I should be upset. To be fair, I WAS upset! Tonight, I ordered food from this McDonalds location. I did it because I convinced myself that I was too tired to make dinner. I ordered it on my McDonalds app. I ordered it 12 minutes before arriving to pick it up. When I got there, I entered my parking space #3 as required by the app. I then waited for 15+ minutes for them to bring out my food. I finally went inside. They have recently done a TON of renovations indoors. The biggest update to their interior is the fact that you can't see what's going on where they are making the food. In fact, you can't see any workers unless they come to the counter. I sat there for another 5 minutes and only saw one employee come to the front counter and she only was there for 15 seconds to give someone their food and then left before anyone could talk to her. I gave up and left. Like I said, I SHOULD be upset, but I'm not. This McDonalds' terrible service made me realize something important. I realized that no matter how tired I am, McDonalds is equally expensive, bad for you, and have terrible service. I don't need to waste my money or time buying this sh*t food, especially when they have the WORST service. Honestly, I need to thank this particular location for going out of their way to help me come to this realization. I AM a little pissed that they took my $13.77 and I never got any food. But, honestly, that's kinda a small price to pay to come to this realization. Thanks, Molalla McDonalds! You've lost a customer, but that is probably the best thing for me, health-wise. read more

Just visited for the first time since the renovation. Before the renovation, we frequently visited. With the new renovations, I don't think we'll be back. The kitchen crew was hard at work in the kitchen and no one is maning the counter much for CS. We no longer can choose our own drinks because the fountains are gone. We didn't get the sauce we ordered orv napkins and there was plastic in my husband's food. It felt like they either needed more help back there or the new design was complicating it back there. Multiple people came in while we sat to eat inside, that were from the drive thru with mistakes to their orders. Just didn't seem like the peaceful ambiance we experienced before the renovation. read more

McDonald's - Plastic in my husband's food. He ordered 3 patties with cheese, onion, and pickles. - Burgers Near Me - Molalla, Oregon

I had to grab a quick dinner because I don't like to eat late and there wasn't much to choose from in Molalla that was fast. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal via the drive-thru. The trick to getting fresh food at a fast food place is to order it special. I ordered it with mac sauce instead of the standard mustard/ketchup so I had to park and wait a couple minutes but it was piping hot and good. Things are super fast here since they have a double lane and no lines. read more

Don't order from here, they're illiterate and will not get your order right. You're better off driving to Oregon City or Canby for their mcdonald's, their workers aren't incompetent. read more

Very unprofessional, loud music at the pay window and very indignant attitude, as if we were bothering them to take our order/payment. Cold fries and sloppy burger assembly. I'm just hoping the owner sees these reviews because obviously the manager is not doing their job since they're allowing the employees to listen to loud offensive gangster music. read more

At Apx 12 pm I order food on app at Molalla Oregon location, I waited for 20 minutes at curbside 2, nothing I backed up toward window they asked what I ordered, had go inside someone put as walk in bag was waiting, so manager re did ordered Someone was lazy, did not want walk outside read more

Terrible service, kid at the window says hold on I'll take your order in a second. Another customer pulls up and they out in their order. And another customer pulls up and they get served too. Then he has the nerve to try and take my order. Least to say I peeled off, won't go there anymore.. read more

I shouldn't be surprised that this place is rated 2 stars. McDonald's as a chain isn't known for their service. I placed an online order, got a confirmation, drove all the way over to the location for pickup, and then found out they cancelled my order...no explanation given. Fuck this company and fuck this place. I have a screenshot of the cancelation if anyone is interested. read more

This McDonalds is got to be the worst I have ever been to, old cold fry's over cooked dried out hamburger meat!, waited 15 min. To get awful food! read more

If I could give him zero stars I would because I am very upset with this McDonald's and MOLALLA I don't wanna car and I'm in electric wheelchair and in their dining room is shut down so I can't order any food unless I'm in the car this is wrong with this pandemic camp and they shut down everything when they open back up do you only way to order food was to go through the drive-through they're not there dining room is not even open yet Taco Bell is and they let me go through drive-through so tall McDonald's is losing my business to Taco Bell I don't except the behavior that their staff did to me today I'm very mad read more

