I have to admit I'm not a true chicken wing fan. I prefer boneless which is actually just a fancy chicken nugget. I was excited to see all the options here for sauces and extras. Be aware, you'll wait quite awhile for your food. This is definitely not "fast food". The price point is higher than I expected as well (see menu photo for prices). We decided to try a mix of classic and boneless wings. We got a mix of garlic, spicy Korean, and a mild. All were good but not great. The garlic was our least favorite. We also tried the corn that was on "special". It was too soggy for us. The fries were ok but not very hot. I think they sat awhile while our chicken was still being made. I did enjoy picking flavors on their Coke machine. I feel like a little kid when I see those machines and instantly get excited to go make my concoction. The dining room is a good size. There's several tables and they're spaced out nicely. It's keep generally tidy. The staff was friendly and helped us work out our order. Again, service is slow so unless you order ahead of time this might not be the best place for a quick lunch stop. For a total of about $50 for 2 people with chicken, corn, fries and drinks it's a little on the high side for some chicken in a basket. Food- I prefer the crispy tenders. The wings are a lot of hype in my honest opinion. They have a rather dryer texture which I'm not a giant fan of. Crispy tenders you really can't go wrong. They have a BBQ flavor right now and it's pretty good. Corn is pretty good. If you like spice then you'll like this. The only downside I saw to this was I ordered a large ranch and didn't get the large container that container runs about $4+ so to see that I got 5 little containers was annoying! Service- I feel it depends on the time of day. Hit or miss with friendliness. Sometimes the vibe is people working but don't want to work. Ambiance- it's an open concept so lots of tables. PLEASE! Bring back the 20 wings for $20 deal! The Oregon City location quit offering this deal 6 or more months ago and replaced it with a more expensive deal that includes their french fries. I DON'T WANT French fries! Especially NOT theirs! I'm not a fan of having sugar in the fry seasoning! They told me they could use another seasoning, but still, I DON'T WANT french fries! Why not offer BOTH deals - a deal with fries and a deal without? Since they eliminated the deal for wings only, I haven't been back. I'll make my own for a lot less money. The food lowkey took forever and wasn't that good. They couldn't be bothered to ask for here or to go so we received our food in a bag and when we went to take the fries out they weren't in a box and were spilled everywhere. It looked like Nolan Ryan threw them into the bag at 99 mph. The music they played was also pretty mid. I ðo not understand why anyone would think these wings are that good. The boneless "wings" are dry and hard with as much breading as chicken and they are smaller than a chicken nugget frm McDonald's. And they are way overpriced for what you get, over a dollar each. No way they are worth that much. Also this is not fast food, each time we have ordered it has taken 20 minutes. No way it takes that long to take frozen wings out of a bag and warm them up in a deep fryer. Or should I say over cook them in a deep fryer. the sauces are ok but nothing special. And they are all different sizes from tiny to double that size, no consistency. I don't like to pay over a dollar for a tiny lump of hard breading. The GM Dennis Hanna was there. I would have thought the place would have been cleaner than it was and there was no trash can to toss our dirty napkins in. The alcohol wipes were too small to do any good and the paper towels were too thin to be of any use. Paid $24.28 for the same meal I paid $19.99 last year and it included fries. I kept seeing the commercials about this fast food, chicken place, but never tried it until the other day. There's lots of parking in the parking lot of this mini mall and the restaurant was super clean. I was in the area so I stopped by and ordered the chicken tender meal which come with fries. I placed a to go. The gimmick here is you get to choose the tender sauce and I chose no sauce. You also get to choose the dipping sauce and my preference was ranch. There is also a large choice for the fries and you can get them just seasoned or loaded with a variety of things like cheese, etc. I chose mine lightly seasoned. I don't know how they do it, but these people are fast and courteous. My order was up in less than 10 minutes they bag it nicely. I have to say the chicken strips or actually real chicken not pressed chicken. The coating was very light. The dipping ranch was absolutely spectacular, it reminded me of old school, buttermilk, ranch. Yum! The lightly seasoned fries were good but I really didn't like the seasoning that well. The seasoning had something sweet in it and I prefer my fries savory or just salt. This place surprised me and I will use it as a go to if I am out and about and craving some chicken strips. They don't make you jump to any weird hoops before they'll hand you the order. The food is delicious. The staff is both friendly and polite. This location is WILD. I've been in the service industry for over a decade and every time I'm in here I want to tell everyone that literally anywhere else won't be as bad. Usually when I'm waiting for DD orders they're screaming at each other and you can always expect to double the time they tell you. One time time girl went into the back crying and was followed by an irate employee who then screamed at her. She was saying, "YOU WERE GONE FOR THRREEEEE DAYS!!!!" The whole entire restaurant could hear them screaming even though they were behind an "employees only" door. It was that loud. I genuinely worry for the safety of the workers here. No work place should be speaking to anyone that way.....I encourage everyone working here to quit and work literally anywhere else you are hard workers and don't deserve to get screamed at by anyone....especially those 2 scary girls lol read more

Second, entire order didn't smell good nor anything eatable. It smell like old oil. I don't know how often they change the oil to fry the food in but it was stinky . If you think you can have the same experience/ same wings like Buffalo Wild Wings, not even close, don't waist your money. We got wing stop from both the Oregon City and Clackamas locations. The wings were good, but we're always disappointed on the sides. The fries never taste good and are just plain sad! The veggie sticks are always usually partially frozen so that's gross to eat! The ranch dressing is just ok too, it's really runny and doesn't have the best flavor to it. I ordered the night before, so wings would be ready for the Super Bowl. Our order was supposed to be ready at 3:00 and it's 4:00 now with no food. The manager is celebrating with the staff about how much money they've made today and giving each other high-fives while we are sitting and waiting. I've gone here four times, and three of the four times, when I got home, what was in my bag wasn't what I had ordered. For example, I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing combo, with 2 chicken tenders added. I got two containers. One had the 2 chicken tenders in the hickory BBQ sauce as ordered, but it also had 5 boneless wings in the same sauce, which I didn't order. The other container had two layers of thigh bites, each layer a flavor that I was unfamiliar with. One was too hot for my taste, and the other was just not very good. They had a soggy skin, and rubbery meat. This was the worst mix-up, but it certainly wasn't the first. Also, their Coke Freestyle machine was out of whatever it takes to make both the Diet and the Zero drinks. It could only make sugared drinks. I've liked most of the food I've gotten -- even the stuff I didn't order -- but I don't know if I want to play chicken wing roulette any more. It's not like there are a lot of alternative places to get wings in the area, but there are so many other good choices where I actually get what I order. And whose orders am I getting?
