Loaded biscuits and gravy, 3 over easy eggs and loaded hash browns.
    Paul C.

Small country restaurant, service was great, our waitress kept the coffee coming. Food was excellent, biscuits & gravy, over easy eggs, bacon and "loaded" hash browns, wow! Also ordered was ham and eggs, ham steak was great and my wife's omelette was packed full of meat and veggies. Their strawberry jam is amazing. Loved it, we're going back for the pancakes.

Although they were good, this little lady could (always) eat half!

We were here during an event, and my husband drove here for take-out lunch. The service was prompt and friendly! Food was take-out and well packaged. The food was delivered on time, as promised. Our sandwiches: Rueben and Club sandwich was perfectly done.

    Mmmmmmmmmm Breakfast Menu!

Decided to go here for breakfast one morning. Was excited to eat their homemade corn beef hash , and have breakfast with the family. Service was great! Food was ok. Corned beef hash was homemade but just not really what I was expecting. Probably won't eat here again but don't not recommend it either. Restaurant was FREEZING , bring a sweater if it's not 100 degrees

    French dip sort of

So me and the wife just moved here and thought we'd get some lunch and checkout the town she got a French dip and I got a club sandwich pretty standard straight forward sandwiches that should come out looking somewhat about the same anywhere you would go but not here say the club didn't have three layers like anywhere else and it had several layers of tomatoes cheddar cheese slices and fat thick stacks of sliced turkey and ham in my opinion it was to much and it was slices but wasn't broken up or folded it was like a thick half inch steak thrown on there plus I got sourdough but I have no idea what it really was it was grilled and I'm pretty sure it was the same bread that they used on my wife's French dip go figure that one a French dip on slices of sandwich bread not at all what you would expect at least we didn't and not to mention the horseradish sauce that was supposed to be on it was just cream cheese I think could taste horseradish and it was just weird on there it didn't belong or work on it at all but the worst thing of all was the soup of the day say butternut squash soup that was so thick it was like that commercial with the chili you can eat with a fork I'm serious it was like mash potatoes there was no way you could call it soup and it taste horrible no spice just squash and it was bitter say if this is what this town thinks is good food I'm gonna open a restaurant and get rich

It kind of ruins the whole experience because even if the food itself might be okay, that oil overpowers everything. It also didn't sit right after eating, just felt heavy and not good. That was the main thing that stood out the most. I really think if they switched the oil they use, it would make a huge difference.

I can't wait to stop in to try some lunch options. We were greeted when we entered and sat in the dining area. We had drink orders taken quickly and then our food order was taken when we received drinks. Our server was friendly and came to check on us once during our breakfast. We had a single pancake, fried potatoes, and an omelette with toast. Every last item was delicious! Everything was served hot and cooked nicely. We paid at the counter and noticed they also have bakery items for sale that looked great too. There's plenty of parking in their gravel lot. Easy to access. I wish there wasn't so many flies buzzing around inside while eating but it's summer time in the country so it's to be expected. We'll be back soon for another breakfast, lunch, and some fresh baked bread.

We arrived about 9:30 on a Sunday morning expecting that the food they show on their menu would be available but it wasn't to be. On the plus side: they know what a real macchiato is and they knew how to make it tasty. The three of us ordered wraps and they were yummy. Sitting outside on a beautiful spring day, with the creek running below us, was also on the plus side. As others have noted, our orders were taken at the counter but our food was delivered to our table. The matcha cookie we ate for an appetizer (ha!) was delicious with our coffee drinks and our wraps arrived soon after. Two of us had the veggie hummus wrap (one without cucumber & bell peppers, the other without bell peppers) and the other one of us ordered a chicken wrap - we all agreed they were fresh, tasty, and big enough that we each took half a wrap home to eat later. We're all looking forward to coming back again and maybe I can update this to a 5-star review.

Stopped by this Le Petit Cafe counter inside of Troutdale Station recently…read more Troutdale Station is a food cart mall with about twenty food carts, a huge parking lot, and a central brick and mortar building with counters for drinks and snacks. One of said counters is a mini Le Petit Cafe. I ordered a marionberry macaron, and, wow. It's a serious contender for a new favorite. The cookie was crisp, light, and a bit airy. The dust on the shell was sour, while the creme filling was sweet. This gave eating it a similar experience to eating a freshly picked blackberry. Certainly one of the most creative macarons I've ever tried. It was a whole experience. I guess it was my lucky day, because as I was ordering, the Barista asked me if I wanted a complimentary coffee drink that had been made by accident. I don't even remember what it was called, but it was amazing. I think it was some kind of vanilla latte. I came back on a second occasion and ordered a 12 ounce caramel latte with a pistachio macaron. I loved the latte, but this time, the macaron was bad. It was so stale that I considered asking for a different flavor. Overall I loved the coffee but found everything to be a little high priced based on the quality. I would still stop by here for a coffee in the future because Troutdale Station has free wifi for customers, and this is the best coffee spot there that I know of.