Ok can't say you don't appreciate them for working during these hard times but come on man! It's bad enough they took breakfas away for all day but to not honor the breakfast hour they assigned is bull shit! My daughter got there at 10:30am and they would not serve her breakfast! I will be taking my McDonalds cravings to Woodburn next time. Not cool Molalla McDonalds not cool! read more

I will never go there again, they staff were shockingly rude. We were in the drive thru for a simple pair of drinks. They didn't give us a receipt, but mischarged us. They handed 1 drink through the window, when we asked what it was because our drinks were similar in style but very different, they ignored our question and demanded we pull around to the waiting area for the other drink. So I held the drink, not knowing who's it was until they came out with the other. I ask the woman and because it turned out to be wrong so she indicated that we needed to come inside to correct it. No big deal so we did, explained they didn't give a receipt so I didn't know what exactly they'd charge me for, but I was willing to wait for them to find out in case I needed to pay the difference. They'd miss charged me, so I offered to pay the difference for the correct drink. They refused and wanted to double charge me. When I asked why they said because you drank the other drink, but I HAD NOT and told her that and explained again, she replied "TOUGH"! I couldn't believe it so instead of correcting THEIR MISTAKE they try to double charge me and then tell me though when it's not okay with me?!? Sorry I didn't nothing wrong, it would be different if I had an empty cup and wanted another free drink, but I didn't, it was a full drink and I was willing to pay the difference, to pay the correct amount for the correct order. I was so shocked at their poor treatment I am telling everyone I know and I won't be going back there. read more

This place is the worst. THE Worst. The service is awful, the food is mushy, and I swear they forget a minimum of one item per order. If you're passing through Molalla and need food, this isn't the place to get it. You'd be better off getting gas station chicken strips or something. read more

Yuuuuck! I don't know what has happened to the food at this place but it is inedible. The last 3 times the fries were cold and bland tasting, the burgers were nasty. I will never go back. read more

This place is okay. I really love the people who work there. The girl who helped me was very nice. There wasn't a line today so it was extremely fast. The two stars they missed out on are 1. Food not super good. In fact, it was not good at all really. And 2. It gave me a stomachs ache. read more

Again your stupid workers screwed up my order. I specifically said no cheese on my quarter pounder I ordered it no cheese no pickles!! Just onions and ketchup but I got everything again. The ticket is exactly what I ordered but again the order is screwed up. I am disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Typical of most Mcdonalds anymore, fries are lukewarm most of the time, cheese is NEVER melted on the burger, and if you request "hot off the grill" they LIE to you and tell you it is when you get to the window. Crappy food, crappy service, and a typical McDonald's experience read more

One of the worst McDonald's I have been to. With very few choices for fast food in Molalla, this is a place I have been to more than a dozen times. Out if those dozen I would say twice the food has been good. The wait is usually long, the fries are old 9/10 times, and the soda tastes WRONG. I've tried to figure out what is wrong with it, maybe they don't clean the machine enough? The coke tastes very off. Hopefully something else opens soon! read more

I don't eat fast food very often, but do like the occasional $1 McDonalds coffee. Was luke warm yesterday and it's not the first time. Another review speaks of this issue. Please check your coffee equipment that it is holding coffee at an appropriate temperature. It should be obvious when you pour it that it isn't hot and steaming. Besides that, I can't remember ever having problems with the food when I have gotten it. read more

I visited this McDonald's one time and will NEVER return. I would not give it any stars but then I could not give a review. It is honestly difficult for me to understand why anyone would purchase food from this establishment. It is dirty, the staff is rude, the customer service is non-existent, and the food is horrible. Neither my husband or myself could eat what we were given. We discussed taking it back, then after observing other customers (though there were few) made the decision it would do no good. We decided just to throw away what we had ordered, including the drink after all who knows how clean the drink machine would be, and leave. There is a very good hamburger place right across the street from this McDonald's. Though it is old, it is kept clean, service is good, food is excellent. read more

