The person on the phone was friendly and helpful. They also have good prices. The store itself I think has a couple small tables which is fine for me because I don't ever eat my donuts there. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I'd choose HotShots over starbies any day. I love their iced vanilla latte, with coconut or oat milk, along with their to die for peach cream smoothie. They do have a regular peach smoothie, the cream version elevates it to a whole new experience. It is nostalgic as it reminds me of eating crème savers as a child. I have not found any other place that makes them like HotShots does. I will be in town in a few weeks and guess where I will be headed first??
