I really like this Coffee Bean on Day St, it's right across the street from a nice hotel and it's near the hub of Moreno Valley (mall, movie theater, loads of eateries, and more). It's surprisingly still very quiet inside and relaxed. I came in to try their winter selection and got a frappe! My Mom gets really tasty gingerbread cookies from here, so we decided to grab one while we were here, I highly recommend them! The inside of the store is pretty spacious but there was a bunch of tables and chairs clumped together the day we went in and it looked a bit messy. It took up seat space and was awkward. I just had to stop by after my stay at the Holiday Inn, the drive thru was quick and efficient compared to other locations I frequent. The drink itself was perfectly made but the quality of their breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon is severely lacking (but that's a corporate issue itself, they should replace the sandwich altogether because it's worse than the Starbucks ones). Without fail it's always missing add ons/substitutes. I constantly come to this location however I feel like the accuracy has gone down. It seems like a small thing but if you're consistently paying extra for something you never get it's disappointing. I always order caramel on my drinks and for one of them I change the milk since my sister is lactose-intolerant. Neither of those things are ever added. I used to love this place, but things have changed. The workers here are NOT pleasant. That was one of my favorite things about this place. The ice blended drinks (my usual) have not been up to standard; they still have large ice chunks in them. The food is the same prepackaged stuff, can't get anything altered for allergies. The new update to the app is utter crap and the workers won't let me use my phone number instead (which has never been a problem before). Ambiance is typical coffee shop chill vibes. They ask for a name but don't put it on the drink, I saw a lady take a swig before realizing it wasn't hers. I'm sick of being treated like a number! read more

I really enjoy studying at this coffee beans! Though the drive thru is always busy, it's almost never as busy in the actual store. There's usually only 3-5 people sitting at the tables after like 5 pm so it's really relaxed and quiet here. Bathroom is clean which is a huge plus. Plenty of outlets. Tables are a bit wobbly but because it's so spacious, there's many seats to choose to sit. This will be my go to study spot. read more

Needless to say, I got Coffee at the gas station, and won't ever be back to this or any Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I prefer to give my business to companies that appreciate their customers and treat them like humans. Gas station coffee is terrible, but still better than dealing with the rude employees at this location. Wish I could give them no stars! The staff is RUDE and unorganized. I ordered the horchata cream cold brew coffee today. When I got the coffee the girl says the cream was watery but it's in there. So matter of fact. For real almost $7 for a coffee and you won't take the time to make it the way it's supposed to be made. This isn't my first rude encounter but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because everyone has an off day.
