I accepted this. I go to the same one this morning only to be greeted with, "what can I get you." She took my order and left. I move up to the window only to have the young man, repeat my order, ignore me, and start 'jaw-jacking' with a buddy of his in the back of the store. I was then handed my drink and started driving off when, as I'm rolling up my window, I hear a female voice saying, "thank you" followed by him saying thank you. Good thing I was slow to roll my window up. So, no more free drinks because you want to work on customer service. Customer service was the worst its ever been with the least friendly staff I've ever met. I will not return. My wife will not be back, my three kids and their spouses will not be back.
