Once I informed the girl at the window that I had ordered a hot one, she snatched the drink out of my hand with the worst attitude. So disappointed. Paid for a full cup of coffee but did not receive that. The cup was spilled out and my breakfast sandwich was super cold in the middle. Was basically frozen. I was rushing to work so didn't have time to review my order since I thought it was the baristas job to do so. This location is so close to my house that was happy when they opened it but this is NOT the first time this has happened. Just a waste of my time and money. *side note* I was running late not because I didn't wake up in time but because the car in front of me in the drive thru received the same treatment because they kept giving their cup of coffee back. I am so shocked on how the employees treat their customers. I have worked at Starbucks for two years. I had moments of frustration at times but I NEVER made the customer feel like the worst person ever for asking their drink to be remade. I went in today for a green tea matcha latte and it came out chunky with so much powder at the bottom. I politely asked the employee if they can remake the drink. The first guy said "Thats normal for the powder to sink at the bottom but sure I will have them remake it" The second guy said "Can you remake this drink I guess its because the powder sinks at the bottom" The third girl said "Here I shook the crap out of this drink so no powder at the bottom" To be honest afterwards I felt like inconvenient them. Took 24 minutes to get a grande cold brew straight. You literally pour it, put ice in it, and put a lid on it. After 24 min of waiting, they ended up getting the drink wrong. When we told them this one of the employees gave us attitude and said "we know you're frustrated, we are too." There were 6 employees. We didn't say ANYTHING negative to them. After we got our drinks we said thank you, and promptly left. There were 5-6 people before us and every single one of their orders had to be remade as well. I live in this area and we have a Starbucks in front of the dealership that does a terrific job, down the hill is this sad mistake of a franchise. Since opening PRE COVID-19, this franchise was fairly slow, I figured, "You know, in a couple months it will be moving like up the street." I usually have a routine in my mornings where I would wake up, go to Starbucks and go off to work. By habit, I go to Starbucks by the dealership. It took a couple times for me to figure out, this Starbucks off Cactus is not the place you "grab & go" for your mobile order to be picked up at in a timely manner. (Continued going to Moreno Beach/Eucalyptus) There was a time where me and my roommate had discussed the speed of this store and we made a bet Little Bambino's could make a pizza faster than Starbucks can make a drink & Sandwich. I ordered a large pizza at Little Bambino's and mobile ordered a tea w/ a breakfast sandwich simultaneously while I was outside Stater Bros. waiting for my roommate to get the groceries checked out. Both the stores didn't have traffic in the morning and sadly Starbucks lost this battle. We had to wait for another 7 mins with groceries and pizza inside a car, as I was inside watching them fumble over tickets and guessing which ones go to which like a Mario Party mini game. It's at a point now where it's going to be a full year this place has been open and it's just been a disappointment since. Now with COVID-19, this place has gone downhill, I've had wrong drinks handed to me and drinks made wrong. Numerous times I've gone here and always left either mad or regretting why I chose to come here. Today, I went to Starbucks and the door was locked, on the door was a piece of paper with writing in marker. "Lobby closed sorry :)" I had to wait in the line for a mobile order drink, got to the window for them to give me a drink made in milk. I've NEVER asked for a drink to be made in milk and I cannot drink dairy. I simply asked if I could have the drink remade, and they denied remaking my drink. Blew me away that I had a window closed on my and a drink in my hands that I couldn't drink and denied to be remade. I called the store to speak to someone and no calls were being answered and I couldn't speak with nobody inside. DO NOT COME HERE, This review alone isn't going to do much, but I can save you guys time and your hard earned money to not be spent here. I live in the area and it honestly needs to be made into something else, I'd rather have a chick-fil-a or another essential business over here instead of this Starbucks. It makes no sense to have it here and it performs like it doesn't want to be there either. I am not sure why it is so difficult to serve a good cup of regular coffee with cream and raw sugar consistently. Just give me hot coffee with cream to the consistency of a tan color and the raw sugar. I have yet to receive a good cup of coffee from this location. Either too much cream and cold, not enough cream and burnt tasting. Starbucks is no longer training baristas. Just young kids making coffee the way they want to. I now have to ask for the cream on the side and make sure to tell them to leave room for cream, because of course they are not going to think - I am giving the cream on the side, so I shouldn't pour coffee to the rim. But not-I have to pour coffee out of my car window and prepare my coffee for my drive into work. Please bring back serve your own cream and sugar area!!!!!!! read more

I was reluctant on committing to my usual caramel macchiato but Megan recommended the Salted Caramel Cold Brew...let me tell you, you won't be disappointed.
