Used my stars for a free drink. Picked it up and it felt lighter. Haven't even taken a sip yet and it's almost two inches from the top.
    Taylor N.

This place is expensive and I decided to treat myself using stars so it was a few drink we earned. It felt lighter than normal so I decided to take a peak. It's almost 2 inches from the top.

Long line because the inside is "temporarily closed."
    Lane F.

The inside is closed so the drive thru line is 15 cars deep. I can understand if Covid numbers were spiking but now it's just an excuse and inconvenience to customers. I saw 2 people get out of line and leave before I did the same. Looks like a Dunkin morning.

OK. I'll bump up my rating. I understand now why this Starbucks is just two drive-thrus: it's pretty darn convenient and incredibly quick. The lines always seem long but I don't really wait. They must be working some magic inside to keep the lines moving and drinks coming! I still wish there was an inside to this location, but I guess I won't complain about that anymore. Each time I've been here, the service has been flawless. Nice job.

New digital screens - you can see your barista (not pictured)! :)

There are several new hires that are seeeeriously lacking in personality and look bored as fu#k at the window. The newbies have even chopped down the greeting to "What can I get you?" or "What can I get started for you?" -- omitting any salutation ("Hi," "Welcome to Starbucks," etc). C'mon Ladies - at least fake some enthusiasm! It cheapens things when, as the customer, I'M the one greeting you. (Oh, and it'd be nice if my same coffee order tasted the same each time, instead of bitter some late [10:15ish am] mornings...) Luckily several veteran baristas still work the early mornings, so if I can swing by at 7am, I have a shot at getting a greeting, an awesome bevy, or both.

Don't be taller than 8'6 if you plan on going through this drive through... otherwise.. Duck!

C'mon... it's unique! This Starbucks has drive throughs on both sides of the building! Strictly a drive through... It's a Fotomat booth on Human Growth Hormone AND Steroids. Approach the building from either direction (Don't be a contrarian and go opposite of the arrows! You need to be able to SEE the menu) Very friendly staff handles the traffic well, always maintaining a good attitude.. even when I order my Venti as an extra large

Instead of regular #milk, you can substitute with soy, almond or coconut milk.
    Michelle D.

This is a Starbucks double drive through! There is no seating and strictly to go. They are pretty efficient in the morning and lunch time rush, since they utilize the building space well with operating registers on both sides of the building. Signage is well lit and often have new items on the board to try. The drive through speakers are fully functional, so you can clearly state you want your "venti, cinnamon dolce latte with either skim milk, almond milk or coconut milk." I guess depending on what personality you put on this morning.

The drive through line here is always slow and very often they get my order wrong. I don't recommend coming here.

I've been exploring more Middle Eastern cafés lately, and this one stood out in the best way. I ordered a V60, and honestly it was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. You can see the care and attention they put into the process, from the precise brewing to serving it with a small pot so I could enjoy the rest at my own pace. The flavor was incredible, smooth and rich. I also tried the pistachio cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious perfectly balanced. Maybe a bit to much chocolate on topo. The presentation matched the taste, and it paired beautifully with the coffee. The café itself has a wonderful atmosphere thoughtfully decorated and very inviting. You can tell a lot of effort was put into creating a warm, stylish, and welcoming space. Between the excellent drinks, the tasty desserts, and the inviting vibe, I left very satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Shaghf Café if you're looking for a quality coffee experience!

The ambience is unmatched--cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). Please pass along a huge thank you and some well-deserved recognition--she truly made an impact. And one last thing... BRING BACK THE EQUINOX!! Pretty please

They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

My latte was mediocre at best. It wasn't very flavorful, and it wasn't very coffee forward, so I wonder if they use less shots of espresso than is standard or less strong espresso. The thing that bothered me most though was that the barista swirled my drink in front of me, it splashed all over out of the top and sides of the lid, and instead of fixing it or apologizing (or even just acknowledging it!!!!), he proceeded to hand it to me and said "have a great day!"