The frys are ALWAYS cold and taste like cardboard. All burgers that have cheese, the cheese is usually all in the paper wrapper, not on the burger. Those that work the breakfast shift can NOT get the orders correct. I have yet to receive a breakfast sandwich that has sausage when I order it. What I end up with is ham which I can not stand. When this McDonalds first opened they were great. Everything was hot and freshly made. Now everything is microwaved. For the prices that are charged, for a dollar or two more, you can have a full breakfast with hash browns, ham, bacon, or sausage, two eggs, and two pieces of toast at one of the three restaurants in town and receive it hot off the grill instead of hot out of the microwave. read more

Went in there tonight and ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese meals and one of them with a shake. They gave us 2 of their cheese burgers and tried to disguise them with big onions but the burger and bun was sooo small. Fries were under done also and cold. I keep looking for my receipt so I can do the survey but can't find it. Almost 20$ for at the most 10$ worth of food. Always disappointed there is why I haven't been there in so long but this sealed the deal. I was actually going for Big Burger across the street but they were closed so I tried them again and nope. Never again. They ALWAYS suck. I've never had a fast food place piss me off so much. I think it's because of the constancy of it. Just let them die out and get a decent place in there. read more

This is my first review. I have been a loyal customer at this McDonald's for eleven years. About 5 years ago the soda started tasting off, like it had power aid stuck in the nozzle like they don't clean it out or something so I stopped getting soda and got OJ instead. A few times they've forgot the fries and I've had to go by after work to pick em up. Tonight I ordered a big breakfast meal with hot cakes and waited 15 minutes in line for it with only 2 other customers in front of me, then I got to wait in the to-go for another few minutes while they served the two customers behind me. When I got back to work and went to eat the pancakes I noticed their was a needle hole in the top of the syrup. Literally looked like someone had stabbed it. Called the place and the manager said they would give me some free hasbrowns or something. I told her I would be in at 11:30pm to get some fresh pancakes. When I walked inside their was literally garbage all over the floors in the kitchen and two women sweeping who looked at me and then ignored me for a good 2 minutes. One of them finally said oh hello and asked what I needed and I said I needed to speak to the manager. When she finally made it out front she acted like it was no big deal that their was needle puncture in the syrup. Said it was from a box knife but it wasn't a slice it was a hole. She offered me a free McFlurry and some fries and I said I wanted the meal replaced or put back in my card. She was very rude and said she couldn't do that because I had eaten some of the meal besides the main part the hotcakes. I told her to forget about it and was walking out when she finally said she'd give me a free meal. Worst customer service ever, go across the street there's a great burger place that has soda that doesn't taste like crap. read more

Wanting a milkshake this afternoon, my husband and I pulled into Molalla McDonalds, About 4 hours later, we were SORRY. Stomach cramps and SICK!! Only thing we had was the McDonald's Milkshake. Both sick at the exact same time!! Hmmm. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonalds is consistently terrible. Nearly every time I've visited, I get shuffled off the park and wait for ordering such obscure meals like an egg mcmuffin or a quarter pounder with cheese (literally staples of the McDonalds menu). This location is known for their cold french fries. Do yourself a favor if you need a MdDonalds fix...stop in Woodburn or Oregon City. If you are stuck in Molalla in need of fast food, a Taco Bell just opened next to McDonalds. read more

I am so tired Of this location giving the worst service. When you order something and pay for it you should provide it. I will start placing stop payments and fight the charges on my credit card if you would like to continue to NOT give me all I paid for. FIX your damn equipment. STOP giving me ass have food. Judging by the reviews I'm not the only one. read more

I get coffee every morning cause of the price. You can't beat $1.00 coffee. The problem is the early morning staff rarely give quality service and half of the time the coffee is ridiculously cold. I could be the only person in line and it still takes like 5 to 10 minutes to get my food. read more
