I should be upset. To be fair, I WAS upset! Tonight, I ordered food from this McDonalds location. I did it because I convinced myself that I was too tired to make dinner. I ordered it on my McDonalds app. I ordered it 12 minutes before arriving to pick it up. When I got there, I entered my parking space #3 as required by the app. I then waited for 15+ minutes for them to bring out my food. I finally went inside. They have recently done a TON of renovations indoors. The biggest update to their interior is the fact that you can't see what's going on where they are making the food. In fact, you can't see any workers unless they come to the counter. I sat there for another 5 minutes and only saw one employee come to the front counter and she only was there for 15 seconds to give someone their food and then left before anyone could talk to her. I gave up and left. Like I said, I SHOULD be upset, but I'm not. This McDonalds' terrible service made me realize something important. I realized that no matter how tired I am, McDonalds is equally expensive, bad for you, and have terrible service. I don't need to waste my money or time buying this sh*t food, especially when they have the WORST service. Honestly, I need to thank this particular location for going out of their way to help me come to this realization. I AM a little pissed that they took my $13.77 and I never got any food. Just visited for the first time since the renovation. Before the renovation, we frequently visited. With the new renovations, I don't think we'll be back. The kitchen crew was hard at work in the kitchen and no one is maning the counter much for CS. We no longer can choose our own drinks because the fountains are gone. We didn't get the sauce we ordered orv napkins and there was plastic in my husband's food. It felt like they either needed more help back there or the new design was complicating it back there. Multiple people came in while we sat to eat inside, that were from the drive thru with mistakes to their orders. Just didn't seem like the peaceful ambiance we experienced before the renovation. read more

I had to grab a quick dinner because I don't like to eat late and there wasn't much to choose from in Molalla that was fast. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal via the drive-thru. The trick to getting fresh food at a fast food place is to order it special. I ordered it with mac sauce instead of the standard mustard/ketchup so I had to park and wait a couple minutes but it was piping hot and good. Things are super fast here since they have a double lane and no lines. read more

I will never go there again, they staff were shockingly rude. We were in the drive thru for a simple pair of drinks. They didn't give us a receipt, but mischarged us. They handed 1 drink through the window, when we asked what it was because our drinks were similar in style but very different, they ignored our question and demanded we pull around to the waiting area for the other drink. So I held the drink, not knowing who's it was until they came out with the other. I ask the woman and because it turned out to be wrong so she indicated that we needed to come inside to correct it. No big deal so we did, explained they didn't give a receipt so I didn't know what exactly they'd charge me for, but I was willing to wait for them to find out in case I needed to pay the difference. They'd miss charged me, so I offered to pay the difference for the correct drink. They refused and wanted to double charge me. When I asked why they said because you drank the other drink, but I HAD NOT and told her that and explained again, she replied "TOUGH"! I couldn't believe it so instead of correcting THEIR MISTAKE they try to double charge me and then tell me though when it's not okay with me?!? Sorry I didn't nothing wrong, it would be different if I had an empty cup and wanted another free drink, but I didn't, it was a full drink and I was willing to pay the difference, to pay the correct amount for the correct order. One of the worst McDonald's I have been to. With very few choices for fast food in Molalla, this is a place I have been to more than a dozen times. Out if those dozen I would say twice the food has been good. The wait is usually long, the fries are old 9/10 times, and the soda tastes WRONG. I've tried to figure out what is wrong with it, maybe they don't clean the machine enough? The coke tastes very off. Hopefully something else opens soon! read more

I don't eat fast food very often, but do like the occasional $1 McDonalds coffee. Was luke warm yesterday and it's not the first time. Another review speaks of this issue. Please check your coffee equipment that it is holding coffee at an appropriate temperature. It should be obvious when you pour it that it isn't hot and steaming. I visited this McDonald's one time and will NEVER return. I would not give it any stars but then I could not give a review. It is honestly difficult for me to understand why anyone would purchase food from this establishment. It is dirty, the staff is rude, the customer service is non-existent, and the food is horrible. Neither my husband or myself could eat what we were given. We discussed taking it back, then after observing other customers (though there were few) made the decision it would do no good. We decided just to throw away what we had ordered, including the drink after all who knows how clean the drink machine would be, and leave. The frys are ALWAYS cold and taste like cardboard. All burgers that have cheese, the cheese is usually all in the paper wrapper, not on the burger. Those that work the breakfast shift can NOT get the orders correct. I have yet to receive a breakfast sandwich that has sausage when I order it. What I end up with is ham which I can not stand. When this McDonalds first opened they were great. Everything was hot and freshly made. Now everything is microwaved. For the prices that are charged, for a dollar or two more, you can have a full breakfast with hash browns, ham, bacon, or sausage, two eggs, and two pieces of toast at one of the three restaurants in town and receive it hot off the grill instead of hot out of the microwave. read more

Went in there tonight and ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals and one of them with a shake. They gave us 2 of their cheese burgers and tried to disguise them with big onions but the burger and bun was sooo small. Fries were under done also and cold. I keep looking for my receipt so I can do the survey but can't find it. Almost 20$ for at the most 10$ worth of food. Always disappointed there is why I haven't been there in so long but this sealed the deal. I was actually going for Big Burger across the street but they were closed so I tried them again and nope. This is my first review. I have been a loyal customer at this McDonald's for eleven years. About 5 years ago the soda started tasting off, like it had power aid stuck in the nozzle like they don't clean it out or something so I stopped getting soda and got OJ instead. A few times they've forgot the fries and I've had to go by after work to pick em up. Tonight I ordered a big breakfast meal with hot cakes and waited 15 minutes in line for it with only 2 other customers in front of me, then I got to wait in the to-go for another few minutes while they served the two customers behind me. When I got back to work and went to eat the pancakes I noticed their was a needle hole in the top of the syrup. Literally looked like someone had stabbed it. Called the place and the manager said they would give me some free hasbrowns or something. I told her I would be in at 11:30pm to get some fresh pancakes. When I walked inside their was literally garbage all over the floors in the kitchen and two women sweeping who looked at me and then ignored me for a good 2 minutes. One of them finally said oh hello and asked what I needed and I said I needed to speak to the manager. When she finally made it out front she acted like it was no big deal that their was needle puncture in the syrup. Said it was from a box knife but it wasn't a slice it was a hole. She offered me a free McFlurry and some fries and I said I wanted the meal replaced or put back in my card. She was very rude and said she couldn't do that because I had eaten some of the meal besides the main part the hotcakes. I told her to forget about it and was walking out when she finally said she'd give me a free meal. Nearly every time I've visited, I get shuffled off the park and wait for ordering such obscure meals like an egg mcmuffin or a quarter pounder with cheese (literally staples of the McDonalds menu).
