliest Starbucks employee I've ever met! She didn't just provide excellent customer service, but Grifinn provided that kind of way-above-and-beyond customer service that I wish more people in the service industry would aspire to have! In closing, I've been going to this Starbucks location (and one other Starbucks) every day this week to buy coffee for my little brother who's in town who is a coffee drinker, despite the fact that I am not. As a result, I don't generally go to this Starbucks location or any other Starbucks locations. However, if I end up needing to go to Starbucks again, I want to continue to support places that provide the highest level of customer service like the service I received at this particular Naperville Starbucks location! read more

This is a really nice Starbucks. Lot's of sitting areas.. well stocked with treats and snacks. A clean, well kept store. The drive through is serious business. . But they move things along pretty well. The parking lot is terrible.. you are taking your life into your own hands if you take a spot that some caffiene deprived fiend thinks is theirs (that's right I'm. .talking about ME) Well.. There are those of us who don't go to Starbucks. Crazy, I know. Some of us are averse to the business' success, others balk at the sizing names or the price, and other fine folks just don't drink coffee. I'm one of the latter. I had no cause to visit a proper Starbucks, so I didn't. Can't say that anymore. This cute little Starbucks has a big ol' drive-thru, a cozy sitting area and the apple of my eye -- a big ass bakery case (suitable, perhaps, to what it's going to do to my body). This might not be news to my coffee fiend friends, but I had no idea there were adorable little bento box-style lunches and delicacies I thought only existed on the internet. Cake pops? Red velvet cake whoopie pies? Adorable mini cupcakes that look too perfect to be food? MINE! MINE, MINE, MINE, MINE, MINEEE! I'd like to thank the staff for being super accommodating, including keeping my bakery treasures set aside for when it was time to go (What? I was mortified someone would steal the last pumpkin muffin). One even brought my drink to me! No one gave me or my friend any dirty looks or glares for staying for almost four hours, either. Hell, if I did the math, I could probably live at a Starbucks for less than I pay in rent. And with food like this, I just might. read more

Typical Starbucks, you could probably navigate this one blind folded since it's practically a mirror image of the old one on Ogden by the Jewel (Feldott) and the current one on Ogden by the Jewel (Washington). Must be a requirement to be on Ogden by a Jewel. Anyway, standard equipment are wifi, excellent service with a smile, clean restrooms, and eye candy. Our orders have never been mixed up and always delivered in a quick fashion. My only complaint is that they are not open later, but given the location, that's understandable. read more

I came to this establishment this past weekend. I was impressed with their customer service. However, I gave it 3 stars after placing my order. The coffee that was meant for me, was taken by another customer, given to the person he was with and was brought back to the barista after discovering it wasn't their order. The barista didn't think that this was not hygienic. I had no intention on drinking that coffee once it was removed from the front table and given to another customer. The baristas need to learn that when someone removes a food or drink from them and it's brought back to the baristas, that item should be tossed out and should not be given to the correct customer. I asked for a new drink because I refused to drink from a cup that had been handled by other customers. read more

Reading some of the other reviews, it seems to me that folks in the 'burbs here are fooling themselves by saying things are so great. My wife refuses to get anything here. I on the other hand am not as picky. I like the place for the lively environment, the coffee drinks not so much. However it is on my usual hunting path and as such is convienent place to get some caffine. Also, the wifi speed kind of sucks. I end up using my 4G LTE. read more

On 7/10 at 4:20pm I waked in to grab a quick coffee and there were two girls working. One of them did everything...she answered the drive though, checked out customers at the register, made the drinks and warmed up the food. She was very efficient as well as pleasant. :) I'm not sure If they were short staffed but she did a great job covering everything! OK now that I have spent countless hours here I am ready to express my love for this place. I work from home and sometimes I need a change of scenery. This Starbucks is my first choice. It has everything I look for in a cafe/2nd office. Great wifi, lots of space and seating, outlets everywhere, incredibly friendly service, great drinks ... should I keep going. Because I could. And I will if I have to. I am slowly working my way through the large collection of Starbucks in Naperville and this location is BY FAR the best one I have been to. Every barista is super friendly and attractive (I don't get it but I certainly am not complaining). It is hard to not smile when walking into this place. And this is coming from someone who was all "down with corporations and hipsters anti-starbucks" a mere few months ago. read more
